A great young man working to provide me with exceptional service in an organisation that supports him in that endeavour.

Fantastic experience: I have a severe dental phobia. It is very rare I visit a Dentist and subsequently recently needed an extraction. I was extremely apprehensive about this and needed medication to calm me down. As I have large bone density in my jaw it was recommended that I see the Dental Surgeon. He was so gentle and understanding with me, I felt instantly at ease. He spoke to me the whole time and the tooth was out without me even knowing it. Super quick and actually completely painless. I asked him to marry me, haha. Dare I say he has actually made me not as scared of Dentists anymore (massive achievement). I will be a returning customer and cannot recommend Forrest Avenue Dental Centre highly enough. Thank you! ♥️

Negative experience: Rang up and asked about a repair to my father’s dentures. Receptionist wasn’t sure, said make an appointment which I did. Attended appointment with my father (88 years old) showed dentist the denture, wasn’t sure if they could be fixed. Took denture away in a bag to show other dentist, came back in 10 minutes, told us they couldn't do it. Charged $70.

Fantastic experience: Great experience across the board. Friendly staff, thorough Dentist and assistant. I went as I thought I needed a filling, however after several tests and X-rays, I dodged a bullet and I got to leave with money in my account, win, win!!

Fantastic experience: Just a big word of Thanks too Dentist Jesse and Staff. I had broken a filling . My local could not see me for a month and a half. The firm I was having a implant was contacted 3 times and no response then rang could not help. I rang Forrest Ave Dental at 4pm Friday the polite young lady on counter had me booked in the next Monday afternoon. Jesse xrayed and showed a previous prognosis from elsewhere would be short lived. Negative experience: I only gave a 2 because the receptionist were nice. I went to get a filling done and the moment I walked in the dentist was rude and abrupt (found out later she was a grad student which I was not aware of until after the appointment) The entire experience was extremely uncomfortable, felt unprofessional and probably the worst dental experience ever. The dentist squirted water all over my face and a heap up my nose which made me wave my arms in discomfort needing to sit up. She also constantly got water down my neck so my back was soaked when I walked out and to top it all off I got charged $505 for 1 1/2 fillings!!!! That's outrageous!!! I left to go home then when my mouth wasnt so numb I rang to speak to the manager and she was just as bed, extremely rude!! No1 there has any people skills, she spoke to me like she was reading from a script and everything I said she would butt in! She wasn't too worried about anything I said and made it sound like they had done nothing wrong. Now it's 2 days later and I have constant pain in the area she apparently just put the fillings in but highly doubt they'll care or rectify things so I may need to take this further whiles looking for a new dentist for myself, family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I had 2.5 teeth removed today and apart from the needles which I don’t like the teeth came out without any trouble and the dentist was always asking about my how was the pain if any didn’t matter what the dentist did she was always making sure that I was alright. Fantastic experience: The Dentist was fantastic and very accomodating to my pain levels. Anyone who's had tooth pain understands the anxiety that comes with having it touched. Very relieved to have been fitted in for an emergency cracked molar extraction

Negative experience: Very hit and miss tbh. Hope you don't get a dentist who rifles through your file and then calls you on your home phone number at 5am, or a receptionist who lies says you didn't show up for an appointment when you actually cancelled it over an hour before, or a dentist who doesn't know how to do an extraction which results in your being trapped in the chair for four hours and developing a phobia. A phobia which requires you take sedatives before every appointment which means you have to cancel if your script lapses, which brings you to the juncture of having to pay a large fee because a receptionist misread a clock

Negative experience: I went in for a tooth extraction the dentist was incompetent and didn’t feel confident enough to do the removal so I left and still got charged after receiving NO treatment.

Fantastic experience: Phone calls are answered promptly. Often shady parking available. Never long to wait once there. Friendly, helpful staff. A great selection of waiting areas. Dr Grewal is always wonderful with my 12 year old. Thanks, Forrest Ave Dental!

Fantastic experience: This was the fourth dentist I visited to get my wisdom teeth extracted. The first left a part tooth under the gum that became infected, and the next two said it was too difficult for them to do and wanted to refer me to an oral surgeon. I then found this practice and after explaining my situation to the receptionist, they recommended I book with Dr Manoj. The dentist’s confidence in what he was doing was very reassuring and he sorted it out in one short visit. The hour drive for me to get there is more than worth it and this is the only dentist I will go to from now on. The receptionists put up with my painful crankiness with pure professionalism too.

The dentist was exceptional, she explained everything and her calm reassurances went a long way to relieve any anxiety I had. Aftercare was explained and I had no problems at all post visit. Fantastic experience: I had severe dental pain and Forest Avenue Dental accommodated me at short notice and their brilliant doctor did the extraction and relieved me from the pain.

Positive experience: Pretty good overall - no problems on front desk, friendly receptionists. Treatments very thorough with good outcomes. Dentist convey confidence and not being too rushed in treatments Although my recent treatment of extractions resulted in 4 days of considerable jaw pain, severe headaches and eating discomfort that painkillers had minimal impact on. Settling down now. Appreciated a follow-up call by receptionist. Even with some health insurance, costs for certain multi-appointment procedures are very expensive for aged pensioners, and almost prohibitive. Free dental health on Medicare for pensioners, as for young children, needs to be implemented by government.

Negative experience: Not a happy customer with a locum Dentist. My best dentist Howard Chin has left, later I found he is practicing in Bunbury. The locum was rough and did not explain treatment so consequently I was very distressed when I left the clinic never to return again. I have hunted down Howard and will follow him to his new place of work,

Fantastic experience: Yet again,awesome visit to these guys and my lady dentist who is the good looking one lol is a perfectionist and does a fantastic job. I can't praise any of the staff enough as they all do a Sterling job whenever I'm there Only thing I can say is that the chairs could be better with arms to rest on . I rang Forrest Avenue Dental Centre and they got me in to see a dentist within a couple of hours.The dentist was great, explained what he was doing at all times. He fixed my tooth and I was even called the next day to make sure everything was ok and I didn't have any issues. I was thoroughly impressed with their amazing service and have now switched dentist's. We'll done everyone at Forrest Dental. I highly recommend you.

Fantastic experience: I went in as an emergency (subsidy) with tooth ache in the arvo. Dr bryan saved the tooth I thought would need to be pulled. When I got home my face was droopy so I called them and they got dr bryan to call me back. He talked me thru it and said if no improvement to call tomorrow morning. I didnt call back as drooping went, although I was in pain. However the surgery called me to check in and when they heard I was in pain they spoke to dr bryan to get a script to help me thru the weekend. The dental nurse who was in the room was amazing aswell and helped me past my nervousness. Highly recomend the surgery and wonderful staff.
