Fantastic experience: If I could give a higher rating I would. Highly recommend. Doctor Jonathan was amazing with my 9 year old daughter!!! She had a tooth extracted with the help of happy gas. Communication was great, he spoke to Ashlyn the whole time so she could understand but not so much that she was more nervous. He made the whole experience as stress free as possible. Fantastic experience: Cheryl is a such a great and gentle dentist! I had a lovely experience getting my teeth cleaned! Generally, it's quite painful to get my teeth cleaned as I have sensitive teeth, but she was very gentle and it was totally fine this time!

Being a Medibank preferred health care provider also really helps for any out of pocket costs. In addition the reception team are always kind and courteous and we never feel rushed.

Fantastic experience: I recently got all my teeth replaced with implants. I justed wanted to say a few nice words about Dr Dino's Kountouris whom conducted the treatment which took approximately 4 months. Reason for this he would do a little then wait for me to heal for a couple of weeks then do a little then wait for me to heal again basically repeating this process over a 4 month period until I got all my implants which I'm very happy with they look fantastic I quite often get a lot of compliments from people.I just wanted to say that the care that he took to get to the last stage was awesome if he noticed I wasn't coping he would stop early. He would never let me go home toothless he would always put temporary teeth in while I was healing. Also great to see a doctor with personality having the ability to make you laugh. A true professional thank you Dr Dinos and the wonderful team at Central Dental whom also assisted. All-round a great experience I would recommend anyone who wants to get this done to Central Dental thank you very much

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank central dental enough at Mount Gravatt they got me an appointment as quick as they possibly could to repair a deep cavity when a filling had come away from my back chewing tooth they were friendly and helpful and the dentist Jakub Lazorka did a great job repairing the big cavity as well as information that he gave me so if i have to go to a dentist in the future i will definitely be going back there yes i do recommend central dentist at Mount Gravatt thank you to everyone involved and merry Christmas to all

Fantastic experience: I went in with years of neglect of my oral healthcare, nothing so bad that im losing teeth but it wasnt good The building wasn't giant to look intimidating like a hospital nor too small and look unprofessional, it was relaxing and comfortable It was nice that the pricing wasnt too bad for non private healthcare members, the dentist was very professional and very polite and really cared about the situation and how to improve my dental care I just got a basic plaque removal/xray/clean special package some of my teeth are abit more sensitive now but thats my fault for letting the plaque build up so badly, i lost abit of bone due to the wear and tear/bad oral hygiene/anxiety/stress from work, i guess its a reminder that the dentist is like a GP and should be seen once in awhile Overall i am happy with the experience

Negative experience: The dentist called Apoorva is not experienced and professional at all! My mom’s chin was swollen after the treatment. Anesthetic was injected wrongly and hurt the nerve. Approval didn’t stop and still injecting made my mom was crying. She was so rude and so unprofessional. Don’t see this dentist if you wanted to go to this dentist. Worst dentist I have ever seen in my life. Will not ever go to this dentist again!

Dr. Nick was incredibly calm and reassuring throughout the appointment, and thankfully, he was able to patch the tooth up without needing any major dental work. Fantastic experience: I was extremely satisfied with my wisdom teeth surgery by Dr. Meer. After being referred to him for my tricky bottom one, I was able to have the procedure done in a single appointment, which was a huge relief. Dr. Meer was extremely professional, reassuring and explained the procedure thoroughly. The surgery itself was painless (aside from a few needles to numb the area at the start), and the recovery process has been much smoother than I anticipated. Fantastic experience: I visited Central Dental yesterday presenting with severe toothache, which needed extracting. Dr Lazorka was incredible! I was so nervous but he was reassuring and gentle. I felt no pain with the needle going in, and no pain or discomfort when the tooth was extracted. My husband and I are so grateful to Dr Lazorka’s expertise and skills. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have been a client of Central Dental for many years and always impressed with their thorough person centred approach, explanation of procedures, preventative care, and ability to demystify dental care with kids. Today when I fractured a tooth and feared I would lose it, Dr Chavan and the team went out of their way to fit me in between work commitments and the tooth has lived to chew another day.

Negative experience: Worst dentist ever! Do not go there!! Literally, Just brushed my child teeth. No check up, nothing. Do not waste your money and your time. Stuck up snobbish attitude from them all, the receptionist, the dental assistant and the dentist. Give you the feeling that you are a burden and you waste their time. Help them. Do not waste YOUR time. Do not go there. They don't even deserve my one star, but you can't give no stars. Definitely the worst dentist we've ever been to.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted at my seat by Dr Chavan as we walked into the room, she was explaining everything to me in detail on what was going to happen I was having a general check up and clean . As the procedure was taking place Dr Chavan explained what she was doing and what she was going to be doing next. I will say that I have never felt so more comfortable with a dentist before. At the end of the procedure she stepped through all the preventative steps that I should do, too keep my teeth in the best possible condition. I would highly recommend Dr Chavan to everyone. My issue was resolved on the same day (thankfully it was nothing worse than a small chip), I also got a check up and xrays. I've been seeing Dr. Jennifer Jom and sometimes Dr. Marlena throughout the years and they have helped me greatly in improving & maintaining the condition of my teeth, and I had quite a few problems and fillings. I used to be very scared of going to dentists who were mostly very rough and impersonal. But the team at Central dental are very efficient and my appointments are quick and painless. The dentists are friendly, honest and thorough with explaining the processes. Central dental are also a Bupa first provider which means I barely pay a gap payment each visit. Dr. Jennifer was the first dentist in my life to help me identify that I grind my teeth in my sleep and organized a night splint. I no longer get issues like root canals, headaches or sore jaw when I wake up in the morning. I thoroughly recommend this clinic to anyone who has a fear of dentists.
