Fantastic experience: By far the best dental practice I’ve been to in years. As someone who is terrified of dentists, they all made the experience comfortable and safe. They were quick to get me in for emergency root canal at Quakers Hill after a tooth broke. The dentist and assistant kept me calm and did an amazing job. Next I needed an extraction which was done at the Baulkham Hills location. The dentist and assistant were so good to me. Explained everything, gave me lots of time and did the extraction so quickly and painlessly. Not being in health cover was a concern for me but their pricing is so reasonable and they offer payment plans. I highly recommend them and won’t be going anywhere else.

Negative experience: Waste of time, they lure you in with false prices. Teeth whitening service was advertised as really low on their site, then when I went to my appointment in person to get it done the next day, they suddenly said it would be a much higher price.

Fantastic experience: My husband had his filling come out on Saturday night and had pain and we called at 8pm and was booked in the next day (Sunday) ~ professional service and staff ~ highly recommend. Husband has made additional appointments to go back.

Negative experience: They only trying to take your private health fund money for cleaning and tooth filling.I had to pay two gap payments in two days for tooth filling but still they were unable to give the route cause of my toothache.

It was easy to book (can do via phone or Healthengine). Communication was timely and clear. Easy to find the practice and the practice is clean and well presented. Dr Nisha is very calm and makes you feel at ease. She is thorough and gives practical advice to look after your teeth. I would definitely recommend this practice. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Nisha Dhankar. She extracted a broken tooth root and another broken tooth that had become painful. She let me know I had more broken teeth that need removing (but I refuse to have them removed as I don't have many teeth left - and don't want to get false teeth). I liked her caring manner and low pressure about removing the other teeth. My teeth are a lost cause and I will continue to avoid all dentists (unless pain intervenes) but if I ever have to see a dentist again I will definitely use these guys.

Fantastic experience: In addition to being the best dentist in Sydney, Dr. Nisha Dhankar is an amazing person. She made sure that the entire hygiene routine was followed during the treatment because I have several serious and chronic illnesses. She is great, and I used her, general dental cleaning. Because I always end up bleeding from my gums after the treatment, my previous experiences with other dentists left me terrified of clean up. The cleanup was done expertly and with minimal intrusion, demonstrating that she had magical hands. Thank you for the spotless and lovely smile.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this clinic, first of all i would like to state; the dentist is fine and have no issue with their work. However during my routine checkup getting a clean and scale the nurse (dental assistant) could not correctly work the suction, so a third of the way through my procedure; the receptionist jumped into the procedure without adequate PPE only wearing a surgical face mark, no gloves, no clinical gown THIS IS A MAJOR WHS concern; what if said person had open cuts on their hands or pathogens on their clothes. This was very distressing, as it did not provide me; the patient with any confidence in the quality of care throughout the procedure. Not to mention this place is severely understaffed had to wait around an hour extra. Also nearly drove off from clinic without properly being checked out as nobody was at reception. This post isn't from a malicious nature, however rather to inform others and hopefully provide feedback to the clinic supervisors. But personally will not be coming back.

She was fabulous, she explained every thing carefully and clearly. She was very knowledgeable and had a lovely bed side manner. I will definitely be changing to her as my regular dentist.

However on a family member's recommendation, for the first time on the 2nd December 2019 at 6.30 pm I visited Designdentalsurgery at Baulkham Hills and was greeted by Dr Nisha Dhankhar As you know most people take it as a nightmare when its time to visit the Dentist or have Surgery. After the fist five minuets in her Hi Tech surgery I got the confidence that I was in good hands and the level of anxiety and stress in me disappeared. My first impression of her was, A persons of care and commitment to the work and service she provided and my observations are as set out below. It’s incredible how thorough her work is and her work ethic is out of this world! My surgery was a complicated job and took more than 2.5hrs of her family time however she always found a way to get the job done — and done very well! There’s no other way to say it: Australia would be lost without her great work. Even when the going gets tough, you continue to have the best attitude! I couldn’t imagine you took up the challenge at hand and you completed it with the very best results for me and you at no extra ordinary cost. Your work ethic speaks for itself. Thanks for always being willing to lend a hand and the pride you take in your work is truly inspiring and sensational. I will not hesitate to recommend you to my family, extended family, friends and work colleagues too.
