Fantastic experience: I did a in plant. The experience was good. Dr Sam and his team had made the journey from start to finish, comfortable and easy!

Positive experience: 1. Dental Hygienists are 4/5 2. Dentists - I give them a 3.5 /5. It worries me that they are consistently pushing for root canals and other procedures that can be avoided. They were pestering me for a Root Canal 8 years ago. I went elsewhere and they sorted me out without a Root Canal. To this day, I have no issue with that tooth 3. Place is mostly clean and modern 4 /5 Please, please stop pushing for procedures unless they are necessary

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible experience at The Dental Practice Burwood! I had the “All on 4” dental implant procedure, and I can honestly say it was a fairly painless experience for me — just 4–5 days of swelling, which is totally expected. Dr Sam is awesome — professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr Sam’s assistants are always fantastic — whether during the procedure or regular appointments, they’re calm, supportive, and help everything run smoothly. All the ladies at reception are so warm, friendly, and very helpful — it’s like chatting with family every time you walk in. The whole place has a relaxed, easy-going country feel that instantly puts you at ease. Special mention to Dr Alex, who handled a couple of the trickier implants — he was excellent and a great addition to the team. A big thank you also to the anaesthetist team, who were professional, reassuring, and made the sedation process smooth and stress-free. The after-care has been perfect. If you’re considering dental implants or any major dental work, I can’t recommend this place enough. I could keep raving, but I better quit before this turns into a novel! 10/10 experience!

Fantastic experience: After searching extensively for a good dentist after living overseas for many years I found by accident the Dental Practice. The practice is very professionally run, amazingly helpful staff, and very proactive in providing preventative guidance in addition to a wide range of up to the minute treatments. In addition the practice is very convenient to get to by bus from the Concord/ Breakfast Point area with a bus stop directly in front and across the road(464, 410, 461 and other routes). My teeth have been very well cared for by Judy who is highly skilled, friendly, and patient focused which makes a visit to the dentist a pleasure. I highly recommend both Judy, Dr Sam and the Dental Practice and know you will not regret becoming a patient.

Negative experience: Omg I've never encountered such a rude receptionist. Called asking for a quote for a general clean... "can I ask why aren't you going to your regular dentist" - ??? Do you want new patients or not? Told her I didn't want any xrays- was so offered like I asked her for a kidney. Said they couldn't legally operate on my teeth as they needed to do X-rays. Fair enough, maybe ask me why I said no to the X-rays and I would have told you I was pregnant. Honestly sounded like she hated her job or hated being asked questions. It's not an elite club, relax yourself

Fantastic experience: The whole process from start to finish was outstanding. Everything was explained in great detail in laymans terms. I required Zygomatic implants and 3 bone grafts. The operation was done on Saturday and temporary implants went in on the following Monday. One week later the permanent implants were put in. What amazed me the most was the lack of pain and discomfort. An incredible team. Thankyou!

Impressed with the reviews on Dr Alex’ and Dr Sam’s performance, I made the decision to change my old implants, and undergo both zygomatic and regular implants. From the moment I called them for the first time the receptionist was attentive, friendly, and well informed. The practice is clean and well maintained. The dental hygienist provided one of the most thorough cleaning experiences I've had at a dentists. Dr Montero was amazing, helped me fully understand any issues that needed to be addressed and did an outstanding job on my fillings, shaping, and colour matching. Everything is fully explained here. They don't jump into things without explaining things like other dentists do or pushed into a single direction. I felt heard and detailed explanations were always given to me. Thank you for your impeccable standards. It really shows and has left an impression of what a good health practice should look like and do.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to investigate ongoing morning headaches after realizing it was likely due to grinding at night. I booked an appointment with Dr. Pelin and was so impressed by how thorough she was in the initial assessment and discussion around treatment options. The staff and Dr Sam have been amazing throughout my journey and I still cannot believe sometimes how much my life has improved. Fantastic experience: My experience with Dentists has not been a favourable one. My front tooth had a very unpleasant incident with a hockey stick, it cracked and never looked the same. My molars were all filled. I was convinced that my only solution was either implants or dentures. I visited Dr Sam Gidaro at The Dental Practice in Feb 2023 he refused to do either. He said he could give me another solution. I have just completed about one year of treatment, 5 crowns, 3 implants and one extraction. I cannot believe that I attended all sessions without trepidation. The process was a little painful (I was at the dentist!) but the results have been incredible. I can't tell which tooth was cracked. I have a mouth full of my own teeth a much better outcome than I could have imagined. Dr Sam is a highly skilled efficient professional with a very pleasing demeanour and a charismatic disposition. The staff at the clinic were always extremely helpful, welcoming and informative. I would not hesitate in highly recommending THE DENTAL PRACTICE.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best dental practices that I've been to hands down. To put this into context a better comparison for this visit rather than "insert dental practice" is the Ritz Carlton, the intercontinental, the Shangri-la, the Swissotel...etc it's really a five star experience. From the moment I push the doors opened to to enter (get that scent that resorts and hotels have), to the staff that greet you with personality and a genuine/warm welcome, to the over and above service and expertise that the dental hygienist and dentist exhibit. 5 stars. I visited for a clean and check up, visited Pascal and Dr Pellen. My first visit so I didn't ask for anyone specific but they are both amazing individuals. Warm welcoming personalities but also excellent at their jobs. Dr Pellen went above and beyond to talk me through not only that facts and would have been a quick and dirty solution that I was already sold on (mouth guard for grinding). Instead she took the time to understand me as a person as a whole not just what's going on in my mouth. i.e. sleep drives to the grinding and what the grinding maybe driving or be driven from. Pascal, did my clean and she took the time to give to tips on how to floss and as getting me to show her or practice it before she sent me on my way. I would have been more than happy to get my teeth clean and be sent on my way but no, she really went above and beyond to embody the value of care. From start to finish an outstanding customer experience. Not just a great dental experience but an outstanding customer experience full stop no ifs buts or maybes. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of The Dental Practice for 20 years. All of their staff are experienced and do a great job, always thinking of the best outcome for the patient. I am particularly impressed with the recent implant and cantilever bridge Dr Sam has done. Fantastic experience: For years I have struggled with poor quality teeth and was extremely reluctant to go to the dentist from fear of pain and embarrassment. I had conducted extensive research before choosing the Dental Practice at Burwood. I traveled over 1200 kms for these appointments and procedures so the right dentist clinic was paramount. The whole team catered individual appointments for me because of how far away I lived, so distance is no concern. What an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in the door I knew this was the right dentist for me. All staff were extremely helpful and supportive. After a consultation with Dr Sam, I knew id be having the all on 4 procedure at the dental practice.Dr Sam and his entire team made me feel welcome and I felt comfortably in their hands. Fantastic experience: I've been attending the Dental Practice for more than 25 years, with regular hygiene checks, an implant 25 years ago and a bridge on my front teeth in August 2023. I find everyone there polite, organised, efficient and caring. Their professional denistry work is first class. My daughter has had her wisdom teeth removed there as well, and attends for the routine hygiene checks. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I’m 100% satisfied with my 5 dental implant procedures carried out by Dr, Samuel Gidaro. I used to have dentures prior to implant procedures whereas other dentists were discouraging me to have an implant due to difficulties of my jaw/bone conditions plus my age (over 65) and being diabetic, suggesting the risk of implant procedures could outweigh its benefits. My old dentures were made perfectly however my personal experiences of discomfort, especially the extra cleaning needed to do from time to time after eating made me to decide to find and consult Dr Samuel Gidaro in which I was impressed even during my first visit, finding him as the chosen one. I was amazed with Dr Samuel Gidaro’s clinic facilities complete with all special X-ray Imaging/Scanning equipment and most importantly an innovative operating room with monitors used in typical hospital operating theatre, such as anaesthesia machines and of course supported by qualified doctors (astrologist) and great clinical dental hygienists and nurses as well as clinic administration staffs. Fantastic experience: This practice is great! I had a general clean and check up with Dr Nitty (apologies if that is incorrect spelling) and she was very gentle and welcoming which was a great first experience with the practice. I had three fillings put in by Dr Pelin and she was fabulous, I love that she chatted me through the process while I was in the chair which was very calming! Definitely recommend the practice to anyone needing a change or is new to the inner west area.

Fantastic experience: Recently got my top wisdoms removed by Dr David - the procedure was painless and quicker than expected, and everything healed up exceptionally well; I didn't experience any swelling and was pain-free the day after the operation. I've also been a regular at this practice since I was a kid and the service has always been great.

My greatly receded jaw bone would require a bone graft and gum graft in order to anchor the implants. Fantastic experience: Great service! Called up to book an appointment and was given one within a week. Cleaned my teeth and was looking to consult regarding a wisdom tooth that was hurting. I luckily booked when the specialist was available, he came in and took the tooth out in less than 5 minutes! The dentist who cleaned my teeth, did the x-rays and my tooth filling was also amazing and friendly.
