Fantastic experience: Great service, the receiptionist staffs were very helpful and friendly, we are new to the clinic and got lost in the Marvel Statium car park, they came down to pick us up. The clinic is nicely set up, clean and modern, giving us a welcome feeling. Dentist Dr Charlie was very professional, but warm and friendly. He was very gentle and I did not feel any discomfort during the checking and cleaning procedure; he did what is necessary, did not try to over service, we feel very happy with his treatment and the dental assistant was under trainning by a senior staff, who was very good with her job too. Overall we are very happy to find our long-term dentist. Highly recommended anyone needs a dentist.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Ivy Ng. She was the worst dentist I have ever visited. Her behavior was unprofessional and inattentive, and she lacked the basic care and competence one would expect from a medical professional. It seemed her primary concern was charging fees rather than genuinely helping her patients. The receptionist was also unhelpful. Even though I had clearly confirmed the purpose of my visit in advance, they still scheduled me despite knowing that Dr. Ivy wouldn’t be able to perform the procedure. They didn’t inform me of this beforehand. Dr. Ivy herself also knew she wasn’t capable of handling the issue but said nothing. Instead, she tried to persuade me to undergo procedures that I absolutely did not need, and even after I clearly refused, she continued to push them. Do dentists like her really care about your concerns? Sadly, no — it feels like all they care about is taking as much money from you as possible, with little regard for actually helping. Also, there was a 45-minute delay with no explanation or apology given. I strongly advise others to be cautious if you’re planning to visit this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: went to sss Dr Regina Wong! words cannot express how lovely she was and how lovely my experience was. my local dentist recommended all this expensive, invasive nonsense. scared me half to death. Regina gave me options and didn't force or push anything. she kindly implyed my dentist wasnt correct. never have i heard anyone say "theyre wrong" so politely. she was lovely. sat close and reassured me that I was doing good. she genuinely cares. I assure you all. then charged me a 3rd of what I was quoted. oh, did I mention this was on Easter Saturday? yeah. she's my hero now and I'll forever travel from Bendigo to Melbourne to exclusively see her as my dentist. thank you Regina! my extraction went perfectly and you were wonderful beyond words! she even gave me a take hime care package. does it get cuter and more personable than that? thank you MC Dental.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ng is the best dentist I have ever met in Melbourne. I booked in for the same day with a gum infection. She diagnosed the issue very carefully and provided the solution I needed for the time being. She is also great in communication and everything is well explained. My condition is under review and I have another appointment coming up in two weeks. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved. The receptionist staff are very friendly and the environment of the clinic is clean and welcoming. Highly recommended this clinic if you are having dental problems and living in the city.

Fantastic experience: What a pleasant experience! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. My dentist was thorough, informative and gentle. The process was completely transparent - X-ray was talked through and photographs of my teeth were also displayed on a screen and issues were pointed out and interventions discussed. There was no “hard sell” for any of their other products, which was nice. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time visiting the clinic today and it was an absolute amazing experienced i’ve ever had. I had bad experienced with dentists before but Dr. Phillip Cheng is absolutely an amazing dentist i could’ve asked for. He ensured that everything will be alright and it was a smooth process from the very beginning until done, thank you to him and his assistants. Fantastic experience: Took my 85 year old mother there on a Sunday morning with an abcessed tooth. She was in a lot of pain and required an extraction. Dr Ivy and the team did a brilliant job and were lovely to my mother throughout. This is a fantastic service and practice to be aware of. Price was incredibly reasonable particularly for a weekend.

Fantastic experience: I went with a mild pain near my wisdom tooth area and Dr.Ivy found there is some decay and a hole in couple of my tooth. She clean the tooth and filled with fissure sealent immediately, initially I was scared with drilling part but they made me so comfortable with a Jazz music,herself and her co workers extended their time just for my procedure . she didn't bother about the time because she bother perfection, she is so perfectionist. Definitely i suggest this place for dental treatmenta , so far MC Dental gave good procedures to me. Thanks guys..!!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this dental clinic for quite some time. The dentist that usually attends to me is Si Si Zu. She is the most gentle dentist with the patience of a saint. She treats her patients with so much kindness and professionalism, constantly asking if you’re okay. I would 100% recommend Dr Si Si Zu and the Docklands Dental Clinic.

I was a little scared so the dental assistant gave me a little stress ball too Plus there was no hidden fees and I was given an idea of exactly how much it would cost. Negative experience: Just got my tooth filled with dr Xin Wang. It hurts a lot and now my teeth doesn’t feel comfortable. I got my tooth filled months ago at different dentist. It’s way better than in here. I pay twice the price in here and bad result. Very disappointing

Negative experience: I got my teeth fixed here in 2020, and at first Dr. sisi said it would be easy, two years. But now 2024... I still have braces. Later, I changed to Nadia (a doctor with a very nice personality), because sisi zhu kept cancelling my appointments on short notice, and she usually informed me one day in advance. Besides, she corrected me for several years, which was totally not the effect I wanted. My front teeth changed from inverse teeth to buck teeth, and the center line was also very crooked, which she said was normal. At first I asked for it myself, and she said she didn't need it. As a result, I now went to see another professional orthodontic (L&L orthodontic), and they told me regretfully that the result of the four-year correction was not ideal, and they have given me a design plan. For more than four years I had hope, but regret. It is very recommended that you go to a professional orthodontic where to do correction, I did not understand at first, so I chose this one. I hate to make this comment, but I am really angry at the doctor for not being responsible and wasting more than four years of my life.you are still no answer me, I will get my report,about my teeth problems.if you are still no answers, I will find layer. I need Sisi zhou give me a answer and return my money,she is not professional and many people posted about her gaffe on social media. I have time,if she still no apologise and no answer, I will fine my way to fix it,call me or email me tell me how to fix it, I won’t wanne come back just wanne return my money , I have report and X-rays to prove my teeth still have a lot problems.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. Got some fillings done here but the dentist was very absentminded, listening to podcasts loudly, taking personal phone calls when I was in the chair and rushing through the session. I experienced severe toothache 1 month after the appointment, went back twice but they told me it was fine. Eventually I had to get fillings done again somewhere else 6 months later. It was a complete disaster and please don’t go to MC Dental.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend MC Dental Docklands. I was in a lot of pain during a Saturday night and was googling at 2am in the morning to find a dentist for a Sunday appointment and come a cross MC DENTAL, so I booked on line and was seen that Sunday morning at 11am. The clinic was exceptionally very clean and service was very thorough and considerate and surprisingly the price was very reasonable. This clinic is not near my home but I will be definitely going back. Thankyou so much and a 10/10 Regards Charlie

Fantastic experience: Visited the clinic today to get my half broken tooth extracted. I would give them 10 out of 10 for the overall service from the receptionist Carole with her warmth welcome to the dentist Dr Shirley Zhang. Dr Shirley was very informative about the whole process and have been very patient trying to extract the difficult tooth out. Took longer than a normal extraction. Have no hesitation to recommend this clinic and Dr Shirley Zhang to anyone . Keep up the great service.
