Fantastic experience: We took our 4 and 2 year old for their first dental visit and had such a great experience. The reception staff were so warm and welcoming and took the time to make the kids feel comfortable. Dr Rupini was so patient and took the time to connect with both kids with lots of tricks up her sleeve to make it as fun as possible. Happy to have found our new family dentist!

Fantastic experience: My Family and I have been going to Method Dental for a few years now. They are great with the kids and very Thorough with their work and explanations of what they are doing. Recently I had to get a dental implant and the work done by Dr Sharon was amazing! Perfect fit first time! :)

Fantastic experience: Attended for my 4.5 yr olds first check up. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The dentist took the time to explain what she was going to do and what tools she’d be using so my son felt completely at ease. The balloons and gift pack at the end was a nice touch. So impressed we took our else’s back and paid privately (not covered by Medicare or private health)

Fantastic experience: From the very first phone call the team at Method Dental were an absolute delight to deal with. As someone who has had a history of negative experiences at other dental clinics, I could not recommend Method Dental more highly. All of the staff took the time to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Rupini is the perfect balance of a highly skilled practitioner as well as being warm and empathetic.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU REQUIRE EMERGENCY DENTAL AND DONT FIT THE LOOK OF A WHITE PICKET FENCE FAMILY!!! Booked in for an emergency dental consult for what turned out to be severe ulcerated gum disease and acute periodontal infection that I had ignored many years due to fear of dentists and dental surgery. Unable to function or even speak properly due to headaches toothache and swelling of my tounge and severe pulsating pain rocking each movement. Attempted to attend the appointment the next day... When meeting dentist Justin his attitude to begin with was horrid, I believe he judged me on my alternative appearance (tattoos and stretched lobes) and from the start was adopting a superior attitude. He became extremely passive aggressive when I advised had not been to the dentist since school (22 years) and I had ignored the issue i was seeking treatment for, for about 5 years and replied "why?" Did not like the answer provided "I don't like dentists or hospitals" and became hostile after this. Wanted what seemed a specific diagnosnis by me on what was going on with my mouth, I gave my best description of the pain I was in. When questioned further on what exactly was the problem I said I don't know anything further, thats why I'm here, you are the dentist I was hoping you guys could have a look in my mouth and tell me what's going on. All i can tell you is I am in a huge amount of pain. Justin then went on to tell me I needed to 'cool off' and left. I asked his operating nurse at that point 'is he always like this?' She seemed to play blaze to his despicable attitude...he then got his receptionist to come in and advise they were not the dentist for me. The website spruikes being a dental clinic perfect for people with anxiety for first time visits. This is why I booked with them. What is detailed on site is lovely, this was not my experience sadly. Did not want to look in my mouth to try and help to begin with, I believe they thought I was seeking out pain medication without taking the time to check my mouth. In turn the excuse for an empathetic human being dentist named Justin actually did me a huge favour turning me away, I found a dentist in Fortityde Valley that was incredible. Could see past pre disposed judgements on social class and took the pain i was in seriously. Provided comfort immediately and actually cared. We could start a calm discussion about treatment and the issue needing to be fixed etc. once some pain relief had been provided. This team however lack any empathy or compassion in regards to the patient in my experience. Justin is an absolute champ and If you want to be judged and questioned by people that are only 'acting nice' for the paycheck and judging you on how you look before you even get in the seat for the check up this place is the one. I am so very happy I found the opposite elsewhere, the dentist that helped me that day commented he was surprised I had lasted with the infection for that long. If Justin had bothered to raise his stainless steel equipment instead of running his mouth and finding any reason not to do his job that morning then this review would not exist. Absolute coward of a low vibrationitional human being. Go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Method Dental! My 5 year old had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr Justin and the whole Method Dental team today. On arrival we were met by Jasmine and the lovely ladies at reception, who were exceptionally warm and welcoming. Dr Justin then met my daughter at her level and created the most comfortable environment for her before we even got into the dentists chair! I couldn’t be more happy with the time and care the team took with us explaining prevention and ongoing appropriate care. Not to mention the care pack and balloon unicorn we got at the end to my daughters absolute delight! We will definitely be returning. Thank you Method Dental!

It is well worth the drive down from the Sunshine Coast to know that I am getting care from a provider that I trust. Very transparent and gentle care which I greatly appreciate, staff always make me feel welcome and am always very pleased with each visit, 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Method were highly recommended on local forums and their website showed that they share my values - they exceeded my expectations! Every single staff member was genuinely caring, friendly and up for a chat and super professional. This was shown in every way, from booking in over the phone, helping me when I arrived with a personal emergency, to the actual dental procedures with Dr Justin. I felt incredibly cared for due to the attention, detail and time spent with me. No rushing, checking in when the drill felt intense, creating a calm environment, and even a very funny chat about the merits of Disney vs Pixar films. If you feel anxious about the dentist, you will feel cared for and I get it now when other people said they look forward to coming here! I walked away feeling really knowledgeable about my own dental health to a degree I wasn't expecting. I felt really empowered and safe to take my own pace and ask questions. Also they are so transparent and fair about pricing, I couldn't believe I was paying the same (or lower) price as other dentists I'd seen when the experience was astoundingly better. A great example of lovely people who love what they do and are passionate about how they do it. See you in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Method Dental for over 3 years now and always found them to be so professional. From their receptionist up to DR Grant, everyone there is so incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are also great with my young children, who strangely now like going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting the team at Method for nearly 4 years. Everyone is so warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. I am very nervous when having my teeth attended to, but they always have my favourite animal documentaries on the ceiling ready to go! Considering I have always avoided dentists with years between visits but I am now happy to do my 6 monthly checkups every 5 months is saying something! Fantastic experience: Can’t praise Method Dental enough. Only new to Brisbane 2 years ago, I hadn’t yet found a Dentist in Brisbane. One Saturday morning I found I’d broken a tooth. So I googled local dentists and found Method Dental’s website, and booked an online appointment for Monday. About 30 mins later I received a phone call from Jasmine , Grant’s wife who said they could see me straightaway. As a ‘dental phobic person’ Grant is not only fixed my tooth but totally made me feel at ease and no longer nervous about going to Dentist. Highly recommended and Excellent dental practice. Both my husband and I now go to Method Dental for all our checkups and any dental work.

Fantastic experience: After recently moving from interstate a friend recommended Method Dental. Both my daughter and I had appointments with Dr Justin, he was absolutely amazing with our 6 year old. Justin made my daughter very relaxed and explained everything to her, this helped calm her nerves and made seeing the dentist an enjoyable experience. Justin even makes balloons animals at the end of the appointment which my daughter loved. My appointment was very relaxed and professional, Justin was very comprehensive and explained the whole process along with the treatment plan. Highly recommend for small children, everything from the waiting room to the actual consulting room was inviting and engaging for my two year old and not at all scary, in fact quite the opposite. The receptionist Jasmine is also exceptional. We will be back. Back again with two children now, still an exceptional experience, would not take my children anywhere else.

The team are so friendly and welcoming, I never thought I would describe a dentist visit as a "friendly, personalised experience" but that's exactly what it feels like. Dr Justin does a great job explaining what he is doing and what to expect through out the session to make you feel at ease. Fantastic experience: I was recommended Method Dental from a mums group online a year and a half ago, and we have been visiting every 6 months since. (My daughter Ruby is now 3.5yrs) I have a feeling that my daughter may need to have work done when she is a bit older so its very important to me that she feels comfortable in this environment. Every visit we are greeted by Jasmine with a friendly, personalised welcome, and normally followed up with some colouring pages & pencils. Dr Grant comes out to talk to us before heading into the room so its not overwhelming for her. Bluey is normally on the TV which is always a big plus! Dr Grant takes the time to speak to us, and show us all the tools/toothbrushes he is using before proceeding. The Method Dental staff are always accommodating, friendly and professional. Although sometimes hesitant on arrival, Ruby always leaves super excited and wanting to tell our family about her latest visit. I look forward to our future visits and continuing a long relationship with these guys! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr Grant has been amazing with both of my young boys. Always makes them feel comfortable and makes everything about teeth and the dentist fun! He never forces them to do anything they are not comfortable with. My eldest has gone from not getting in the chair to now being totally stoked about visiting the “tooth doctor”! Jasmine is always greeting my boys with a wonderful smile and always comes to sit down and chat with them - which makes the experience even more comfortable for them. So happy we found Method Dental to make going to the dentist a fun experience for young kids!

Dr Grant, Jasmine and the team are always warm and welcoming, and go to the effort of explaining clearly what they're doing or what I need to do next. My husband and I have been going here for a few years now and the team always ask how the dog is/new jobs are going etc. I'm not sure if it's still a current offer, but I did the teeth whitening for life package and its worth every penny! I would strongly recommend Method dental.

Dr Grant is the most thorough and gentle dentist I have ever visited, he goes to great lengths to educate patients on the what and why of teeth and gum health which is fantastic. Dr Grant and the team have a lovely rapport with kids, they have so much fun they forget the nerves! My daughter was happily humming while she had her teeth cleaned yesterday which is comforting as a mum watcing on. The team create a very professional yet relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Jasmine is incredibly welcoming and a really calming influence. Thanks again - I highly recommend Method Dental for anyone who is nervous about visiting the dentist or who has had a negative dental experience in the past!
