Negative experience: Went for whitening and agreed to veneers. However they drilled my teeth to stumps and put the worst crowns in without letting me know that was what they were doing. Ruined my teeth for life and it’s cost $$$$$ to repair elsewhere.

After each procedure they followed up with a cautious call to check my recovery. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: The dentists and staff make you feel like family

Negative experience: I recently had a disappointing experience at this clinic that I feel compelled to share to warn others. I scheduled an appointment specifically for a root canal, clearly stating my need for that treatment during the booking process. However the receptionist on the phone, informed me that they would need to examine my mouth first, which I was okay with. When I got to the clinic I had to wait half hour to get to the dentist who then took a full mouth X-ray, rather than focusing on the specific tooth that required treatment. When the dentist reviewed the X-ray with me, he suggested a long list of other dental issues that needed attention. When I reiterated that my priority was the root canal for that one tooth, he revealed that performing root canals was not his specialty or preference and that he would need to refer me to a specialist. To top it off, I was charged $150 just for them to tell me I needed the root canal – a service they weren't even equipped to provide at their clinic. Overall, this clinic feels more like a money-making operation than a place focused on patient care. I left feeling frustrated and having wasted both time and money. I strongly advise others to seek dental care elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Geelong west dental , the staff there are great and dr Gerrard is fabulous. I was at ease when discussing implant surgery and after going through the process and finally finished my treatment for implants I should have done it earlier, I’m normally don’t like dentist and needles. The process went for six months was happy to go there cos I knew it wasn’t going to hurt

Fantastic experience: Dr Gerard Teo has excellent clinical skills and is extremely efficient while still achieving the best results. Dr Teo is also kind and caring, and willing to make many reassurances for people with dental fear or anxieties around dental treatments. I personally received an extraction with near zero post procedure pain and no complications whatsoever, Dr Teo also provided other excellent treatments which I am very grateful for. Dr Teo is a high level professional and it is clear he has created a clinic for all patients to receive high quality and ethical care.

Negative experience: Worst place to go to, its a nightmare dr gerard and the other lady are unprofessional people to deal with even the receptionist is rude. Avoid this place at all cost. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dentist - Dr Gerard Teo. I call Dr Teo "The Magician", he is truly amazing especially with difficult dental problems. I have been seeing him for a number of years. Fast & almost painless dentistry. It took him slightly over 15 minutes to remove an extremely difficult tooth that had broken off below the gum line. I highly recommend him for all types of dentistry, He is easily a 5 Stars Dentist across the many facets of Dentistry.

Negative experience: My partner had to go in to get 3 tooth's removed. She came out crying with her mouth ripped, mentally traumatized. In pain an agony. Gerard brought in a 'specialist' to remove her teeth carefully and gently. After about 20mins through the procedure my partner asked if she could have more needles because she could feel everything, she was denied. And told to be quite. As she begged for the specialist to stop he kept going ripping the teeth out because he just wanted to get the job done. As it was going on Gerard and Wei just sat by not intervening. She was in tears and took weeks to recover physiologically. I'm angry at myself that I wasn't there to step in. I had trusted them before and they seemed really nice. But after that experience I have not been since. And will never send my partner or child there. Ashame that had to happen considering we originally liked going there but after that. We don't want a repeat of that ever again. This was not recent either, it was a few years ago. But I feel I should be saying this incase anyone else has had the same experience.
