Fantastic experience: I was so glad I could get in on such short notice last Saturday , I was in absolute agony from 6 pm Friday due to a bad tooth . All I could do all night was use ice cubes to numm the pain . Had no sleep whatsoever. The turned up at 9.30 and was so relieved for once to get a injection which instantly took the pain away . I decided to get the back tooth removed instead of a root canal to save it . Now that it is Wednesday night I have had no pain since it has been removed and everything feels fine . The people there made you feel instantly relaxed and feel that you are in great hands from professionals as they explained everything in detail before they proceeded with anything at all . Prices were also explained so you knew exactly what to pay for the procedure. Definitely a lot better service than my last appointment with a dentist in caloundra that I used to go to as they treated you with courtesy and respect and not like a pay check only .

Negative experience: I went for a wisdom teeth consultation but was told to I get more if I book a new patient exam with teeth whitening. At the appointment, I only received the exam and no teeth whitening was offered. The dentist literally walked me to reception after the consultation (I felt to awkward to say anything). The dentist seemed more focused on pushing for a clean (which he already told me wasn’t urgent) rather than my concerns for my wisdom teeth. Later on, they called and refunded me for god knows what reason, then days later called again multiple times while im at work saying the refund was a mistake. I had returned the money even though I did not get all services promised. Overall found this dental unorganised and not transparent with services. I would 100% recommend avenue dental Kawana instead.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had problems with my teeth my whole life. I didn’t want to go back to the Dentist because every time I did in the past I was dealt with pain during and after surgery. On my last visit, I had two teeth removed and stitches into my gums. To be honest I didn’t even feel the teeth be removed and Ive had minimal pain for days after. Highly recommend. Ps: the ice cream gift was tasty and helped sooth the gums

Fantastic experience: Jeshua ( Dentist ) has corresponded with me For over a week giving me Care plans quotes and updating them as per my needs And also amending them after I’ve changed my mind a few times so this Care and professionalism was much appreciated. As for the procedure, I had two teeth removed and a filling , Talia, the nurse was professional and helpful, And Jeshua Was a wizard with the tools I had four or five needles that weren’t anywhere near as bad as I remember them being The extractions in his words were quite difficult but I did not think so and the whole procedure was over within an hour. He talked me through every step of the way making sure I wasn’t in pain. They allowed me to come in half an hour early and get needled up to make sure that the anaesthetic was appropriate as I’ve had issues in the past overall it was a great experience for what could’ve been quite a harrowing one. Ladies at the front desk, are lovely and helped me with a split payment And also previous email communication back-and-forth. I definitely recommend this practice.

Positive experience: The loud young voices in the small room especially Kim the anesthetist, were distressing for me. But the next visit when the permanent crowns were put in, was much better. Very happy with Greg and the work he did. Appreciated him explaining everything he was about to do or was doing. Loved having my daughter in with me and wish her experience with a different dentist in the same practice could have been as good as mine.

After having ongoing treatment since December last year, Dr Greg Fine and his amazing team and administration have been nothing but AMAZING!! The entire time, everything was clearly explained to me and I was given options and felt like I was in the drivers seat the entire time. Sharna, the hygienist, and her assistant Yas were incredibly thorough, gentle and professional my teeth have never felt cleaner! They made the whole process so comfortable and pleasant. Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Avenue Dental in Baringa. I called the clinic with a Dental emergency and they had me in a consultation within half an hour of my call. I needed urgent surgery on infected wisdoms, requiring several extractions. Dr Yeshua explained carefully the action required and was very clear in answering my questions, putting me at ease. Dr Yeshua and assistant Grace were very supportive , calming and accomodating throughout the entire surgery . Dr Yeshua has a very calming, professional manner which helped with my anxiety! Fantastic experience: As somebody who has a huge fear of dental surgery and very rarely goes to a dentist, I recently got the courage to book in with Dr. Ruvin and Summer after my wife and kids visited. This team are so awesome, I had to get a lot of work done over 3 visits and they made it so easy. On my final visit they even gave me a present of a travel mug and pillow as they know I travel a lot, that to me was customer service at its best. I cant highly recommend Dr. Ruvin and Summer enough! Thanks for making everything so easy and putting up with a big baby :-) See you in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: Sharna and Ruby was absolutely amazing today with my 3 yo son. He wasn’t too sure about it but they honestly made it the best experience ever, he ended up living it and even had a big laugh and giggle. I will forever take my kids and myself to see these lovely ladies. He has also proudly been talking about his dentist all day haha, he loved it!

Negative experience: If you struggle with dental anxiety, I would not recommend Avenue Dental Baringa. Save yourself the trip, money and anxiety and head elsewhere. I gave them a second go, hoping that by explaining my severe anxiety beforehand, they would take a more gentle and understanding approach. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I’ve since gone elsewhere and had a completely different experience — excellent communication, completely pain-free, and incredibly accommodating.

I used to be terrified and extremely anxious about going to the dentist but now I actually look forward to my visits! Natalynn, Grace, Greg and all the other incredible staff there have shown me nothing but kindness, they are the least judgemental practice I have EVER been to and really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. There are just so many instances of the team going above and beyond from check in calls to blankets to making sure my crowns are PERFECT. They are calm, professionals and super lovely which put me at ease straight away. Dr Nat is extremely professional and knowledgeable, she performed a thorough (and very needed) deep clean under local anaesthetic and replaced an old silver filling I had for years. The slightest discomfort due to the severity of the plaque build up and it was all done. Cannot recommend them more

She took the time to explain everything clearly, and her attention to detail was excellent. Imogen was also fantastic, making the whole appointment run smoothly.
