Negative experience: With private health insurance (very expensie!!!!) they still charge for a basic clean and check up. They take about $150 from the private health insurance company and then ask you for another $150. I left straight away. You can go to other dentists and not pay anything for a basic clean and check up with your private health insurance. Shop around. Response to owner: No - the review is correct. A number of dentists are doing this - trying to not respect the fact that the customer has private health insurance. With other dentists offering a check up and clean without extra sneaky fees, you are losing customers and repeat customers and also causing poor customer relations.

However , the receptionist Hikari is not friendly and she do not alert the doctor that I am allergic to latex even put all the details when making appointment and she do not make any apology and not respectful . when consultation she just saying and I said I can’t see the monitor and needs to ask multiple time to zoom in and not willing to print the information sheet .

Negative experience: I typically visit the other dental clinic at World Square, where I've been a loyal patient for years. One of the reasons I prefer it there is that there are no additional charges beyond my private health care allowance. However, since they don't offer Invisalign treatments, so last year I decided to give this clinic a try for a regular dental checkup and to inquire about Invisalign. I found out that their prices were higher, which meant I had to pay extra out of pocket after my private health care coverage. Ever since then, my experience with this clinic has been marred by their unsolicited promotional SMS messages sent to my phone without my consent. This has been a source of significant annoyance for me. A few days ago, I unintentionally made a booking with this clinic. When I searched for "World Square Dental," their number appeared, and I mistakenly made an appointment. I only realized my error today and promptly called to cancel it. To my surprise, I was informed by a staff member that there would be a cancellation fee of $200. I believe that this cancellation fee is unfair, as it goes against Australia's contract law and violates consumer protection laws in the country. Such practices are considered illegal, and I am quite dissatisfied with the way this matter has been handled.
