Dr Alex and all the hygenists to the lovely ladies in reception have all provided a friendly, caring and professional service. Even for some difficult nervous young ones at times. My children and I have been provided thorough cleanings and checks of our dental needs to avoid any major dental issues. Along with assisting with those pesky extraction for growing young children when the urgent need arose. Thank you Smart Choice and keep up the good work!

They were right both Chris and I like Dr Sammy after our 2 visits each. Reception has been great, no problem there. Give Dr Sammy Z a try, he is very good.

The appointment time is the time you go in. Almost never have to wait. Would recommend them to anyone. Update: I've seen Karen, an oral health therapist, many times, and cannot recommend her more highly. Very professional.

Nurses too are not any less. Sharp appointments, no waitings. I always go there, never had any issues. No crazy bill at the end, reasonable prices. The waiting room is clean and spacious. What else you can ask for?

Negative experience: I cannot justify the gap fee I paid for cleaning just one tooth. If you have Bupa health cover, it will be cheaper to go to a Bupa dental clinic. Bupa accredited means nothing to me if I have to pay more for the same service.

Negative experience: Extremely poor service. Booked on the Saturday for the Monday morning at 10 am because my appointment got cancelled at their sister clinic. They then decided to cancel and change my appointment time again on the morning of the appointment (l got an email to say l had another appointment in a fortnight, but not that my appointment that morning got cancelled) to a fortnight later without contacting me. I came at the agreed scheduled time and was told they moved it without telling me. Apparently they said l must have called in to say l was sick and cancelled the appointment myself which is rubbish. No apology, nothing. Just expected me to sit there and wait for the next available appointment. This was a work day and so much of my day was wasted. Customer service is obviously not important here.

Fantastic experience: Im absolutely petrified of the dentist and at 43yrs old you'd think I'd have grown out of it! Nope but I can tell you that Dr Alex and the whole team made me feel comfortable and relaxed even whilst having a root canal. I'd heard horror stories about dentist but I can't say a single bad thing about the team at smart choice dental. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Dr Reza is the best! He is just so gentle and calming. I had my wisdom teeth removed today and it was so easy. He made me feel so calm. I don’t have any swelling or pain. His dental nurse was also amazing. She made me something to stop the glasses from hitting my eyelash extensions! They both went above and beyond.

Negative experience: Probably the worst experience yet. Unfortunately all about numbers and turnover. Your loyalty is irrelevant. They are on such a tight timeline, I get the feeling they are only about the $$$.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment for my son today and they fit me within the hour despite not being an existing patient of theirs. The receptionist Kate was so lovely! The dentist Dr. Ben Scully was excellent, very professional and did an awesome job repairing the chip in my sons tooth. You can barely tell that there was a chip there at all! I highly recommend this clinic!

Been a nervous patient I found Dr Ben to be a wonderful calming influence explaining everything as he went. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years due to history of trauma. The dental hygienist Tylah was so welcoming and explained everything. Dr Thamid provided trauma informed care and talked me through everything throughout the appointment. Even the girls at reception where lovely! All over a very welcoming clinic that most importantly made me feel safe!

Negative experience: Lovely dentists. Reception and practice manager utterly hopeless signed release forms copy of x rays and waiting still over 2 weeks to receive them keep following up no answer useless FOH STAFF . However Dentists lovely.

Negative experience: When I attended Smart choice dental previously, my teeth have never been the same. They ruined my tooth and I had to go back so they could cap it. The tooth next to the one they ruined has now cracked. Will never go back. I never had any issues previously with my teeth. So disappointing.

I receive lots of feedback about how to care for my oral hygiene and a little freebie to help me get started on a good habit. As I get older, staff are very helpful at letting me know about changes and what might be coming up that will require attention. I have very sensitive teeth and receding gums and staff are always caring and considerate of this and try to reduce any discomfort.
