She has assisted me greatly and very patience in explaining every single procedure that my daughter will be experiencing throughout her treatment with braces. Negative experience: Dodgy business!! Terrible aftercare and zero accountability. Once treatment ends, you’re on your own. They deflect blame and offer no real solutions. Avoid if you want lasting results and genuine support !! The treatment they provided was a failure. My teeth were never properly aligned, they were simply forced into place by retainers. Once those were removed after two years, they relapsed to a worse state than before I started, proving the treatment was never effective. I wasted thousands of dollars on unprofessional and poorly planned orthodontic treatment.

Before finding Dr. Chang, we visited two other orthodontists, both of whom insisted that my son needed four teeth removed. However, after a thorough evaluation of his X-rays and an assessment using a growth prediction score (which determines when a growth spurt will begin), Dr. Chang confidently advised that extractions were unnecessary. Instead, he recommended an expander and braces, predicting that my son’s growth spurt would occur within a year—allowing his treatment to proceed naturally. True to his word, my son’s growth spurt occurred as expected, and his orthodontic treatment was not only successful but even finished two months ahead of schedule. Avoiding unnecessary tooth extractions was a relief, as preserving natural teeth is always the best option when possible. Throughout the entire process, my son experienced minimal discomfort compared to his friends undergoing similar treatments elsewhere. The professionalism and care from Dr. Chang’s entire team made all the difference. Helen, the treatment coordinator, was our first point of contact, and she was an absolute angel. She patiently answered all our questions, provided reassurance, and showed such empathy during a particularly difficult time in my life—when both of my parents were battling cancer. Her kindness gave me the strength to move forward with my son’s treatment despite financial concerns, and to this day, I am grateful for her support. Another standout team member is Adriana. Watching her work with such precision and skill—especially while placing brackets—was like witnessing an artist at work. Her expertise and gentle touch made a world of difference. Of course, a huge part of my son’s successful treatment was his own dedication and compliance. He followed all of Dr. Chang’s instructions carefully, maintained excellent oral hygiene, and was diligent about wearing his appliances as required. His commitment to the process ensured that everything went smoothly and contributed significantly to the positive outcome. It was wonderful to see that his efforts, combined with Dr. Chang’s expert care, paid off so well. One thing that truly sets this clinic apart is its investment in both advanced equipment and staff training. They ensure that everyone on the team is trained to the highest professional standards, allowing them to provide top-tier care with confidence and expertise. If I had one small wish, it would be for the clinic to offer more late afternoon or evening appointment times to better accommodate full-time working families and high school students. However, this minor issue does not take away from the exceptional care and professionalism of the team. Fantastic experience: I got my braces off yesterday after two years and I’m so pleased with my results! Everybody that works here is so nice, I’m going to miss them all, the front desk ladies knew me very well by the end of it & always greeted me by name. All the dental assistants are super personable and remembered little parts of my life I’d tell them in passing. Both Dr Chang & Dr Daniela are very knowledgeable orthos & they made me look forward to each appointment. I would 100% recommend this place to anybody looking to get any sort of orthodontic work done.

Dr Chang and team were so excellent, accomodating and responded to all my questions, including the price and payment options that I paid the deposit and my daughter got the separators put on that day and getting the braces done in 3 weeks.
