Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment this morning and was terrified knowing I had to do root canal procedure. Hadia, did such an amazing work that calmed my nerves and anxiety about the whole thing. She is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable as she was explaining the whole process with so much grace. Highly recommend this practice :)

Fantastic experience: Best dentist DR PUJA..I had root canal done today.dreading previous experiences with so much pain from other dental services I was really scared of more pain..but to my total amazement I cannot believe I felt no pain on first stage where she took out the nerves.they are so simple and professional people.they do not do unnecessary checks if not requested and I just saw that Dr Puja was so quick and efficient and in no time it was done and over.i cannot wait to go back to finish off my root canal.all I can say if you are scared to go to the dentist...just go to yes dental at rouse hill.staff are friendly. Negative experience: I did tooth cleaning from Dr Priyanka on 23 dec 23 , the clinic itself is not bad but the dr did very harsh job during scaling process my gums were damaged. Never had this kind of rough scaling and cleaning anywhere . Wont recommend her at all

In saying that, the team at Yes Dental were amazing, they were very sympathetic to my fears and made me very relaxed throughout my appointment. Fantastic experience: Went into my appointment with nerves as I do with every dentist visit but Dr Hadia made me feel extremely at ease. She explained the work that was to be done and throughout the appointment she made sure I was comfortable and ok with the process. Dr Hadia’s work was great and I left feeling a lot better and pain free, and not at all nervous to return for the remainder of the work that needs to be done. Extremely happy with the whole experience.

Fantastic experience: Last night a very old filling in the back, that had been in for years fell out, it's so many years old that they don't use the material it was made with any more. I made the booking online and wrote in the notes that I was terrified of dentists and hadn't seen one for a long time. In the past I've had to have happy gas or intravenous sleep to see the Dentist. I had the pleasure of going this dental clinic today to see Dr Hadia Arshad. I am terrified of dentists and hadn't seen a dentist in a long time. Dr Hadia was caring and reassuring. I was numbed with cream before she put the injection in and I barely felt a little sting. I was so impressed by how much she was making me feel comfortable. I went from crying at the beginning and by the end I was excited about the fact I didn't need any happy gas or intravenous. I was given breaks and have never experienced such great treatment. From the moment I walked into the clean receptions area, I was welcomed by a smiling receptionist. The place is very clean and inviting. I will definitely be happy to go back and see Dr Hadia Arshad for my regular checks. I am not sure if this place is expensive or cheap. I'm with Defence Health and payed half of the bill and I had several X-rays taken. Thank you so much Dr Hadia Arshad for giving me good advice and support, also for being so caring.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t visited the dentist in seven years! I was so nervous upon arriving but my nerves were put at ease when I was warmly greeted and welcomed by Dr.Hadia. She was so friendly and thorough with her knowledge. We covered all areas together and I really appreciated her taking the time and care to answer all my questions! Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a clean/checkup. I have developed a slight anxiety around the dentist since having my baby, but I was kept very calm and assured everything would be okay. I was treated so well and had a great experience! It was also my two son’s first dental appointment. My eldest (3 years old) bravely sat in the chair and was instructed by the dentist to open his mouth. The dentist was very careful and patient with my son and gave him a little present for being so great. Next in the chair was my 1 year old, he was able to sit on my lap as the dentist attempted to look inside his mouth. However, due to his age he was having a tough time sitting still and opening his mouth. Even still, the dentist was very patient with my youngest. We all had a very good experience, will be going back.

Fantastic experience: The Dentists and staff are truly caring at Yes Dental Rouse Hill. I had an urgent extraction performed on a Saturday and they were able to fit me in that day after first numbing me up with a local anaesthetic so I would not be in pain for the few hours before the procedure. The procedure itself was all over very quickly and painlessly. I have had several tooth abscesses in the past that required extraction and this was definitely my best experience. (NoGap Dental Blacktown had left the glue from my braces still on my teeth after removal of the braces and I thought my teeth were wearing out after all this time but it's the glue that made my teeth bumpy on the outside ) I will be back to see her again to rectify that too.
