Negative experience: They attempt to milk you for every cent. Find a new dentist. The fact they said nothing was wrong with a tooth and it fell apart the next day. They also quoted 4 times the price for the same procedure on another tooth.

Fantastic experience: Dr Anand has been my dentist for around 7-8 yrs. I have put off getting an implant for all of that time, but had all the major preparatory work done yesterday. He was so gentle and understanding and has done a lovely job in removing the offending tooth and placing the implant foundation in my jaw. Even sent me home with a can of soup for dinner and comprehensive instruction for the next few weeks. This process has been painless and I would recommend you get your treatment done, if you have been sitting on the sidelines like me.

I’ve always had a lot of anxiety about the dentist and had been putting it off for years, but being able to just go to sleep and wake up with everything done made the experience so much easier for me. The team was incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive throughout the whole process. They kept everything streamlined and stress-free, and even followed up with text messages to check in on how I was doing after the procedure. If you have dental anxiety like me, I can’t recommend them highly enough. They helped me finally get the treatment I needed in a way that felt safe and manageable. So grateful to the whole team! A quick Google search on Invisalign providers in the area lead me to Dr Mira at WDC in 2022, & I’m so glad it did. Dr Mira is incredibly talented & you can tell she loves what she does. Fantastic experience: Dr Anand is a professional and perfectionist, he explains all parts of the procedure both pre and after surgery in a totally relaxed environment. Adriana is the most sincere, professional well experienced in patient care, and is very caring and sincere! Positive experience: Visiting the dentist can be a very daunting experience for some ,but my visit to Warragul dental clinic was very pleasant ,they were very proffesional, made me feel very comfortable and at ease.Have no problems at all to go back for further treatments.

For an extremely anxious patient my visits here were made more comfortable by the care of all - reception, nurses and the dental hygienist and Dr Anand. Negative experience: can't book a simple check-up & clean without an initial $300 "smile goals" assessment to try and lock you in to keep coming back to the clinic. treatments are overpriced compared to other clinics.

Fantastic experience: Recently had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and had some minor complications, but Dr Ghadir and all the staff at Warragul Dental Care made me feel so cared for and looked after post op. Fantastic experience: Was such an amazing experience. My son is 18, with severe anxiety going to the dentist, and your team made it so welcoming for him to go. He had such a great experience there, and we didn't feel rushed at all. Everything was explained so nicely to us both and made us feel welcome. Even allowing my son to sit outside while waiting for our appointment and the ladies at the front desk coming outing out to talk to us as he was very overwhelmed with being inside. Fantastic experience: I'm not the biggest fan of the dentist as most people aren't. I had to have 2 back teeth removed and then bone grafts done so I was very anxious. I got in chair and they put a pair of headphones on me and my favourite show and it was better than flying with jetstar. Best dental experience I have ever had and I have had a few. Regards Luke

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist. Both my kids go here. My daughter has extreme anxiety, they have helped her be settled every step of the way. Kerry has taken it so slow with her, making her feel comfortable. Ben was amazing with my son, answered his questions and explained everything he was doing every step of the way. The availability of the dogs has also been a huge help, and such a great idea to help with anxious patients. All the staff are always super sweet and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Warragul Dental Care on the 9th October in regards to a tooth removal and subsequent replacement with an implant. From my first appointment I was impressed with the professionalism and the well-being of their patients, was a top priority. Every step of the treatment plan was explained in detail. I've since had follow up visits, including surgery. I couldn't be more impressed with the care shown to myself. Everyone from the friendly receptionist to the dental assistants and dental technicians, have made me feel relaxed and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a tooth removed by Dr Mira and I couldn’t be happier with all the experience . Personally I’m very anxious about dentists, but this time everything went perfectly and I didn’t feel anything during the surgery. The post surgery was easy with no swelling and with the medication procedure that Dr Mira told me to do the pain was minimum. So I’m very happy with this experience in Warragul Dental Care and I recommend it 100%

Positive experience: Painless dentistry! They truly don’t hurt! Plus, they specialise in psychological care and all staff including at reception seem to be hired only if they have a gentle, warm & caring bedside manner. Very good for people who are nervous. They have every piece of diagnostic technology necessary so you don’t have to go elsewhere for things like OPGs. Excellent dental clinic if a little pricey.

Fantastic experience: My teenage boys saw Kerry yesterday. Both had a clean and one had a filling. We were no sooner out the door of WDC, when one of them turned to me and said with a huge smile on his face "Kerry is the best dentist I've ever been to". My other son said having his tooth filled was so easy and comfortable. Given that we have just moved dentists to try and find someone who was gentle and caring with our kids, who were fast developing very negative thoughts around going to the dentist, we are absolutely over the moon with the care WDC has shown them. Fantastic experience: It must be rare to look forward to a dental check up. I recently took my granddaughter (and her boyfriend for moral support) to Dentelle in Warragul. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and non-judgemental. They immediately make you feel relaxed. The waiting room is pleasant and the clinical rooms as you would hope them to be. My granddaughter was asked if there was anything she'd like to watch on the T.V. while they checked her teeth. If you particularly nervous they even have a therapy dog. It's a great dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: This place is just amazing! so much so that I make the trek down from Preston every 6 weeks ish to get my braces tightened, they’re just so good! I probably wouldn’t have made the choice to get braces at 24 if I hadn’t found Warragul Dental Care tbh. The staff are so friendly and lovely and I just feel so calm there, and I used to be really scared of the dentist but not anymore!

Fantastic experience: Dr Mira was absolutely AMAZING. This is the best dentist I've ever been to! I honestly couldn't have been happier with the results! Booking in was easy, they have a welcome pack for your consult to get imaging and xrays done. I had to have 2 separate appointments that were booked within the fortnight of my consult. The whole experience start to finish was so easy, the whole team was so welcoming, EVERYTHING was explained to me in full detail at the initial consult. The full teeth scan(imaging) was brilliant, so I was able to see what was going on too. I've always had so much anxiety going to the dentist because I've never really had great experiences- but Warragul Dental care went above and beyond, and made me feel more than comfortable. I even had headphones to watch netflix while getting my teeth done A bit of backstory; I haven't had the best experience with dentists in the past, had severe over crowding, had 4 front molars removed for braces about 8-9 years ago. I had impacting wisdom teeth that were removed many years too late, but the damage was rough for the back 3 molars on both sides at the top. The last time I went to a dentist, they did such a terrible job, I was left with barely a tooth both sides that had been filled and made flat. (So the 2 very back teeth on each side were no longer touching my bottom teeth). Long story short, there was cavities under my fillings that weren't causing pain yet, but needed fixing urgently. It almost looked like i needed a root canal for one tooth in particular.. I not only had 6 molars re-fixed, but they were rebuilt into normal teeth again too Honestly, it was worth the 45min drive to warragul to see Dr Mira, I couldn't recommend anyone better. Thankyou so much

During all my appointments everything was explained to me calmly and like I wasn’t an idiot which I’ve found so many dental appointments to be like! Dr Ghadir and the team is kind and has changed my opinion for dental care and work. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate the dentist and have had terrible experiences so when I had a tooth ache that wouldn’t go away I had to book an emergency appointment with Dr Anand and was terrified to go. I cannot fault them one bit, they were extremely supportive and even though I was shaking and terrified they talked me through every second of the treatment and made me get through it. I had to use the emergency after hours number as I had some trouble with bleeding and Dr Anand was amazing and helped tremendously! They even followed up the next day to see how I was going! The support from the Warragul dental care team is incredible and I will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you so much Dr Anand and the wonderful team at Warragul dental care!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had two fillings done by Dr Ghadir. The whole procedure went very smoothly and surprisingly, virtually pain free! Dr Ghadir and the attending Dental Nurse were very attentive, ensuring I was comfortable. The entire procedure was performed with great care and explained to me step by step as to what to expect. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Warragul Dental Care. We see Kerry who has been great with my two kids & myself, with one child especially anxious about going to the dentist. Fantastic experience: My daughter had a negative experience at a dentist and was understandably not enthusiastic to go back. We found WDC and advised of her experience. I can not explain just how impressed I was with the staff - Sean, Jaymie and Dogtor Dave. They allowed her to work through each step in her own time until she was comfortable to move forward. Suffice to say my daughter will happily return to the dentist. Thank you for changing her perspective to a positive association. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: My daughter required having 2 teeth pulled out - being 13th old she was extremely anxious about this. Dr Kerry and her amazing team went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and made sure she clearly understood each step taken as they removed the teeth. We cannot go without special mention to Dave (the gorgeous and extremely friendly care dog) who sat by Elise the whole time giving her friendly licks on the hand of encouragement. Cannot recommend this clinic more highly if I tried. A++++++

Fantastic experience: Dr Mira & her team were wonderful with my dental procedures. They really put me at ease during a lengthy procedure, explaining the process and being both efficient and considerate of my comfort. Fantastic experience: My Daughter has severe Anxiety which can make a trip to the dentist quite an ordeal. When she is due for her dental check ups she always requests to see Kerry! She loves Kerry and how caring she is. Kerry always explains everything as she goes and takes the time to address my Daughters concerns. She makes her feel comfortable and safe and enjoys a laugh with her. Also getting to choose her favourite Netflix show to watch while being treated is an added bonus!

Fantastic experience: As a person that suffers from high anxiety and panick attacks it takes a lot of courage to visit the dentist. I tend to put off my visits until it’s an emergency situation. I recently broke a filling, upon arrival I explained to Dr. Mihar and Montanna how I become anxious and the support they both provided to me from the minute I sat in the chair went above and beyond. I highly recommend them both and I’m so thankful to them.

Fantastic experience: Our experience at Warragul Dental Care has been amazing! All the staff have been so lovely. Especially Ben who has been incredibly kind and professional. He was presented with a hurting and scared girl. He was so kind and nurturing and now my daughter loves the dentist and can't wait for her silver teeth . We felt so privileged to have met the dog Dave this morning. He was an absolute delight. Thank you. Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at Warragul Dental Care. I see Ben one of the Oral Health Therapists and every time I am greeted with a big smile which helps settles my nerves. Ben is so thorough with his check ups and cleans and always lets you know what is going on. During my last appointment I found out that I needed to get a filling which I was highly anxious about as I have a phobia of needles, but Ben made sure that I was in good hands and that he would help me through it. During my filling appointment Ben and the DA Ruby were amazing. I felt so comfortable and my nerves were settled. I watched a show on the T.V and Ruby even handed me a stress ball as well as allowing me to squeeze her hand. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better to do my filling and assist. I highly recommend Warragul Dental Care if you are a nervous patient about cleans, fillings and any other procedures.

I have been wanting to have straight teeth for many years and had been searching for a long time for the right place that I trusted to get dental work done that was professional, had friendly service and a caring team! From the very beginning all those boxes were ticked! My teeth were very out of alignment and I wanted to have straight teeth in time for my wedding and that is exactly what I got! Then after my wedding I continued the aligners to finalise my teeth! I have received so many compliments from family and friends on how great my teeth look! This has been life changing for me! Getting Invisalign done here has been the best decision with such a positive experience and has given me better results than I could of even imagined! I now love my teeth! My husband also got dental work done here for our wedding and he couldn’t be happier with the amazing results Dr Anand, Rheannon and the team did such an amazing job, always great communication, super friendly, so caring, very professional and has made the whole process feel so easy and peaceful, even offering payment plans! Fantastic experience: I first visited this dental clinic a few years ago when my (then) normal dentist couldn't fit me in for an appointment, and I've never looked back! From the always delightful front desk staff, to the dental nurses and dentists themselves... everyone is super friendly, and they always make sure I feel comfortable. Even though I go every 6 months, dental visits still freak me out a bit, but as soon as I set foot in the Warragul Dental Care clinic, those worries instantly start to fade. Today I even received a follow-up text message to ask how I was feeling after yesterday's appointment. I have never heard of this happening! As long as I'm living in Warragul, this will always continue to be my dental clinic of choice! By the way, if you love dogs, I've heard that they have some very cute "Dogtors" in the clinic!

Fantastic experience: I had my first apt with this clinic recently and from start to finish was a lovely experience. Everyone is so attentive and patient care is high on their list. Their services are of high quality along with their equipment. I really enjoyed having such a comprehensive initial consult and was made to feel comfortable throughout the entire time. Also their clinic is very aesthetically pleasing and calming environment which if your like me and had a fear of the dentist definitely helps.

They made me feel totally at ease and explained how the whole process was going to go. There was no pain, but lots of laughter! The front staff were also wonderful! Fantastic experience: From my first interaction over the phone with WDC and then entering the clinic, I felt extremely cared for. I had previously not attended the Dentist for 5+ years due to a very traumatic experience but am now in the safe hands of WDC staff. They assisted me to make a treatment plan, explained each step including the costs and process carefully. I am so far ticked off 2 appointments in my care plan & am so impressed with the support I received. Stress balls, shoulder rubs, Spotify & noise cancelling headphones. They even contacted me the next day to check in how I was going after a bigger procedure. Highly recommend to anyone who is anxious about the dentist!
