Fantastic experience: Dr Edwin is an exceptional dentist who has cared for me and my children from their early years right through to adulthood. We’ve always felt genuinely looked after by him and his wonderful team. My children even used to drop in after school on their way home – that’s how comfortable and welcomed we felt. Unfortunately, due to broader circumstances, we’ve had to move to another practice, but we continue to hold Dr Edwin and his staff in the highest regard. Their kindness and professionalism have left a lasting impression on our family.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in Sydney! Dr Edwin and the staff provide exceptional and excellent customer service.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to end in hospital with sepsis! I had an ill-fitted crown place over my 2nd molar by Dr Edwin who then kept adjusting as it had been painful from the start. I kept complaining of symptoms such as waking up feverish with a racing heart rate in the middle of the night and experiencing serious digestion problems and constant fatigue. He completely ignored these symptoms and instead proceeded to fit a night guard. I was never offered antibiotics. It got so bad I passed out at a work event. Turns out I had an untreated tooth infection for weeks and was on the verge of sepsis. I ended up having emergency surgery to remove the crowned molar.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Advanced Dental are warm, genuine and they provide excellent services. When I first came to the clinic I had concerns about my teeth that were addressed with great care and compassion. I have been very happy with the results. Fantastic experience: Possibly the best dental treatment I have ever had. Reception staff are welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Dental nurses all were exceptionally proficient and attentive to whatever was required by the dentist or myself. Dr Edwin’s professionalism inspires confidence which relaxes you. He is knowledgable, skilled and understanding. Did I mention incredibly gentle and precise in his technique. If I still lived in Sydney I would still be a patient there.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Advanced Dental for a few years now. They are very thorough, have all the latest tech, explain everything, very welcoming and friendly. Extremely comfortable and clean surgery. I have had some difficult dental problems. Edwin has done excellent work, careful and gentle operator. Also quite conservative. Does what needs to be done, offers alternatives but doesnt push for more than is needed. Could not recommend more highly. I refer my friends.

Dr. Edwin was very detailed and understanding with my condition and needs. The frontdesk team was very friendly and helpful with organising the booking and sending reminder of what needs to be prepared beforehand (e.g., Health fund card). Based of my past experience, usually GP and other pratices don't really care if a client have health fund, as long as they get paid. The facility are state of the art. It is apparent that they have put a lot of thought to ensure that all patients feel comfortable and get the best dental experience. I would definitely comeback if needed as I can confidently speak highly of the quality of service that they provide.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting advanced dental for over two years, and I'm always more than happy with their excellent service. Everything begins at the very first time when you enter and meet with reception Denise, she is very polite and will sit you on the chair, offer you a glass of water and tell you to wait a few seconds for the doctor. When you meet Dr. Edwin, he is always welcoming you very nicely, and after checking your teeth, he will be detailed describe to you what the issue is and give you solutions. Everything is in a lovely atmosphere. When it is time to drill, he'll lie down on the chair, provide you with protection glasses, and will ask you what movie or series you would like to watch on Netflix (such a cool thing). After all this preparation, he'll use special cream at the point where he sticks a needle with anesthesia so you can't feel any pain. The whole operation goes very smoothly, and you just enjoy watching Netflix. I highly recommend advanced dental

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional Dental Care. Dr. Edwin is really gentle and great with children. My son had cried before starting but Dr. Edwin encouraged him to sit down in the dental chair and explained to him what's coming with simple words so he wasn't scared of the checkup at all. Later, he told me, everybody there was nice and he had a good time! Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Advanced Dental for 4 years now. Our last appointment was with Cindy who was unbelievably gentle, kind and calm with my 2 boys (6 and 3 years old). It was my youngest's first appointment and Cindy made sure he was comfortable and clam before proceeding and even put on his favourite show to watch while in the chair. In saying this, the technology used in the clinic is all up to date and modern-which allows you to clearly see your teeth very close up. I am a very anxious patient and for the first time in a long time both Cindy and dental assistant were AMAZING to calm my nerves. Thank you ladies!
