Fantastic experience: Was very nervous to have 3 wisdom teeth extracted. Dr Dipen made me feel so at ease and talked me through every step with opportunities to stop and reassess at any point. Fantastic experience: 10 for my actual treatment by the dentist and her assistant. Both could not have been more thorough or supportive. They listened to my concerns and fears and provided in a way I was comforted. The dentist showed my teeth photos and I was allowed to take my photo of her photo to help me understand my future dental needs. I was so impressed I'm very likely to change to Daintree from Central Dental. Also at Daintree I can access benefits from our HCF I can't from Central Dental. Reception was 7 only because a phone call required a very long wait on my part so I was late for my appt I hurried to be in time for at 8:45am. On the way out and payment, another 10, the receptionist was fantastic, so much so, my husband was fitted in to attend an appt the same day and they made big effort to swap other appts to make it possible. Pretty much 10 x 10

Fantastic experience: Great dental clinic, staff are exceptional and dentist I had treating me, with very complicated problem, was super professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of what I needed. In the end I ended up with 2 front teeth implants which I'm very happy with.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful emergency tooth removal procedure for my daughter and then ongoing treatment, especially from Dr Henna and her beautiful assistant ,Dr Brittany and Violet. Their care was amazing and my daughter is very sensory and coped well. For a mum who's had awful dental care in the past it's super refreshing to not pass that on to my kids.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 wisdom teeth removed in the chair in one sitting and the crew at Daintree Family Dental were professional, kind and amazing! The procedure was performed with minimal pain and I had no complications. I am currently undergoing Invisilign with Dr Dipan and it has been smooth sailing and I am loving my results! My 3 children also visit the practice and they really treat you like family! From the front reception staff, dental assistants and dentists, I honestly cannot fault the service. The practice is always clean, and everyone is so welcoming.

I had been putting off going to the dentist for FAR too long as I am a very anxious patient with some complicated teeth and gum issues! From the minute I walked in, the staff were amazing and helped calm me down by their gentleness and encouragement. Fantastic experience: We took our daughter to see Jess at Daintree Dental, after having some on going bad advice, from a previous dentist, from a different clinic... Jess is wonder women! Our little girl absolutely adores her, she is gentle and kind and knows her stuff! Highly recommend. Dr Neha , I think her names was so patient and friendly with my son put on his favourite show on TV above him . I had a great clean with Jess and Brittney, where Jess noticed I had an old filling that needed replacing, and referred me to Dr Dipen, who was able to see me in the same week. Dipen and his assistant Ash did a fantastic job, I was very nervous about having a needle for the filling but I barely felt it! And Nikki and Courtney up at the reception desk were lovely and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I got my wisdom teeth extracted from daintree dental, and it was such a positive experience! Dr Depen Shah was incredible. I highly recomend this dentist! He was supportive and kind, he explained the whole procedure so well and calmed me down. Side note, I came in so nervous and on the verge of having an anxiety episode because of my previous experience I've had in the past. It's clear now that I don't fear dentists anymore! The dental nurse was also holding my hand throughout the whole procedure, she was amazing! I went with localised numbing, and didn't feel any pain. Dr Depen extracted the wisdom teeth swiftly and with no difficulty, he knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Daintree Dental! 100%

Fantastic experience: I went to Daintree dental today for my first appointment. I had previous dental phobia. The girls made me so comfortable and I was not in any kind of pain or discomfort at all! I had chipped my front tooth and they fixed it in under an hour and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Fantastic experience: I want to thank Dr Djpen Shah for his excellent and professional work ethics. I had a problematic Root Canal that needed to be done, he was the only one in Albury Wodonga who was willing and able to do it. He did an excellent job, I didn't feel any pain and he was constantly asking if I'm OK. He also explained everything he did in a very professional manner. I would recommend him 100%.

Fantastic experience: I am a very anxious about anything related to my teeth and I’ve now had a couple of cleans with Jess who has been incredible. No pain and so reassuring. Fantastic experience: My experience for a molar tooth extraction with Daintree Family Clinic is as follows. 1. Streamline reception staff special mentions to Chole, Niki and Kristy. They love their job and made the the front and back part of the appointment easy. Wonderful staff! 2. Dr Neha was very switched on to my health needs. Dental phobia was no problem for Dr Neha and her supporting assistant Kristen. I have severe CRPS and thought that this would possibly stop the appointment. Dr Neha was outstanding to say the least. I was and felt that Dr Neha’s knowledge of my disease and care for my comfort was first before the treatment. If you unfortunately have CRPS look no further if you are in need of dental work. Kristen was of comfort and especially attentive to myself during the whole appointment. Kristen was a great assistant to Dr Neha and sure to be successful in her future career in Dentistry. 3. Dr Neha went beyond my expectations in which I have made a following appointment soon for a comprehensive assessment for my teeth health and wellness. On top of this we all had a giggle over my sweaty hands which was no problem for them both. Their priority is for a relaxed space which I noted and was appreciative of. 4. Take home instructions to follow for the best after appointment care. Followed with texts to make sure all is well. The whole experience is beyond a product it’s service to the community. My gum is healing beautifully thanks to Dr Neha. Amazing Kindness and Care!
