Fantastic experience: The staff are so friendly and helpful. The doctors are amazing, and the nursing staff are incredible, helping my very upset 4 year old get through her immunisation, which was not easy. They are all amazing and highly recommend the whole team!

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Dr Rany Rizk since my wife fell pregnant with our now 7 year old daughter. In this time we have lucked in and found the most amazing doctor in Dr Rany Rizk. Dr Rany always has the time for me, my wife, son and daughter.. no issue is to small and always has made time for us, never rushing us and always giving us excellent medical advice. We are so thankful for Dr Rany , even moving to now Boronia we still attend this clinic to see Dr Rany.

Negative experience: Please be transparent with your fees. It would be highly appreciated if reception advised of the additional fees at the time of appointment confirmation. I called up the reception before booking and at no point I was informed that my 10 year old won’t be bulked billed. I paid $98 for 2 mins consultation because it is at the discretion of the doctor to decide if he choose to bulk bill or not as it was after hours consultation. I am assuming reception won’t know before hand as to what doctor will decide on fees but at the very least, they could be kind enough to let the patient know at the time of appointment confirmation that there might be out of pocket cost at the discretion of the Dr. Rany Rizk. Please be transparent and let patients decide if they wish to incur out of pocket cost in this cost of living crisis times.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient and went to the clinic after quite a long search for a new doctor to deal with some complex issues that have come up. I am pleased to say that from the moment the receptionist, Mercedes, took my call I had confidence that the clinic had their patients best interest at heart. This was corroborated when I set foot in the practice when I was greeted with a kind smile. My appointment with Dr Rani Rizk was very thorough, caring and compassionate. Fantastic experience: Dr Yee and Nurse Sean are always very accomodating with my health issues. Sean is fabulous with little ones for Vaccinations and comes with music and silly sounds to distract. Dr Yee is also happy to do Telehealth consultations which are great for me and i never feel rushed. He is very thorough in his care.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting my Podiatrist for some years now (Dr.Andrew White), but at my visit today…..l needed his advice regarding ‘ a sliced deep (as it happens) cut between the webbing of 2 fingers’. Re: an accident that happened earlier today. ****Had l not been attending my appointment with him today, l would have not gone to any Doctor at all. He advised me, he believed, l probably needed some stitches. How fortunate l was that a. I had an appointment with him today, & b. his clinic now has Doctors (& other modalities) on staff. Within 20 minutes, l was seen by a recent new Doctor employed there….Dr. Rani, & a wonderful Nurse, Julie, who professionally & expertly cleaned, stitched & bandaged my wound. I cannot praise or recommend this clinic enough. You’ll be in good hands.

Fantastic experience: My daughter fell and cut her chin last night, needing stitches. Thanks to a friend’s recommendation, we came to this clinic. We arrived a little after 10 PM and were warmly welcomed right away. The wound was cleaned quickly, and the stitching was completed by 11:30 PM. The staff, including the receptionist, nurse, and doctor, were all very kind, warm, and even humorous, which helped ease our nerves. The doctor did a great job with the stitches—my daughter said she didn’t feel much pain or stress. We truly appreciate their professional care and the great support they gave us. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr Piyumi is like the Doctors of my youth. She genuinely cares and explains everything thoroughly. She also leaves no stone unturned to get to the bottom of a possible problem, explaining everything during that process.

Positive experience: The doctors and receptionists are mostly good however their appointment times are very poorly managed. It's a culture of the entire clinic, not just 1 or 2 doctors. If you are booking a 30 minute appointment, ensure you allow at least 1 hour for the appointment, and be prepared that your doctor will only call you in for the appointment 30 minutes late. They pride themselves on doing all they can for their patients but they do not care and do not respect the time of the next patient and the following patients and so forth. It's not a once off as I've been to this clinic for over a year and it has happened several times.

Fantastic experience: When my dr(verhoff) retired after looking after our family for 20+ years we weren't sure where to go. Our dr recommended medical for everybody and a specific dr at the time as they had just started. My family have been going there since. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff at reception are fantastic and my dr ,physio,and podiatrist have never let me down.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, receptionist was very helpful and friendly on arrival. The doctor was quick to see us, not sure if this is the case all the time, but we were happy with our appointment anyway. The Doctor was friendly, helpful and did all the checks before making the final call. Listened to everything first too. Good size rooms and waiting areas. Kiddies area looked sweet and fun. Good signage for toilets. Comfortable enough chairs. Several disabled parking bays for members right out front with wheelchair ramp. Offers heaps of other services too. Very impressed to be honest.

However, I was billed upfront with Medicare rebate although I had a Healthcare card which I thought meant my visit could be bulk billed. I understand mixed billing meant bulk billing could still apply for certain patients under 16 and with Healthcare or pensioner cards. Kindly clarify the billing policies of Medical for Everybody.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Edward Yee has excellent communication skills. He takes the time to explain medical conditions and treatment options in a way that is easy to understand, which greatly helps me feel informed and involved in my own care. This approachable and empathetic manner fosters a strong sense of trust and comfort, making me feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly and everyone is full of smiles. My son is super shy so they were very patient untill he came out of his shell. Josh from dentist was amazing with my super shy son first ever dentist appointment.

Fantastic experience: I was well looked after, and had my Covid and Flu injections, as well as having a prescription renewed. Plus I had left my mobile phone on a seat in the waiting room, and the receptionist, after hearing it ring several times, was able to call my husband back, so that I was able to pick it up. We had been busy looking for it at home. I also had to change my next appointment, which she was able to sort out whilst I was there. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: Don't see Dr Mok or Dr Sophie... both very bad at taking responsibility for patients. As an RN and Nurse practitioner I was disgusted with both of them Dr Ed is nice but not taking on anyone at this time. Otherwise I'd recommend stay well away from this clinic and Mooroolbark Brice Ave clinics both real extremely poor quality doctors.Both clinic doctors have made several very bad error and in one instance another family member has reported two docs to medical board. My advice go elsewhere!!

Negative experience: Every time I get a yearly check up I am sent on a wild goose chases to various doctors, scan etc which ends up being not necessary. Not only time wasting but also money wasting. Went in with prolapsed disc to get some strong meds to help get through the day instead of helping I was told to ride it out!!!!! No meds given to help just refused but happy to send you all over the place for unnecessary tests that are not required didnt even say go get a scan this time. My records were sent here when my doctor retired. I didn't even get the chance to take my records anywhere else. Promised that founding members will be bulk billed but now getting charged every time. I am constantly being told we can do Acupuncture etc. If I wanted that I will go to a specialist who deals in acupuncture and also injectables! Looking for somewhere else to go as I will not support their kickbacks for tests etc. We are not all made of money.

Fantastic experience: Medical for everybody is a superb clinic with exceptional doctors. My family and myself have been patients for a number of years now and every single staff member has been exceptional. From Dr Sophie Sadr to Dr Peter Hoffman, from Sean and Renee to Edward…at one point or another, myself and my children have seen everyone and we have always received outstanding care. When my son was having a silent asthma attack, Dr Hoffman was straight onto it. He kept him calm, whilst administering his medicine and explained everything to us so that we knew why to look for. We cannot rave about them enough. We would never go anywhere else for our family’s health.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is less clinical than most and excells with natural light, a feeling of spaciousness and good design. As always Dr Sudhee gave me the best medical care and I will return in future.
