The nurse and the dentist are both amazing - they genuinely care about you and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. Fantastic experience: I had a sudden toothache at night and I couldn’t imagine how I could sleep with the pain. Rang emergency number and had the dentist and assistant there within 30 minutes. Fantastic experience: After a very stressful morning, I was glad to be seen by Dr Eric who talked me through my treatment and gave me the best possible outcome. I was greeted by Anan at the door and felt supported by the Dental Hygienist (I’m sorry that I forgot your name!) who calmed me when my procedure became intense. The way Dr Eric and the DH worked together to completed my procedure was both admirable and commendable. Fantastic experience: Recently had to visit Dentists in Annerley for a rather unpleasant experience - a painful dental abscess. From the moment I contacted them, the team was fantastic esp Dee the reception nurse. They understood the urgency and managed to get me an appointment quickly. Dr. Eric was incredibly thorough in explaining the situation and the need for an extraction. While I was understandably nervous, my dentist and nurse were so reassuring and gentle throughout the entire process. The extraction itself was handled with expertise and care, and they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I was overly dramatic with my breathing due to sinus allergies but i knew I was in great hands. Post-extraction instructions were clear, and I am looking forward to my follow up to check on my recovery. Dealing with an abscess and extraction is never fun, but the compassionate and professional care I received made a difficult situation much more manageable. Fantastic experience: I moved to Brisbane about a year ago after having lived interstate for a very long time, so had to find a new dentist. I have attended the Annerley practice five or six times in the past year or so. First time was for an emergency on a Sunday, requiring an extensive appointment, which they accommodated. Have since had four crowns done. The practice conveniently situated, easy parking nearby (Under Woolworths). It has the very latest technology, including the facility for making crowns on site. Each crown I had installed was done in a single appointment. The three dentists who have treated me have each been highly professional and competent I can thoroughly recommend the practice.

She kindly accompanied me to the consultation so I could understand exactly what my dentist wanted to tell me. Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency on a Sunday when most dentists were closed while I was pregnant too. And Dr. Eric at Dentist in Annerley was nothing but a saviour for the day. I had the quickest treatment as the doctor could observe I was in immense pain and was very confident / knowledgeable in what he was suggesting/doing. Negative experience: Please be aware that this dental practice lacks empathy for neurodiverse and disabled folk. I am a support person and have been informed of their dentists blatant disregard for practice treatments inline with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992. I would highly recommend this business provide their staff with training in this department, as their current approach to treating patients with disabilities and fear of dental procedu is causing further damage to their clients and impacting their business's reputation. It is an ethical obligation to provide a service inclusive of all clinetelle and as it stand, this dental practice lacks any ability to practice on patients that sit outside a "standard"

Fantastic experience: Dentists in Annerley has provided exceptional service in regards to my dental needs I have been seeing Dr Eric for multiple appointments now and the appointments have been quick and trouble free with little to no pain after my wisdom teeth extractions and root canal treatment. Deanna at reception also goes above and beyond in regards to customer service and it has a pleasure working with them to solve my dental needs.

Positive experience: I booked in via your website this morning (Kings birthday) and paid a $25 deposit via your website. I was impressed that you were open today, and was grateful to have a very painful toothache cared for. Upon arrival; "sorry, this isn't in our system" "But I just booked through your website today" * show her my booking that you emailed to me * "We just came if for an emergency and anyway because it's a public holiday it would be a $600 consult fee plus the cost for X rays plus standard consultation fees" "So, your website and the email you sent to me, is wrong?" "Yes" A bit disappointing. I wanted to email you and not leave a review, but I cannot find an email address on your website sorry. Can you please refund my deposit.

Whilst visiting Brisbane, my tooth cracked at 10.30pm and the team opened the clinic that night and preserved what was left of my tooth. A day later Dr Mina had me back in for a crown and saved my smile. The service was above and beyond what I expected, open communication, complete transparency throughout the procedures and Dr Mina didn’t leave his genuine care at the door, he waited with me late at night whilst I waited for my Uber. Absolutely would recommend this clinic!!!

Negative experience: The $159 "full exam and clean" is designed to rope you in and lead to more expensive and unneccesary procedures down the line. They will argue it is about value, sure - but it's a tactic. They will also encourage you to move the clean to the next appointment. If you do go - be assertive and trust your gut.

Fantastic experience: Wisdom tooth removal was required and I could not have asked for better service - the kindness and patience and calmness really made a frightening experience manageable.

Negative experience: I was quoted $4,000 for a root canal treatment—substantially more than any other clinic I've consulted, but I decided to go ahead, thinking I’d receive premium care. Big mistake. I was told the deposit for the treatment was $200, but since I was using Zip Pay, they demanded a $1,000 deposit. When I arrived for the appointment, I was an hour late due to losing sleep from the pain, something you’d think a dentist would understand. Instead, they refused to see me and, to add insult to injury, they kept the entire $1,000 deposit, refusing to refund a cent. They didn’t just keep the standard $200 deposit; they kept the full amount without any reasonable explanation. This is nothing short of exploitation. I paid significantly more for this service and was treated with zero compassion or professionalism. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be overcharged and taken advantage of!

Fantastic experience: I booked an apointment due to a sore tooth. After a quick check up with Dr Sophie it was confirmed as an infected nerve. The options were explained and I chose a root canal. Its a time consuming procedure but they fit me in 2 days later. Dr Mina again explained everything beforehand and the whole procedure was completed with way less fuss than I had imagined. Have mentioned my positive experience to others who have asked.

Negative experience: Update- I have had 3 dentists sessions after this review with other dentists. Still no cavities and my teeth are not causing issues at all. I have sought 3 dentists reviews in total. I’m extremely thankful I stuck with my gut and got a second opinion now. Please beware of this dentist and seek secondary advice. I had an initial appointment here and was told that I had 7 holes that required filling and quoted 2.8k. I take good care of my teeth and have no sensitivity or pain. So I did question it. I went to 2 other dentists separately who advised they saw no holes and were quite shocked another dentist advised I did. Do your own due diligence prior to having any work done here. I have also seen all of the negative google reviews wiped, I really hope that this is a fair system.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best dentists in Brisbane, I drive from Redcliffe just to get the best service I've had at a dentist surgery. Dr Valentine is a hero to me he was my dentist in Redcliffe until he moved away and to hear he was back in Brisbane was awesome news. The surgery is so advanced in what they can do,instead of a 2 week turnaround for crowns they can do it on-site in 2 hours. I cannot recommend this dentist surgery any higher they are the best at what they do

Fantastic experience: The Dentists in Annerley have got it all figured out. Comfortable and welcoming waiting room, with a pleasant smell and friendly staff. Clean and attentive, their toilet is also well kept. Dr. Valentine is a very laidback man who knows what he's doing, and takes the time to explain to you what he's seeing, as well as how to best care for your dental health and why. I have never had such a communicative, educational and welcoming dentist experience. Their pricing is reasonable, the staff are great, I am keen to get set up to see them again soon for my wisdom teeth removal.

After helping myself to a cup of tea, I was ushered into the examination room where Dr. Sophie conducted my checkup. From start to finish, it was clear that I was in good hands. Dr. Sophie's expertise was evident as she not only addressed my immediate concerns but also took the time to educate me on proper brushing techniques and the underlying causes of my dental issues. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and devise a comprehensive plan for treatment. Her approach was not only informative but also reassuring, making me feel confident in the care I was receiving. In fact, she even managed to fit in a filling during the same appointment, alleviating any discomfort I had been experiencing. Dr. Sophie's professionalism was matched only by her warm demeanor, making the entire experience truly pleasant. While I wish I had discovered this practice sooner, I'm thanking my lucky stars for stumbling upon a dentist so dedicated and skilled, not to mention the whole squad from the front desk to the dental assistant! They're like the Avengers of oral hygiene! The only aspect that gave me pause was the pricing, which seemed higher compared to other dental practices in the suburbs that I'm used to. Considering the exceptional level of service I experienced, I recognise that quality often commands a premium, particularly in urban areas where pricing dynamics vary. If I weren't leaving the country soon, I would gladly continue to invest in my dental health here! Overall, my experience at Dr. Sophie's clinic was highly satisfactory. The outstanding customer service and quality of care provided by Dr. Sophie and her entire team make it worth it.

Fantastic experience: Visiting your dentist can be quite scary and something you are not looking forward to. However, if you are in the capable, nimble and dexterous hands of Dr Mina your visit can turn out to be a picnic at the park. I especially like the way Dr Mina takes the time to explain his intended procedure in a patient and reassuring manner. Besides taking care of the professional side of things, he is always interested in your well-being. He remembers what you told him at your last visit which could have been months ago and he will follow up. I admire the camaraderie he shares with his nurses who by the way are just as patient, caring and compassionate as Dr Mina. Keep up the good work, Guys, and although it is time consuming and quite a drag, I will continue to travel to Brisbane from the Gold Coast to the Dentists in Annerley as long as I need dental care.

Fantastic experience: I had a smooth experience! From booking an appointment up to the services provided by Dr Valentine. Since I am pregnant, I'm worried about visiting a dentist, but it was the best decision I made. Dr Valentine explained well all I need to know for my dental health especially that I'm pregnant. Fantastic experience: Dr Valentine removed all four of my wisdom teeth yesterday with local anaesthetic only and I’ve woken up in no pain whatsoever. Could not be happier with the way the procedure was explained and talked through, and my postop instructions were thorough and easy to understand. Was very nervous but had no reason to be. Fantastic experience: Due to my high anxiety and needing some big Dental work done, I don't like going to the Dentist. But from the moment I walked in I felt this was the place for me. The whole team were fantastic. They arranged for me to go under with a brilliant anesthesiologist. I don't remember anything of the Procedure at all. I highly recommend Dentists in Annerley.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Had a really positive experience with Dr. Valentine after my son's initial emergency appointment on a Sunday. We have just completed his root canal treatment after our 3rd visit and I have to say this is by far the most comfortable and attentive dental practice we have ever visited. The receptionists Libby and Sandal have been super helpful and professional in answering all our enquiries. Dr. Valentine was not only professional, calm and careful when providing treatment, he was also happy to share his knowledge so we got a really good understanding of what had happened and what to expect in the future. The practice has a very relaxing atmosphere, clean and even provides a coffee/ tea station for you to relax in while waiting. 10 out of 10!!

Went in to get a wisdom tooth removed expecting a painful long procedure but instead I was walking out pain free in no more then 45mins.
