Negative experience: The rudest staff I have ever dealt with. After care is impossible . They give you a number to message with any questions but no one reply’s. when you call your left on hold for 30 minutes until you give up trying to get through. Edit: Yes I am 100% sure I am reviewing the correct dental clinic.

From the very start day I love the friendly atmosphere and the lovely fresh space. All the staff are caring, considerate and helpful. After some complex treatment the dentist kept in touch with me which was very reassuring. The staff go above and beyond even to staying late on a Saturday evening. I am very impressed.

As I was apprehensive to receive my first filling, I am very appreciative of Dr Tristan's professionalism and friendly communication throughout the entire experience from examination through to post procedure. During the procedure, Dr Tristan's gentle approach resulted in me being surprised at how comfortable and unobtrusive receiving a filling can be. For example I did not notice when the numbing needle was used as there was no pain or discomfort. The dental assistant Shazooka was also very friendly and professional. During my last visit, I had an old molar removed – a tooth that had been broken for years. I have extreme anxiety where any dental work is concerned and avoided going to the dentist for years due to the last dentist I encountered yelling at me whilst I had a panic attack in his chair. After years of dreaming of having straight teeth, I took the plunge with iSmile and haven't looked back. I have now been a patient for almost 3 years and I'll never go anywhere else. The team here are the most incredibly kind, understanding and caring team I have ever met. They took time to learn what my phobias around dental work were and worked on solutions that actually WORKED for me. My anxiety still rears its ugly head from time to time but majority of the time now I can lie back in the chair and let them do what they need to do. When I'm having a horrible anxiety episode they never ever push, do what they can do and NEVER make me feel awful if we have to try again another day. Dr Selena, Dr Mila, Dr Ben, Coleen, Nicola, Judy, Sarah and everyone else are honestly just amazing and I couldnt recommend them more. Now I have beautiful straight teeth (and I honestly thought that was NEVER going to happen!) and can smile confidently and happily in photos. Fantastic experience: I was originally referred to iSmile by my partner who has been a client since the clinic was in Box Hill and what can I say? Dr Milla is a professional and her knowledge of all things dentistry is vast. Despite her sometimes no nonsense exterior, her dental manner is extremely gentle and everything you could ask for in a dentist. She runs a tight ship and ensures her customer service is always on point. We have had a difficult journey through COVID with my Invisalign through no fault of iSmile and Dr Milla has seen to it personally the entire time. Like most of us she has dealt with staff shortages and a changing climate. Despite this hardship she has done it with a smile and any time there has been a question it has immediately been seen to. The clinic is modern and immaculate, as such they have the facilities to do most things in house. Having not really had any major dental work prior to Invisalign it is fascinating how your entire mouth can be scanned and within minutes be transferred to a computer screen in front of you in a 3D image where it can be manipulated. If Dr Milla is the head then Colleen is the neck. She is the one who keeps the clinic on track and her ability to read Dr Milla’s mind and magic appointments out of thin air is a testament to the years they have spent working together. This dental practice is one in a million and with all my appointments with Invisalign it's starting to feel like a second home. I have come to think of them both with great affection and whilst I was very glad to be greeted with a purple (my favourite colour, which they took the time to learn) orchid upon “graduating” from the Invisalign program. I’m almost sad that with the exception of the last few maintenance bits, I will now only need to come in for a 6 monthly clean. As my family members now all happily attend iSmile after my experiences here, I may just have to attend their appointments with them so I can say hi.

Fantastic experience: Recently my daughter told me about iSmile Studio Dental and recommended that I and my wife make appointments to see Anna (the Dentist) for consultations prior to deciding what to do with our dental cares. We came and met Anna; after the consultations, we felt very comfortable, so-much-so we decided to go with iSmile Studio Dental instead of our usual Dental provider. The team at the clinic is fantastic; what's more, Anna is a great Dentist and "genuinely" a very caring person! Overall, we're really glad to have made the switch to iSmile Studio Dental.
