Fantastic experience: Called up last minute to see if they could take out a wisdom tooth that no one else wanted to try, and Dr Avni did a fantastic job!

Fantastic experience: A decaying tooth was decaying at and under the gumline. Dr Thomas explained it couldn't be saved and would need to come out. A very thorough explanation was given with my consent to remove the tooth. Dr Thomas and Kerry explained that it was a precarious extraction as the tooth could possibly break off, leaving some tooth behind. I gave consent as it had to come out. I was most impressed by the perseverance and gentleness that Dr Thomas took to extract this bottom rear tooth. Honestly, such care and professionalism was exercised, that Dr Thomas got this tooth out in a whole state. How appreciative I was, as we examined the tooth together and it's fragile decayed state. All the staff and owners at Queen Napier Dental are committed to giving the best service to the Community. How refreshing. I'll be back. Thank you to all the Team.

Fantastic experience: My teeth/gums were in poor condition and unfortunately my only option was to have most of my top teeth removed and a partial denture made. Having a real fear of dentists l was extremely anxious but Queen Napier Dental was absolutely amazing. Avni was the most caring, patient, professional, gentle dentist l had ever come across if only l had met her earlier maybe there would have been l chance l would have still had my own teeth. At 66 years old finally l am no longer petrified of going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment as my tooth was causing me extreme pain, they got me in within 2 hours notice. The staff were friendly and the dentist was very skilled in getting my very damaged tooth out in one piece very quickly.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful care. I had a bad infection which I had server pain. They went above and beyond assisting me with suitable antibiotics and pain relief. I returned the next day for Dr Thomas to remove the tooth. The most gentle experience I’ve had at the dentist.

Dr Avni was beyond gentle.. I didn’t feel a single needle. I was so relaxed that I almost went to sleep. Watching the Tv helped with the whole experience, but I was beyond impressed. I can’t thank you enough! I hope you know the impact you are having on me, as my teeth were becoming a real problem and I’ve always been to scared to fix it. Now I’m not bothered one bit!
