Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for years…. first with Jacquie & now with Suzie with Belle, the very capable hygienist, working with both dentists. This is a very proffesional team. I have always been plagued (excuse the pun) with periodontal disease so I have always been regular 3 month clean to stay on top of it…. and it’s working. My visit today was exceptional. Suzie has purchased a new scaling & cleaning machine…. It’s amazing! No discomfort/ pain at all….. at all! …… at all!! If you are shopping around… and are concerned (who isn’t) about the thought of the scaling / plaque removal.. go to Beautiful Dental Good coffee across the road afterwards at Pure Brew.

It is my second time there and the cleans and filling I have received were very well done, the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The dental cleaning was thorough yet gentle. The hygienist explained each step clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. My teeth felt incredibly smooth and fresh afterward—it’s amazing how a good cleaning can boost your confidence! As for the filling, Dr. Susie was exceptional. I’ve always been nervous about dental procedures, but she patiently addressed my concerns and used the latest techniques to ensure minimal discomfort. The procedure was quick, efficient, and the result is seamless—I can’t even tell which tooth had the cavity!

Dr Susie is blessed with light hands hence I experience painless treatment. First visit was in Burwood due to a broken crown from my home country. Now, preventative check up and cleaning. Nurse Belle is relatable and supportive, we’re coming from same background. Easy to communicate and I feel secured. Negative experience: I am incredibly disappointed with the conduct of this establishment. My daughter booked an appointment to get her wisdom teeth checked out. while we were waiting to obtain my daughter’s previous scan from the clinic we went to previously, the doctor sat her down and started a deep clean and a fluoride treatment without telling us a word and then charged us $200 for it. Additionally we were asked to put a 5 start review right in front of them. We then contacted them to disclose our discontent with the process however they fully denied not having informed us of the deep clean and fluoride therapy that she did not want and told us they will call us back when the doctor is in but never did. This experience was a disappointment.
