Fantastic experience: The staff were all beyond lovely, very excited for my future smile

Fantastic experience: I suffer from severe anxiety around anything medical related, dentists especially (no offense to them!). I started seeing Dr Chan a few years ago and he is hands down, the best dentist I’ve ever had! Dr Chan is incredibly patient and kind, and never makes me feel rushed or embarrassed, even when I’m clearly nervous or overwhelmed and his assistant has to get the comfort teddy bear for me to hold throughout my procedure haha. What truly sets him apart is not only his compassion, but the quality of his work. His attention to detail is unmatched, whether it’s general dentistry or cosmetic dentistry. I was honestly terrified I’d end up with “Turkey Teeth” during my composite bonding procedure, but he completely understood my (many) requests, reassured me and delivered a completely natural result. The entire team is professional, warm, and welcoming. The practice itself is stunning - immaculate, modern, and inviting, which is a breath of fresh air compared to the typical clinical feel. I love the personal touches in the treatment rooms and the little sweet treat you receive on your way out. It’s these things that make the visit feel more like an experience. I leave every appointment feeling confident in the quality of care I’ve received. Thanks Dr Chan and Team – you’re the best!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Iconic Dentistry enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable in the waiting lounge which, by the way, is absolutely stunning; I’ve never seen anything like it. I was offered a beverage while completing my form, and afterwards, a lovely staff member gave me a full tour, explaining all the services they offer. When I was brought to my appointment room, I felt completely at ease something I don’t often feel at the dentist. My doctor was amazing, taking the time to listen and talk me through all my options, recommending what would work best for me. I had photos taken of my smile, which was such a cool experience to see, and I felt relaxed throughout the entire process. After we decided on the next steps to enhance my smile, I had my teeth cleaned while listening to music through headphones, which made the experience even more comfortable. When I finished, I returned to the lounge to finalise my plan with reception and to top it all off, I received a complimentary brownie on my way out. It was genuinely the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return and see the results.

Fantastic experience: **HIGHLY RECOMMEND ** Oh my goodness! I thought I had walked into the royal palace. The waiting area is stunning and extremely comfortable. The ladies at the desk were beautiful and welcoming. The ambient music had me feeling calm and relaxed while sitting in the waiting area. I was offered beverages while waiting and filling out online forms. I was taken on a guided tour of the other rooms and advised of other services provided with no pressure to pursue on the way to meet with the Dentist and dental nurse. Both ladies made me feel at home, welcomed and comfortable. There was no pressure for followup just superb advice and recommendation for treatment. Prior to leaving I sat down with one of the beautiful reception ladies who ran through costing using my private health details and ran through the services provided in todays appointment, booked followup appointments provided a folder with all Receipts and details and the topper was receiving a small Biscoff blondie. I had the most wonderful experience with the team from Iconic Dentistry and Medi spa. Thank you for looking after me so beautifully.

I saw another dentist out of convenience of location, they lacked in all areas compared to him, and said I required a filling. I went back to Dr Chan who said I didn't require any dental work. I won't be going anywhere else again. More than happy to drive the 90min round trip for such skill.

Positive experience: Great experience. Nice staff. Nice and professional dentist, who’ve explained everything in a way I could understand. Bit pricey for a check and clean so I would maybe ask for the price ahead of time so it’s not a shock. But then again most dentists charge a lot. The vibe in the office is immaculate.

Fantastic experience: Aside from the beautiful decor and stunning, clean environment, Dr Chan and the team are so lovely! They made me feel very special and all the staff are so friendly. I'm usually quite scared to get a scale and clean done as my last dentist made it a very painful experience, I thought that was normal, however Michael was very gentle and I had nowhere near the same pain levels as I've had in the past. Very grateful to have found him! Highly recommend this dentist if you're normally a bit worried like I was!

My current dentist Dr Sally has performed various procedures including a dental crown, grey to white filling upgrades and general cleaning. Never any pain and incredibly efficient! Price is also competitive with the market.

Fantastic experience: I have a really big phobia and with a advice of a friend, I went to Iconic Dentistry. The doctor and all the team are just lovely. They are really understanding and warm-hearted. Dr Bron Leong is so calm herself and she makes you feel like you are not even in a clinic. It makes me feel like I am in a ASMR video I am a hard patient to take care of because of my fear (not proud) but she handled me so well haha She is so kind, peaceful person. She explains everything that you don’t even need to ask a question. It is so noticeable that she knows what she’s doing. Even I asked more questions and she answered so patiently. Just loved her. About the operation; I talked with couple of different dentists before I go. And it was a little hard to remove my tooth. But the operation went also so well, I felt nothing. The examination and the operation were professional. The clinic is also very clean and they are attentive to asepsis. They also kept in touch with me even after the operation, asking if I am okey or having any problem. Just 5/5

I’ve been seeing Michael at Iconic Dentistry for 10 years now. I can’t recommend Michael and his excellent team highly enough. Fantastic experience: Great service! Highly recommend Dr Michael and his team. It's taken years for me to find a dentist that I can trust, but Dr Michael is very meticulous in his work and the result is a rather painless experience each visit.

Negative experience: I kept getting my appointments cancelled 2hr prior until it was unacceptable. I voiced out my concern. They stopped but I was not seen by my dentist, a lab tech attended to me. When I asked why, my dentist was busy with another patient during my appointment time. Absolutely brilliant! Today, I received a text message from them.

Fantastic experience: As someone who feared the dentist in the last couple years, I am shocked to say that after my first appointment with Dr Bron Leong at Iconic Dentistry, I can’t wait to head in for my next treatment! Dr Leong is so kind and understood my fears and accommodated me in every way possible! When I first arrived, I was great by a lovely smile and took a seat in the beautiful waiting area. I was then taken on a tour around the facility before arriving at my treatment room that was complete with the comfiest dentist chair I’ve ever sat in and two screens (one on the wall and one up on the ceiling) displaying “This room was specially prepared for Tahlia”. We started with taking photos and Dr Leong going through what treatments I’ll need to obtain my dream smile. When treatment commenced I was given noise cancelling headphones with my choice of music to help me relax and zone out. The treatment was painless, as comfortable as root canal can be and quick!! Upon checking out, I was given a folder with all my proposed treatment details, photos taken and a complimentary Iconic Dentistry macaron. Although marginally pricier than your average dentist, I assure you you won’t mind as it is such an enjoyable experience where every detail has been thought about. They are also a medispa so if cosmetic injectables or facials, etc appeal it’s pretty much a one stop shop! Pa there’s also a piano that plays itself in the waiting area that’s pretty cool!

Dr. Michael is very knowledgeable and extremely detailed in his work. I am so obsessed with my smile every time I see myself in the mirror. Appointment slots are followed very diligently. All safety measures mask equipment cleaning is also done diligently. Always have the headphone on during the procedure, to avoid the scary sounds from the tools. From the moment I walked through the door at Iconic Dentistry and Medispa your immediately looked after. Someone stands up to greet you, offers tea or coffee then walks you to the seating area even though its about 10 steps from the reception desk. Just the little things can help make a big difference to your overall experience. The team is incredibly down-to-earth, treats you with kindness and understanding every step of the way. They're very professional and knowledgable, yet they never lose that personal touch in their interactions with you. They really took the time to understand my individual needs and made sure that everything was tailored to exactly what I wanted, even with the challenges of my tight FIFO schedule. You can tell that all aspects of the business have been thoroughly thought about. From the amazing interior decor and giving a personal tour of their building/rooms, to including multiple services for a holistic approach from dentistry, injectable, facials, etc to achieve your desired aesthetics. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m grateful for the care and attention I received. I highly, highly recommend and definitely my medispa and dentist of choice from here on out. P.S. This is also coming from someone who has been to other medispas before and had great experiences with them but Iconic Dentistry and Medispa definitely takes the cake.
