Fantastic experience: Made an appointment early today with the lovely receptionist Sandra, she was very helpful, and she was able to fit me in for a same day appointment. The dentist Simon was great, very knowledgeable, easy going, and patient. He sorted my wisdom tooth swollen gum issue very quickly and my mouth feels a whole lot better than it did last night and this morning (thank you Simon). The practice is centrally located in the CBD, easy to access, and very modern, the look and feel of the practise is very warm and welcoming. Great value for money, and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: such a professional setup but still so friendly and welcoming AND painless. I HATE dental visits, practically need a GA to make an appointment but they always manage to make me feel special and cared for and I relax, as much as it is possible for a scaredy cat like me to do! I really thought I was going to have to have a root canal but Simon saved me!!!! Thoroughly recommend this practice

Negative experience: The dentist i was with she was great and i cant say anything negative about my time with her but i must say i got abit of a shock to get a bill for a filling at over $550 dollars. I shall be shopping around in future.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with Invisalign service at Bite Dental. I commenced treatment with Nick in December 2021. Originally I was told it would be about 9mths – a bit over 2 years later, after transferring to an orthodontist, I am finally coming to the end. I went through 3 sets of aligners. In the first set I completely lost my bite – my back teeth no longer touched and my front teeth did. Nick told me my lower teeth moved too far to the right. He then spent the next 2 sets of aligners trying to rectify that – and from my perspective, it seemed that his treatment plans were trial and error and nothing he ‘planned’ ever came to fruition. On the 3rd set, when it became clear that I would be facing a 4th set of aligners in an effort to fix the issue, I transferred to an orthodontist and the difference in experience was huge. The orthodontist has, in a relatively short period of time, corrected the issues created by Bite Dental and put my bite back together again. To transfer cost an additional $3000 – there was no offer of compensation or assistance with the cost from Bite, nor any real apology or acknowledgement of the issues they had created. My strong advice would be do not go to Bite Dental for Invisalign treatment – go to an orthodontist.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Bite Dental for crowns for my 2 front teeth. I could not have dreamed of a higher quality of care (and result!) delivered by Simon and the team. Over the 12 months I was being seen by Simon, he coordinated my evolving treatment plan to tee and was my single point of contact - helping me navigate external referrals, appointments and jargon that made no sense to me. This in and of itself was priceless. He continually met my anxieties with both empathy and humour - and while I'm sure I asked many stupid questions, he never made me feel like it.
