Negative experience: Firstly, the receptionist was lovely, both on the phone and at the practice. My grandson from Melbourne came down with tonsillitis, and was in a lot of pain. He only needed a script. We booked an appointment for 3.15. But had to wait an hour and a quarter. Only with pushing for the reason for the long wait, it seems the doctor was doing his tele consults - while the people with appointments were sitting waiting, waiting. Totally unacceptable. Certainly won't be back here

Negative experience: Drs are great, however the receptionists are rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Totally unprofessional and will sit and stare at you while on the phone. Lacking professionalism or anything relating to customer service skills.

Negative experience: This is my long time local GP practice. Love Dr Lee. Unfortunately Dr Lee was not available so I chose a new doctor. Booked in for 12.30. Got a call saying he would be 20 minutes late. Arrived at 12.50. Told he would be another 20 minutes late. Fair enough. 50 minutes later I left without being seen. I appreciate that unexpected events might arise but I am self employed and my time is as precious as yours, doctor. It is just disrespectful to be so bad at arranging your diary and communicating with patients.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Enmore Medical practice for well over a decade now and have seen many GP practitioners, Dolly the physio (always amazing!!), the surgery nurse and a couple of dieticians. All are always warm, friendly and welcoming. My regular GP, Dr Jayaram is always thorough and caring and ensures any and all ailments and illnesses are well looked after and followed up through care plans and follow ups at each visit. The surgery is always clean and accessible, though they can run behind scheduled times, being one of the few remaining bulk billing practices in Sydney this is understandable. I often recommend to people in the area, and despite myself having moved out of the area now, I make it the effort to travel as I know how taxing it would be to find a new practice and how I’d likely not find one this reliable!

Fantastic experience: This is a great practice! Staff are professional, polite and caring. My GP takes the time to listen and assess. Absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else! No hesitation recommending this practice as a whole. Location is also central to many specialists in the area. Re: waiting times. Understand that they can be frustrating BUT - they are no different than any other practice, in my experience. I’d rather wait but get a full consult, than be rushed in and rushed out. (which happens in many practices!) Shout out to Dr Vijaya Jayaram!

Negative experience: The doctors here need to take a refresher course in the code of conduct pledge of ethical and professional behaviour expected of registered doctors towards patients. They fail. Only interested in over charging. Should be reported.

Negative experience: Firstly I’d like to start with a positive. Dr Vijaya has always been extremely helpful and been very quick to help resolve any health issues I have. However the wait times at this clinic are deplorable. The amount of times I’ve had to sit and wait for over 20 mins-30mins for an appointment is incredibly frustrating. As someone who works full time and only gets a short break it is very difficult. When doing over the phone consultations it’s not any easier. Having to wait then call to see how much longer it is going to be then proceeding to have to push for the Dr to call you as there are things you need to do is frustrating. This has been an ongoing issue since I have become a client at this clinic.

Negative experience: I was accidentally sent an internal email from Enmore Medical Practice it contained extremely personal information about me, followed by a laughing emoji in response to a formal complaint I’d made. That’s how they speak about their patients behind closed doors. That’s how seriously they take your health, your privacy, and your dignity. The deeper issue is that this isn’t some isolated slip-up. It’s a glimpse into how the place operates. The reception staff are consistently dishonest, giving false information, denying their actions, and refusing to take accountability. And Raksha, the practice manager, enables it. She defends their behaviour rather than correcting it. It’s clear she has no control over her staff, and no idea what’s actually going on. I’d already been lied to, hung up on, and ignored for weeks. That email just confirmed what I’d suspected: under Raksha’s management, patients aren’t cared for; they’re mocked, mishandled, and dismissed. I’ve attached a screenshot of the email. Read it yourself. Then ask whether you’d feel safe putting your health in their hands.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this practice over multiple years and multiple times a year, but each and every time there is a minimum wait time of 30 min and sometimes you to an hour and a half. If this was just a once off, you can make allowances. But given it's every single time, there is clearly an issue with overbooking and / or not leaving enough buffer within the day in the event of patients running overtime or late. Extremely disappointing and frustrating given you have to take time out your work day for it to potentially take more than an hour to be seen. I've had to resort to bringing my laptop to the practice to ensure I can still work during the outrageous wait times!

We are really sorry for your experience. We understand that we have long waiting times. We try to accomodate for patients who need urgent appointments which delays the doctors . This is situation pretty much everyday now as the practice is long established and has a large number of patients needing help. Also not many medical centres in this area are bulk billing these days so it puts more pressure on GPs at Enmore to help people who need urgent care.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars to Dr Brown is I could give 10 stars I would. I’ve never had such a caring doctor who knows his stuff! He’s never rude to me when I don’t understand what’s said and explains my medical issues perfectly. If you want the best doctor who cares see him. You may need to wait an hour or so but that’s because he’s helping someone like myself. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Negative experience: I had to wait more than half an hour even though i had the appointment, it was the first time ive been there and this one is going to be the last, i read all the reviews before i go there, but i gave a chance,choose this place cuz my home is very close here but never never come back again, Dr Sandra is super rude and she never listens to me, and i explained her my issue and she doesnt care! But nurse and front desk are ok,Very disappointed! Higly dont recommend!

Negative experience: I chose this clinic as its very close to my house but it doesn't worth it. I prefer to go to a further place and even pay a fee than going to this place. They make you wait at least 1 hour, the reception staff is not friendly and the GPs just kick you out after 2 minutes. My first appointment was with Dr Vijaya, the whole consultation lasted literally 3 mins, barely heard what I had, didn't explain anything, just sent some tests and the prescription didn't solve my issue. I tried again with another GP, Dr Richard, he was a lot better, more patient and took more time to listen to me and sent the referrals I needed. But even if he is good, I wouldn't come back because of the crazy waiting times that mess up with my day.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brown is great. Sure you have to wait but he takes his time. Don't forget it's one of the few bulk billed surgeries around Open Saturday and Sunday!

Negative experience: *DO NOT BOOK WITH DR. RACHAEL BUCKLEY* This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a medical practice—and possibly with anyone in a customer-facing role. As a regular patient at this clinic, I was unable to see my usual doctor and needed an urgent referral. From the beginning, Rachael was unpleasant, hostile, and argumentative, frequently resorting to condescending rhetoric. When she realized she didn’t know how to complete my referral, she marched me through reception to speak with the practice manager and announced my referral details in front of the entire waiting room. This is a gross violation of patient confidentiality and basic professional standards. Let me re-emphasise: SHE PUBLICLY ANNOUNCED MY PRIVATE MEDICAL INFORMATION IN FRONT OF A FULL WAITING ROOM. Rachael, if you happen to read this: The patient is not the medical professional—that’s your role. If we don’t have the answers, it’s because we didn’t attend medical school. Please refrain from making your own lack of competence the patient’s issue in the future. Thank you to the branch manager who took the time to listen to my complaint—I appreciate your understanding. I’m sorry to leave this review, but I don’t want anyone else to experience what I went through.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Dr Lee and Enmore Medical Practice. Dr Lee is such a caring and kind Dr, and I may say the best I've ever had. I am so grateful to have him as my GP, the care has helped in so many ways that some have been life changing. The practice team are always so friendly and helpful, with in house medical screening, nurse, physiotherapist, psychologist, optometrist all of which we use (Dr Lee & Dolly the most) Dolly, their amazing Physiotherapist! Plus attached to Cincotta Chemist makes this practice so convenient, it's a no brainer for us to be patients here. It takes time to build a Dr patient relationship but with the right care from a Dr you soon realise the importance.

Negative experience: This practice is not transgender friendly. Deadnamed in waiting room at my first appointment in the waiting room after specifically asking receptionist to be called by my preferred name. Misgendered and called wrong pronouns at both appointments by Dr Zhang. This is the inner west of Sydney, do better.

Negative experience: Lovely Doctors and staff. But I have never been here and waited less than 45 minutes. One guy said he'd waited 1.5 hours. This is before lunch on a Wednesday. After 30 minutes I left because I have learned my lesson. There can be only two explanations for this seemingly ongoing issue, too few staff at any given time, or reckless overbooking. Either way, I will never return!

Negative experience: Receptionists were great but don’t go here if you’re gay. Due diligence was not taken and procedure for possible exposure was not fully executed. I payed 90 dollars and practically had to beg the doctor to let me run all the STI tests. In the end I only ran one. Completely dissatisfied and I don’t feel good care was taken. Newtown is a queer hub and these things cannot be overlooked.

Fantastic experience: Dr Richard Lee is Enmore's best kept secret. He takes time and doesn't treat you like an idiot. Often there is a wait, however I think it is reflective of the fact that most of the doctors are willing to spend time seeing a person properly rather than rushing them through.

Fantastic experience: Never had an issue in 9 years. Easy to book online. Waiting times are usually one person in front or you are told at reception or called up to advise. Pathology on the spot. Gp’s are good and so is the physio Dolly. Chemist on site also that closes late. Front desk staff are professionally and friendly.

Negative experience: A lot of waiting even when an appointment is made (up to 1.5hrs) so be prepared. Most of the doctors are great especially Dr Patrick and Dr Brown - whom both take time and effort with patient care. I would avoid going to Dr (Sandra ) Wei Zhang as I specifically requested for referral for blood tests and half of it was left out. So now I'll have to head back to the GP again to get another referral before I can go to the pathology collection centre.

Negative experience: I went today feeling unwell. Dr Zhang focused only failure of front desk to check I had covid test result (which nobody asked for as I don’t have symptoms) before I entered her room. My health was ignored. She did nothing for me. Only the protocol mattered. I was sent out. I asked a nurse and got a swab test and RAT (negative) and will hear in a few days (not the results, just that they’ve come in). I was dismissed without being asked more than one question or checked. Dr Zhang made me feel invisible and like I was Patient Zero. The only concern was whether I might be contagious to her or others. I’ll repeat: I didn’t have Covid symptoms and it proved negative. It was a very depressing experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brown is the standout at this practice. While he often runs late this is because he takes the time to listen and provide proper care to his patients. I was desperately trying to get in to see a doctor one Saturday and he squeezed me in even though I didn't have an appointment. He went above and beyond to make sure the issues I was having were resolved.

Negative experience: I don't ever write google reviews but I had an appalling patient experience at this practice, and feel the need to say something. Free healthcare is a privilege but I felt like what I received at Enmore Medical was the opposite of care. I received very poor treatment from one of the doctors, and had difficulty in getting a telehealth appointment. The doctor I saw was dismissive and seemed deeply uninterested in investigating my medical concerns, barely making eye contact during our appointment. She rushed me in and out in under 5 minutes during my appointments and I often left realising I had forgotten to ask a question I had, as there was no time for me to ask anything before she was ushering me out the door. Several times I booked telehealth appointments and either didn't get a call from the doctor at all, or was called hours after the appointment time when I was unable to take the call. I called back the next day to ask if I was still going to be called when the doctor had time, and was told I needed to rebook another appointment, but the next one wasn't available until the following week. I wrote my feedback in an email to the practice manager, and the doctor then called me herself to discuss it, and once again she was very dismissive and rushed - not allowing me the chance to talk at all about why I had been dissatisfied with the situation. I felt this was a really unprofessional way of handling my feedback and was a really awkward position to put me in, and I no longer feel comfortable seeing that doctor after our phone conversation. I called the practice manager to ask why she had handled it like that and not discussed it separately with the doctor, and she was also a terrible listener and didn't allow me the chance to speak during our phone call. Instead she ranted at me about wait times at the practice - which had not been my concern or feedback at all. The wait times are long but I understand why, though I still think doctors need to allow 15 minutes for each patient even if they are very behind as otherwise the care is compromised. I understand the extra pressure on bulk billing practices are under but there was essential care that was missed. I have since seen another GP who takes the time to listen, ask questions and show genuine care and empathy, and very quickly we have found other solutions to my health concerns - meaning that overall I don't need to visit them as often.

Negative experience: You sit in the waiting room for over an hour. They have not called in one person. It is not busy. You felt left and forgotten, having to walk up to the counter. To get information on why I’ve been waiting an hour and a half for a 11am appointment did not leave untill 12:30-1. Was not even busy! What’s the go

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this clinic for many years and overall the service for a bulk billed practise is excellent. Waiting times can exceed your booking time however anyone attending any clinic needs to factor this in. Overall I feel this practise does their best to attend as many bulk billed patients as possible - and sometimes the patients needs to exercise some patience !

Fantastic experience: Dr Vijaya Jayaram has been my GP for a while now and I have no plans to change. She is very well informed, thorough and has great bedside manner. The clinic def takes on a lot of patients and often that leads to wait times but once you get your head around that it’s really not the end of the world. Everyone at Enmore Medical is doing their best to help as many people as possible.

Negative experience: Was there yesterday for a blood test but forgot my medicare card, so had to go home to do it the next day. This morning - fasting for the blood test - I couldn't find my blood test referral anywhere. Rang them to ask if I left it at the practice the day before. Not even looking somewhere for half a second or asking the blood test person if I left it in that room, I was told to get a new test referral, my doctors office could send me one and I can bring the new one. So I rang my doctors office, turns out they just can't send these things via email. I would have to wait til Monday and go there by train to get a new one. So I rang Enmore again to ask if they could at least look for it (from the reception to the blood test room it is roughly 3 meters! Just get up quickly and ask!!!). I waited another hour without food or drink in case I would get a call back from them and could come in for the test. Five minutes after finally eating something, therefore not being able to do the test, I get a call that indeed they have my blood test referral at their practice! Will do the test on Monday somewhere else now. Too unhelpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lee is easily the best doctor I’ve ever seen. Really proactive, comprehensive, affirming, and validates your concerns. He also thinks outside of the box and doesn’t stop investigating until you find the answer and is willing to help however much. I’m a complex patient with chronic conditions and disabilities, and am so devastated that we had to move to a different state. Dr Lee is amazing !! The other doctors unfortunately prefer a much more in-and-out approach.

Negative experience: After I waited for an hour for my appointment, I spoke to the Practice Manager to give her my feedback. She was defensive, unappologetic and aggressive. She blamed me, talked over me and ended up shouting at me. When I told her that I was reporting her, she threatened to adversely (falsely) affect my medical/patient record. I am in process of reporting her to the HCCC.

Negative experience: No respect for patients' time at all. Waited 1.5 hours only to have to leave for another appointment. Front desk kept saying it wasn't going to be long. Very poor communication - only offered to actually call the doctor and find out exactly how far off he was when I got up to leave. Should have taken note of all the poor reviews - really my own fault!!!

Fantastic experience: I don’t think I’ve attended this practice often enough to give an overall rating, but I had an appointment with Dr James Brown today and he was so incredibly kind, knowledgeable and reassuring. He was especially helpful when it came to finding low-cost options for the medications I would be requiring. A very positive experience overall.

Positive experience: This place seems to get a bad reputation from a lot of the reviews. However, this is the complete opposite of my experiences here. I’ve never had a bad time and always treated with respect. I really feel for the doctors here as they really have to get through so many people. Not doubt that I’ll probably be back at some point for a check up.

Fantastic experience: Dr James brown was very detailed and careful when checking our little bub - most doctors would just shrug it off as a common flu but he did a nose swab to have it checked and he was right that it was bacterial instead of viral . Good job

Negative experience: I’ve an appointment with doc but everytime I go to this medical centre I need to wait at least 30 mins more from the time I booked, sometimes 45mins or 1hr. Receptionist never tell/say what’s the reason why I need to wait that long. So so disappointed, such a waste timing here.

Fantastic experience: Richard Lee is one of the best GP's I have been to, he is very calm, informative and patient. This is also one of the very few remaining bulk billed GP's in my area so it doesn't cost a lot to get the help you need.

Negative experience: I went in for a prescription renewal and Dr. Hany didn’t really listen to me at all. I have not seen him before so I tried explaining my situation but he was a bit rude and didn’t seem to care. I understand if he did not want to issue the prescription for whatever reason but it would have helped me to know why as now I have to see another doctor somewhere else and try again.

Negative experience: The most appalling service experience received by the receptionist working Sunday 26th March 2023. I rang to enquire about a Telehealth service for my partner who tested positive for covid and is in the high risk category. My enquiry was weather the GP working today could prescribe antivirals covered by the PBS as our doctor didn’t work Sundays. I was advised I would have to ask the doctor this but pay a $85 consult fee first. When I asked for this to be confirmed first prior to making a booking she raised her voice, took a tone and said “fine!” Before hanging up on me. I walked into the medical centre 15 minutes later (I had not been called back so the hang up wasn’t accidental) to be told by the same reception she had intentions of calling me back when the doctor came in. No apology and no empathy for the situation displayed. Just a blank stare and again told she would call me when she could speak to the doctor. When I asked if she could understand the worrisome situation I was in with a partner with covid who is high risk and how hanging up on someone is unacceptable and simply cruel, she just stared at me then repeated that she would call me when the doctor came in. I chose to wait in the reception area for the doctor to arrive and then was told the same thing. A consult would be required first before my partner could be advised if she would qualify for PBS covered antivirals or whether the doctor “would choose” to prescribe treatment under PBS. Absolutely appalling and shameful experience that just made an already stressful and worrying time worse.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sandra Zhang has been so patient and helpful on all my visits, as I had a lot of forms for her to fill out. The reception (for the most part) has been very kind and helpful, even when I had a lot of questions. I love that I was able to get appointments booked so quickly, even as a new patient.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful Medical Practice. I’ve been coming to this Medical Practice since 2014 and I’ve been always looked after extraordinarily well. All staff here is extremely polite and helpful. The Practice Manager is absolutely wonderful. Over the years, I’ve seen how this lady has been dealing in an exemplary and very constructive way with patients and staff members etc. - even when she had to deal with difficult and sometimes emotional situations. For my GP, Dr. Dino Fattore, I have only words of utmost appreciation and deepest respect and gratitude for looking after me over all these years. He is one of the kind Medical Doctor, with unmatched professionalism, medical knowledge, compassion and patience - just to mention only few of his so many supreme professional attributes and characteristics that make Dr. Fattore absolutely unique.

Negative experience: Have been visiting this practice on and off for a few years only when I need to. For a practice that only takes appointments, on average I’ve had to wait 45mins to an hour after my booking time before seeing anyone, so I’m finding it hard to see the point of making an appointment to begin with. I once waited almost 2 hours for a once off doctor to see me fill out my fitness to drive forms. No apology or explanation from the doctor as to why they took so long to see me, and why they weren’t communicating with the receptionist when she was calling to check on them for me (one of the few kind and sympathetic receptionists I’ve interacted with at this practice). There was nobody else in the waiting room and nobody in before me. The reception staff lately are so unfriendly and rude both in person and over the phone. I stood at the counter for 5 mins watching two receptionists talk to each other without acknowledging me even though they both looked directly at me. They answer the phone already irritated and impatient. A real shame as Dr Vijaya is my preferred GP but I’ll be heading up the road to the walk in clinic from now on. This review is based on a number of experiences I’ve had dealing with the practice over the last few years, and finally decided to check other reviews after getting off the phone to another receptionist with an attitude problem today, and curious was to see if other people have had the same experience. It’s clear I’m not the only one.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen dr Sandra a couple of times now for myself and my young son. She is great, really thorough. I don’t understand all the bad reviews, she’s straight forward and actually has a good sense of humour. We’ve never been rushed or treated rudely by her or any of the staff for that matter.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTE JOKE ! Waited more then 30 minutes before seeing a doctor, even after booking a time. Spend less then 5 minutes with the doctor to be given a « referral » paid 85$ For nothing. DEFINITELY AVOID

Negative experience: When I asked the doctor for help with ASD she said "what's that?" and proceeded to treat me in exactly the worst way possible for any autistic person. Her enquiry regarding my PTSD was "what was your trauma?". Seriously, a complete lack of empathy is not uncommon in the medical "profession" - but her utter cluelessness was pretty devastating during an especially vulnerable period. You can expect better medical care from a houseplant. Zero Stars - but you have to award at least one. The receptionist was nice at least

Fantastic experience: Had an injury and chose to get treatment here rather than hospital, received great care on day of injury right up until it was fully healed. Care from reception and the doctor who treated me was wonderful, wish I had written their names down. Thanks again!

Negative experience: Practice does not take walk-ins. By appointment only. Too bad if you need to see a doctor immediately. It is a practice like this that pushes everyone to overrun the ED at the hospital for minor issues.

Negative experience: Dr Hany Gergis is one of the rare GPs gives you his time and explains everything to you without rushing you into leaving. However, my issue is with the practice policy and Raksha, the practice manager. First of all she talks at people not to them. Secondly, they refused to give me my medical records which breaches the NSW health record and information privacy act 2002 because or their "practice policy" where they don't give out test results until after you book another consult with them.

Negative experience: Bad experience with Dr. Jayaram. I've had a cough for 3 months, did a PCR test (negative) since it's required before I can see a GP here. I booked ahead but still waited for an hour. Receptionists were kind enough to check when the doctor is ready and told me it should be soon and she's with no one in her room. I ended up waiting for 20 mins before I got called in. Yes she was very efficient. Listened to me explain my situation and without any checks, she just referred me to do an xray and a blood tests. I then had phone consultations with her after my results were out. Both times she just said looks fine and ended the call. Obviously I was still coughing but I gave up and saw another doctor. If it wasn't for Medicare, I would have had to pay for my PCR Test, 3 x GP consultations, 1 chest xray and 1 blood test for nothing. Not to mention the hours wasted just travelling back and forth. Don't waste your time here.

Negative experience: unprofessional clinic , I had my worst experience with Sandra Zhang, I went with specific symptoms , I needed to get a.profession opinion , but I've been treated like an underclass person ,She didn't give any advice or any recommendations , but later on during the year I've been diagnosed with Ms , Thanks to Sandra I lost one year of treatment , I hope someone authorise will check on this clinic ,and clarify if there is actually a real doctor working in this clinic

Negative experience: Came here looking to find a new regular gp to monitor/manage my cancer and booked an appointment with dr Wei (Sandra). On my first appointment I was greeted with hostility and aggression from the dr who enquired as to the reason for my visit, when my reasoning was presented it was met with an aggressive tone both literally and figuratively literally. I gave her a number of reasons as to why I had booked an appointment at that practice with a random dr which went unattended, basically refused treatment and was extremely rude, hostile and aggressive both actively and with passivity, and still took her fee as if she had treated me. I'm never attending this practice again and it'd be my recommendation to anyone considering attending, not to.

Negative experience: What a ridiculous practice. Never on time, waiting at least 40-60 mins after appointment time to be seen. The one time I am 20 mins late they want to charge me a fee for not turning up. Save yourself the pain and join a better run practice

Positive experience: This was my first GP visit since moving to Sydney and I can’t really fault it. Even though my appointment with the doctor was quite brief and the wait times were a bit long, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: This is a bulk billing practice, I guess you get what you pay for? Having said that Dr Richard Lee is the best GP I have ever been to, literally ever. He's incredibly kind and understanding and very professional. But the reception staff are absolutely appalling. Extremely unfriendly on both the phone and in person, literally never do what the doctors instruct them to do (look up results etc.) and when I asked for a new copy of my pathology request form because I lost mine, they couldn't find it anywhere in the system and made me book an appointment, which was pointless because the doctor found the old form in my file immediately. One of the worst experiences I had is when I asked for the doctor I saw previously and couldn't remember his name. The receptionist pressed me to identify him ethnically and I told her I wasn't really sure, I try not to assume people's racial background, but perhaps he was Indian or Middle Eastern? She said it must be Dr Gergis, and he was obviously Middle Eastern. She said, "for future reference...he's Middle Eastern". She said it really nastily with the implication that I was racist for misidentifying his background, despite me saying that I didn't really know. If I hadn't been feeling so unwell I would have told her how unprofessional this is, and having been a medical receptionist in the past, I know that you can easily find this information out by just looking in the file, so the whole exchange was completely pointless. I honestly wish I'd got her name because I was so uncomfortable with the exchange that I would have reported it to the practice manager.

Negative experience: The booking system here serve no purpose. We have been here for few times and everytime we have to wait for at least 45 mins. The doctors here don't respect people's time so don't come here if you are not planning to spend one hour waiting

I've been going to the GP Richard Lee and I think he is excellent. He is thorough, kind, and takes his time. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful service by Dr. Wei (Sandra) Zhang! I saw Dr. Wei with my mother who was in pain. I've been given a prescription and charged $85 for a ten minute consultation (fair enough). Medicine prescribed was supposed to work 30-50 minutes after my mother took it. However, it didn't and she was still on pain nearly four hours later. I came back asking for help but Dr. Wei yelled at me like if it was my fault. I've been told I was undercharged and am not allowed to complain. Dr. Wei was very rude and yelled at me in front of other patients and receptionist. She didn't want "to waste her time" and just said to find another practice. I ended up in tears as I asked for help and didn't expect such an unprofessional behaviour...

Negative experience: If you’re in the market for having your time wasted, your patience tested, and your stress level raised.... Enmore Medical and more specifically Dr Sandra Zhang should be your first port of call... however, if you’re more into having your medical needs dealt with in a timely and professional manner then AVOID Enmore Medical at all cost. You’ve been warned, I’m giving it one star because I cannot rate it any lower. Period.
