He also takes care of my 5 very small children and has made them love coming to the dentist. I will never see anyone else. I didn't feel the needle at all, and I have had many in my time, so I was really impressed with his skill and not rushing the process. For the filling itself, it ended up being one of the easiest fillings from my perspective. I would recommend Ian to anyone who was a bit nervous about going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! I booked in an emergency dental appointment due to severe pain in my jaw & wisdom tooth area. All of the staff were extremely kind and relaxed and massive shoutout to Dr. Nish who explained everything to me step-by-step. He also encouraged me to try & keep my wisdom teeth in if I can, rather than just extracting them straight away. We decided on a management plan and will review later. Over the last four years I had been seeing Dr Ian to correct old fillings, crown replacement, composite bonding, wisdom teeth removal and maintenance. Positive experience: I have been going to going to Now Dental at Scarborough on the Redcliffe Peninsula for many years now,since I used to live at Scarborough even though I 'm at Margate I"m still a patient ,although not on private health care and on a pension.I must admit Dentist and getting a blood test (not too good with needles) are not my favourite things,the staff with their friendly service and concern with your well-being put you at ease and also now with their follow-up afterwards I reckon mend the Now Dental at Scarborough.

Fantastic experience: When you take 2 weeks holiday to grow a beard and moustache to hide your teeth you have a problem. Three to four broken teeth, double figure cavities and a missing tooth. Working in the retail industry and dealing face to face with customers your confidence suffers when you dont want to smile. Well my wife made me go to Dr. Erich Paschkewitz of Now Dental at 571 Oxley Avenue Scarborough. The staff are all lovely there. And Dr. Erich worked a miracle. My teeth look better now then they have ever done before. Call in to Caltex Redcliffe for fuel or supplies and you can see the result as I gladly flash you a smile. I confess to being a real wuss. My wife cant cut my hair without my whingeing and complaining (sensitive scalp). I have a phobia about pain and dentists and with health issues related to diabetes it was with great trepidation I visited the dentist. Amongst the work I had done were two deep cavities close to nerves, multiple caps and to really top it off a screw inserted into the jaw bone so to be able to replace a lost tooth. Well with the last especially you can imagine how tight and wound up I was. Literally sweating bricks. What can I say. Dr. Erich is a magician. Only a little minor discomfort and minimal swelling and that was with the screw insertion. I took pain killers as I went to bed just incase pain kicked in when the anesthetic wore off, but they weren't really needed. I woke up next morning fresh as a daisy and pain free. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Erich Paschkewitz and his team at Now Dental Scarborough. When my grand daughter goes for her braces at the end of the year, it is to Dr. Erich that I will be sending her.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Ian to friends and family - he would be great with children too as he is very gentle and calming. I recently had a crown done by Ian and I was very pleasantly surprised that it was so easy and painless ... particularly the anaesthetic needles which I usually dread the most. I was hardly aware of the needle both times thanks to Ian's technique and the breathing he encourages.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth with an infection and the team at Now Dental fitted me in. Dr Nish listened to me and explained every step along the way. I ended up getting a crown and will also be getting a new splint for my grinding. They messaged and called to follow up how I was the next day and the day after. When I still had pain and swelling Dr Nish fitted me in urgently and checked that everything was OK. I highly recommend that if you need a dentist on the Peninsula that you give them a call.
