Fantastic experience: Nobody willingly likes going to the dentist but for the first time ever due to severe teeth sensitivity overnight I was keen to have the problem attended to. I managed to secure the last appointment for the day online at midnight which was easier than expected. Dr Ron Koh attended to me and his compassion, knowledge, explanation, attention to detail and humour made the visit “painless”. I highly recommend this practice and will return as a regular in future.

Fantastic experience: I have been happily attending Dr Ron Koh’s practice for two years. I transferred to him because every time I visited my prior dentist they attempted to sell me dubious, poorly justified, and expensive services. I felt they were prioritising selling me services over actually providing me what I needed. Dr Ron’s approach is different. He has superb ability to help you understand what is going on in your mouth and seems to prioritise the wait and see approach if that is the most sensible option. Dr Ron has your best interests in mind and won’t try selling you services you don’t need. Given he has never encouraged me to purchase the services the prior dental practice encouraged, I know he has my best interests at heart.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Koh is hands down the best dentist I’ve visited in Brisbane. He is incredibly gentle, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients’ comfort and needs. I’ve seen him for my own dental care, but what really stood out was how amazing he was with my elderly parents. My mother is extremely sensitive to pain and has always needed numbing or injections for even minor dental care — until she saw Dr. Koh. She was able to undergo treatment without any numbing medicine for the first time in her life, which says everything about his skill and gentle approach. Dr. Koh is also very accommodating and patient, making the whole experience stress-free. I can’t recommend him highly enough for anyone — especially those who are nervous about dental work or have special needs.

This week I had terrible wisdom-tooth pain and they were able to get me in same-day with the incredibly skilled Dr Jason, who removed my tooth with amazing efficiency! This morning I went to see Dr Ron after I developed Dry Socket, who was so lovely and understanding and helped me immediately. The equipment they use at Yeronga Smile Dental is so high-quality and every single person that I interacted with was kind, caring, professional and had just the most wonderful bedside manner. The pricing was extremely reasonable and I am confident that I will now have better Dental care then ever before because I am finally comfortable to come in to seek regular checkups rather than waiting for an emergency to arise - meaning that my visits to Yeronga Smile Dental this week have been genuinely life-changing. Fantastic experience: I was seen as an emergency at very short notice as a visitor from the UK due to return to UK a week later. The clinical coordinator at reception was a model of efficiency and kindness. The dentist had an excellent "chairside" manner, assessed my problem and gave me clear advice about my options. I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was very reasonable (much less than it would have been in UK). After my return to UK, in email correspondence with the clinical coordinator, she arranged for a scan that was done to be emailed to me at no extra charge. I can highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I had to visit them for an emergency wisdom tooth related problem, just before Christmas. Everyone from the receptionist (Eloise), nurse & doctor (Jason) were fantastic. So much empathy, kindness and support. I had been told that the removal will be very complex and I will need to go to the hospital. Dr. Jason, firstly saved Christmas and then also booked me in to remove the tooth on the chair and the procedure was very smooth and pain free. 100% would recommend the place!

He is most professional and has got a very neat procedural hand. When Ron moved to this new practice, we lost our contact with him. My kids refused to go.to any other dentist. Fantastic experience: The service has been so amazing. Ron is so kind and educational and will share a laugh with you making it a very welcoming environment.
