Dr. Rokeya and Dr. Halima are my regular physicians and they are possibly two of the best in their fields around the Hills shire. The medical center staff are also very helpful, friendly and cooperative. A big shout out to Lamiza for always going the extra mile to offer help and assistance.

Dr. Rokeya Fakir is one of the best GPs in the Hills—she has a ton of experience and her diagnoses are always spot-on. We also highly recommend Dr. Halima Begum. At the front desk, Lamiza is an absolute star. She's our favorite and handles everything with a beautiful smile, making the whole process so much smoother. The staff here are all fantastic. Nurse Anna is superb, and it's so convenient having pathology and dental services right there. Plus, there's always plenty of parking, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been visiting North Kellyville Medical Centre since it first opened in 2017, and we’ve never felt the need to go anywhere else. A big reason for that is Dr. Rokeya Fakir—her diagnoses are always spot-on, and her care is exceptional. Dr. Halima Begum and Dr. Kamrun Shumi are also outstanding; we’re truly fortunate to have such dedicated doctors in one place. The centre itself is always clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for patients. The staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. Lamiza is especially amazing—always welcoming and ready to assist. Rashmi is also very helpful and professional. Highly recommend this medical centre for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate healthcare.

Fantastic experience: Was able to see the doctor at short notice staff was really helpful and it was the first time my daughter was there, but got everything sorted and all the required Assistance to get her medication for her. Medical needs excellent help.

Positive experience: I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness and professionalism during our visit. The treatment room felt cluttered, with opened medical equipment packets left on the benchtop. There was no clear space for the baby scale, so it had to be used on the floor. The nurse appeared unprofessional — she was drinking coffee and distracted by what seemed to be a personal bank transfer on her phone. It would’ve been more respectful to complete personal tasks before calling us in.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was amazing . The young Dr was very thorough knowledgeable and saw me on time. An exellent assessment diagnosis and treatment plan with follow up booked. Thanks you Dr V Vidanapathirana you are an asset to the practice !

Negative experience: The doctors are great but the centre’s manager is super mean and rude I believe she is Indian origin women. Who are you supposed to make a complaint if the manager is impolite and aggressive? People with sickness makes appointments with doctors so just be kind and polite.

Fantastic experience: I love this medical practice. Everyone is absolutely delightful. They are very welcoming. Although sometimes the wait is a little longer then anticipated I can appreciate their popularity and also the time the doctors spend to really understand your needs. Always a highlight seeing the nurse Anna she is a real gem.

Negative experience: The doctors are good and always helpful, but if I make an appointment for 12.40am I expect to have it around 12.40 am. When one time I have to wait around an hour and another time it's 50 minutes of waiting, I guess there's something totally wrong with the booking/organisation. Happy to change my review once it's fixed.

Positive experience: The honest truth is the service is very good but of late you book your appointment you get there in time but only see the doctor after 45minutes to an hour which I believe is to long maybe adjusting your consultation times per patient.

Fantastic experience: I went for a " free" flu shot to NKV medical centre. Reception staff was very helpful in understanding issues related to my name in Medicare card and fixed it within no time. My registration also went very well. Nurse who administered the " flu" vaccine did an excellent job. I never felt any pain while doing so. Excellent staff.

Fantastic experience: This is our first visit to a clinic since our move to Sydney. The receptionist was really helpful and patient even when we went back again to clarify our concerns. Dr Preeti was really patient, friendly and professional. She took the time to explain the tests that I would need to do. She addressed any of my concerns/my husband’s and was reassuring. Overall a positive experience at the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience at North Kellyville Medical Centre. The centre is neat and clean and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend Dr J Charles Anthonipillai as he was friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout my appointment.

Negative experience: Not great. Not bulk billed, long waits (over an hour) with appointments to speak to average doctors. Booked a Tele health appointment (not bulk billed) and both times the doctor called me over 10 minutes after the call was scheduled then when I called back he was already with another patient (1 minute wait time to call back) I understand doctors have jobs, but so do other members of society. If the centre was walk in only I would understand but don’t take appointments then not call at those times. Not even going to try to reschedule my appointments, Kellyville medical centre up the road is x10 better, no wait times and is bulk billed.

Negative experience: I’ve had several negative experiences with this medical center, but nothing compares to the treatment I’ve received from the receptionist. A medical center should be a place where people feel safe and supported, especially when they’re dealing with physical or mental health challenges. Unfortunately that has not been my experience here. The staff, particularly the receptionist, have shown a shocking lack of empathy and understanding towards other. Their judgmental attitude is palpable, and it makes an already difficult situation even more distressing. Yes, I understand that working in a front-facing role can be tiring, and that dealing with people all day isn’t easy. Most jobs require this to some extent though. If you choose to work in healthcare, you’d hope that some degree of kindness and understanding would come with the role. Today, I experienced another instance of this cold and unkind behavior, and sadly, this is not the first time. I called to let them know I am running late, when I called I was very emotionally distraught and she was immediatley judgmental and cold. The receptionist's rudeness and unwillingness to help is not only unprofessional, but also dangerous. This kind of treatment could push someone who is already in a vulnerable mental state to a breaking point, and having to experience those feelings are difficult enough as it is. Also they ask you to respect the doctor's time but they have absolutely no respect for yours. There is not a single time I have been there where I haven't had to wait 45mins to over an hour for an appointment. The hypocrisy is wild. It also feels as though this practice is more concerned with profits than with patient well-being. Compassion and care should never take a backseat in healthcare. The one star on here is for the few doctors who are super helpful and caring. <3

Negative experience: First time visiting this medical centre, went in for concern about heart rate. The nurse took my ecg, pulled a face which encouraged me to ask why she looks concerned. Once she expressed it looked abnormal, she continued to tell me many young people have been coming in with similar results within an age bracket I was a part of & that “a lot of them die in their sleep. I’ll give to doctor and see what she wants to do” was her wise choice of words… once I was in the waiting room she also took it upon herself to loudly open the doctors doors saying “oh my god” and close it before revealing the doctor my results. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion & of course did not encourage myself to feel any better at that point…

Negative experience: Don’t bother complaining about delays. I checked in with one receptionist for my 4 PM appointment and waited an hour, assuming the usual delays. When I asked the other receptionist, she blamed me for not answering a confirmation call—despite the fact that I had already checked in. She laughed sarcastically when I pointed this out and said, “Okay, okay, the doctor will see you soon.” Later, she asked why I hadn’t inquired earlier, and I replied, “This clinic always runs late, so I assumed it was just another normal day.” Instead of handling the issue professionally, she kept blaming me. The only competent doctor here is Dr. Fakir—though I wasn’t seeing her, she noticed me waiting and kindly checked if I was okay. As you can see on the review, there are plenty of complains about the receptionist and the fact that the clinic is not doing anything abour her is absurb and impolite.

Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend North Kellyville medical centre!! It feels like family!! The reception lady Reshmi is amazing, she can remember everything and everyone. Every time pops in is like meeting a friend!! Also highly recommend Dr Halima , she is so amazing!! She has been as my family go-to doctor for many years. She is taking great care of my whole family. She always provides the best solutions for all of us, from my new born daughter to my aged parents!! We all adore her very much!! The nurse Anna is another lovely lady!! She is super responsible and very caring too!! Every time my newborn daughter got vaccinated, Anna will be very playful. She made the baby feel positive about the vaccine and be able to take it without too much tears. Best medical practice ever!!

Negative experience: I've been visiting North Kellyville Medical Centre for almost 3 years now to get my scripts and check-ups for my children. I pay for everything if it's not covered by my private health fund. It's usually a pleasant experience and I don't normally write complaints/bad reviews but there have been a couple experiences that led to me writing this review today. When I had an injury in 2024, Dr. Sumi said she will provide the document that would allow me to ask for a disability permit from Service NSW. They said this document will be emailed to me but they didn't. Instead, when it was ready, they asked me to pick it up from the clinic so my husband went in to pick it up. Sure, he thought the document was ready to be picked up at the reception but they asked him to go inside a consultation room and when he got out, they charged a consultation fee... for a document pick-up. I am so exhausted due to my injury and all the pain so I did not have the energy to complain or ask why that is so I just shrugged it off but this bothered me. No one should be charged to pick up a document that they agreed to give... agreed to send email but didn't. Today, I had to pay double for a consultation. It was a simple consult where I asked for a script and a referral letter to an endocrinologist. She asked if she could check my blood pressure and I said "ok" not thinking there would be an extra charge for it. Thank God my blood pressure was normal but it went up a bit after I was charged double my expected bill. Other than the consultation fee, I was also charged a Heart Health Check, which I don't understand why so I politely asked the receptionist if it was the blood pressure check. She said it wasn't so again, I politely asked what it was... she said it was charged due to a "long consult." Which I also did not understand because it was just a script and referral consult. When I politely asked again, the woman changed her tone and talked to me angrily while explaining what was written on the tax invoice. She ends her spiel with "if you have any more questions, talk to your private health fund." I am not one to embarrass anyone and not one to disrespect people who help us get our services but that person in the reception area today made me feel disrespected. I'm only asking because I am paying for a Heart Health Check that I did not get or ask for. I took the invoice and left without a word. I hope no one ever gets talked to that way and I hope no one else is being charged for a service they are not aware of.

Fantastic experience: I cannot commend Dr Halima Begum enough for her professionalism and high level of expertise in care. Dr Begum has been my go to doctor over the years, and has never failed to provide me with the care that I need. All the while holding a high level of compassion, kindness, and patience which is much needed of doctors. I've been to many doctors, but none quite as good as her.

Negative experience: They should have more nurses. Everytime we went there and had a Nurse appointment, we always had to wait at least 30 minutes past hour booked appointment. And there was even people who arrived 15 mins after we did and were called before us by the Nurse. Odd. We went in today for my 18 months old immunisation appointment. The doctor took 40 mins to call us. Then he went and got the vaccine and took 20 more minutes to go get it. And then I waited outside the office for 30 mins to get the blue book back from him. He took ages for everything while my baby was crying and in pain. Overall it took more than 1 hour for a simple immunisation appointment. Never book for anything else. Waiting times are terrible and you can definitely see by the many reviews here.

Negative experience: I am a frequent patient of north Kellyville medical centre and so is my daughter. We love dr Charles and Anna the practice nurse however, I have just had the worst experience with the Indian receptionist, who told me to “toughen up” when I said I couldn’t come into the practice today because I have a baby and instead requested a Telehealth consult. As a new mum, this has to be one of the rudest and most insulting things I’ve ever had said to me. She also told me that waiting for a doctor in practice for an hour is normal and “just put the baby in the pram”. I actually can’t believe someone spoke to me like that let alone someone representing a medical practice. Appalling behaviour from this receptionist. She should be ashamed. How disappointing that such an amazing practice has such a rude and unkind receptionist working for them.

Negative experience: I went to this medical center for the first time, my finger was infected, the doctor wrote me a private brand prescription without asking me. Then I called and told him to talk to the doctor and make a change, but the doctor did not call me.

Positive experience: Every time I’ve made an online booking here I’ve always had to wait another 15+ minutes even if I arrive early for the appointment. Today I had to wait nearly 30 mins for an appointment I arrived 5 minutes early to. Seems to be a reoccurring issue.

Negative experience: The lovely lady at reception was polite and greeted us with a smile ( no mask which was refreshing ) . Unfortunately the Dr was running 40 mins late with no apology when I finally went in. This is one of the few places that bulk bills most appointments, that’s the reason I go and only if I have to.

I feel at ease when I'm seeing myself and the family to Dr Halima, not only is she able to explicitly address concerns and issues but she is very caring and has a positive attitude in all regards to her work. After a few minutes I was interviewed by the nurse who was pleasant & knowledgeable. Doctor Rokeya Fakir was very pleasant & listened as well as talking & asking questions with a genuine interest.
