Fantastic experience: Was there today and had an appointment for 4 hrs I was made to feel relaxed, and was keep in touch with everything that the Dentist did. He even made me a cup of coffee Very professional and my next appointment is for 90 minutes. Might have a nap while the Dentist is working. Parking is easy and the whole setup is as I mentioned very professional.

Fantastic experience: From entry to exit, this clinic really impressed. With experience in healthcare, I found the quality of customer service, equipment and dentistry, was exceptional. Dr Shakti was very informative, gave me options, and made the process really smooth.

Fantastic experience: The place was renovated not too long ago and they did a wonderful job. It looks beautiful which helps create a relaxing atmosphere as you prepare for your consultation. The team is great at taking care of you both from a customer perspective and when it comes to dental treatment. I really like the use of technology that's evident in the whole practice, particularly when it comes to new techniques like the Air-Flow. I came back this week, I needed an emergency extraction. The team were very welcoming and supportive and everything went well.

She did a great job explaining in child friendly language what her tools did and what she was going to do in her mouth. She was gentle and quick. Fantastic experience: The team at The Grove Dental are professional dentists. Britt explained the process of my upcoming treatment, it's not to many dentists you look forward to seeing. I would highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a new dentist for children or adults. They know their stuff and you will not be disappointed with this modern fully equipped family dentist knowing that you are in the best of hands.

I had a broken tooth and was very anxious about what the plan might be. Negative experience: My interactions with the owner, Robert Hakim, have been disappointing. When I questioned as to why I was being charged twice for a certain checkup, he responded in a dismissive, arrogant manner going so far to even raise his voice toward me. Furthermore, they charge alot more compared to other local dental clinics.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from front reception to back operation room! Dr Nicky explained everything and gave me a plan and quote (which was way lower than the prior dentist I had). Look forward to a good future with good teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have had the most incredible experience here, so much more than just a Dentist! I’ve seen 2 Dentists here and they’re both absolutely amazing, so kind and amazing to talk to and so patient. The Receptionist Georgia immediately knew and greeted me by my name as soon as I walked in the first time, and has done this since, and really takes the time to ensure everything is explained after my appointments. You can tell the Dentists work really closely together, my second Dentist Amy knew everything I discussed with Britt. Not to mention the experience actually having work done, I’ve had a clean so far and they had my favourite show loaded to go, gave me a neck pillow and over-ear headphones, and aromatherapy on a tissue to smell throughout if I felt anxious, as well as a stress ball to squeeze (which I never needed). Communicated thoroughly throughout, took photos of my teeth to show me afterwards and sat with Amy for her to explain everything to me and next steps. Even though I had developed dental anxiety due to bad treatment elsewhere, I’m actually excited to go back for fillings to experience this amazing Dental clinic again. Cannot speak highly enough of this clinic!

Fantastic experience: First visit to a dentist in about 8+ years. Everything was thorough, explained to me well, and I was made to feel very comfortable, being offered to watch something on Netflix while I was treated, and being offered blankets, pillows, stress ball and other things. Nice facility, and lovely assistants/dentists.

Amy is so gentle I could fall asleep if there wasn't Netflix to watch. Having my forehead massaged, while being injected with anaesthesia, is a much appreciated touch. Fantastic experience: Nicky has a beautiful smile. She could be a model or a movie star. She chose to be a dentist instead (lucky us). I felt completely safe in her hands and, assisted by Rubie, she was able to administer injections (never fun) and fill a cavity without stressing me out...too much :) I will ask if I can sniff some calming EOs next time. And maybe BMO stress ball (they must all have been allocated).

It was a positive experience and the staff were all very welcoming and gentle, offering various ways to keep me calm and distract me. Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant! Today was our first time at The Grove Dental and my sons first Dentist appointment for a clean (he is 8). Dr Sim was amazing, really made him feel safe and welcome. The room was set-up with blanket and Netflix and toys and Dr Sim made Isaac instantly feel welcome and safe. She explained everything to him and what she was doing along the way and what her tools were and what they would be used for. From Dr Sim to the girls at the front desk, their service was amazing, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. All our appointments are booked in looking forward to it!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! From the moment I booked on the phone, to the moment we left the dental clinic, the service I received was second to none. All the staff here are SO lovely and made my 8 year old daughter feel relaxed and comfortable (even excited) to have her check up. They offered her Netflix or Disney to watch as they checked her teeth and calmly explained to her what they were doing at the time. The clinic was immaculate and I was so impressed that I booked my own appointment with them on the spot and I will be going there from now on. Fantastic experience: I am someone that really struggles with anxiety going to the dentist, so much so that I was suffering with quite a lot of pain and needed a root canal. I had seen a few dentists but didn't feel comfortable with any of them performing the treatment or they wanted to charge an incredibly high price. From the moment I spoke with Catherine, the practice co-ordinator I was immediately at ease. My Dentist was Dr Pallavi Ganesh and she did a thorough assessment and treated me so kindly throughout the whole process. My comfort was her priority. She understood my anxieties and always explained what was going to happen, and talked me through any difficult procedures and answered my many questions. She has great personable skills that you don't typically see in medical professionals and it was just a great experience and my teeth are now in great shape. Georgia in the office also had fantastic customer service skills, answering any follow up questions and booking me in whenever was convenient, even remembering my preferred times over 5 or 6 appointments. Thank you so much to the staff at The Grove, you have really made it much easier for me to attend the dentist to get the care my teeth desperately needed.

All of the staff are lovely and genuinely care about your comfort and experience. Dr Pallavi was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything. Being able to zone out and watch some Real Housewives during the clean was fab! As a new patient, it was reassuring to see other patients come in and be greeted like regulars at a cafe - such a nice experience. Am genuinely looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: 9/5/2024 Went again to the clinic for my regular dental check and cleaning. Amy is so good. She is really caring, so she makes sure I understand everything in regards to importance of oral hygiene and what happens if I don't take care of my teeth. I have been following all of her instructions (how to brush properly, how to floss properly using those floss-sticks (I think they are fantastic). She advised in this visit, that my gums were in good shape, which made me very happy, because they used to bleed a lot in the past. Thank you Amy and thank you Dr Britt. 1/2/2023 Went to see Dr Britt again today. This time to get a couple of teeth extracted. Once again, I'm so impressed with her. She is so good. Never felt a thing and she is so professional. I've also been a patient of Amy, who is the oral health therapist. She makes sure my teeth are in good health. Thanks you guys. Dr Britt has a way to make me lose my fear of dentists. She has the latest equipment and she always explains everything to me. She’s the best.

Fantastic experience: Dr Britt and the team are so lovely. I’ve had the best experience with my consultation. Dr Britt took the time to review, listen, explain and was fully understanding and transparent. I’ve had Invisalign before elsewhere and was not 100% satisfied with the result and the service I received. I have switched now to Dr Britt. The practice is warm, has great technology. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wow! Such a surreal experience. I’ve been to a few practices but this one was soooooooo luxurious! Lost my mind when they told me what I wanted to watch on Netflix. 10 year old me would be beaming!!! Can’t believe how nice everyone is. Amy was very gentle on my teeth and I had no issues after my clean. I always feel so anxious and sore after the dentist so I was dreading going but this was a great experience felt like a pampering session! Happy with my fresh clean teeth and will come back for further cleans and treatments on my teeth! They even sent me home with a cute booklet with my assessments and a to go teeth kit. Fantastic experience: Dr Pallavi Ganesh was fantastic! She was extremely professional, very friendly and she really knows her stuff. I’ve struggled to find a really good Dentist having moved from the city to the Hawkesbury area, (happy to make a short trip to Annangrove) and would highly recommend Dr Pallavi. My partner saw her today, and having seen a dentist only 6 months ago, Dr Pallavi picked up on serval issues that the last dentist did not. She’s all over it! Lastly clinic is very clean and has the latest technology which I loved!

A warm welcome from Sharrina and the pleasant decor helped me feel at ease immediately. From there it only got better! Dr Jeremy was patient and detailed in listening to my concerns. His professional and calm manner further enhanced my experience at The Grove. Following my treatment I left with a written plan for further treatment including all costs and Health Fund Rebates expected and my next appointment details. I can honestly say that this was the best dental visit I have ever had and I actually look forward to my next appointment!

The session was well beyond my expectations of what would be included and I was really happy with the friendliness of the staff, precision and attention to detail. Fantastic experience: Fantastic. Never thought I'd give a dentist a review but here we are. I have very sensitive teeth and have had horrible pain at the dentist previously. First time at The Grove today and pretty much no pain. As close to an enjoyable experience as a dentist can be. There was Netflix on the ceiling for goodness sake! Dr Britt was great. No anxiety and going back.

Fantastic experience: Can't fault any part of the process or facilities. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Location is easy to find, and parking wasn't an issue either. Highly recommend. You can even watch your favourite Netflix show while they're looking after you.

Fantastic experience: Today was our first visit to The Grove Dental, and I can safely say we have found our new family dentist. The girls at reception were friendly and welcoming, helpful and accommodating. It was my 5-year-old’s first visit to the dentist and she was a bit nervous, but Amy was amazing and did such a fantastic job of making her feel comfortable. Amy explained to my daughter everything as it was being done and even put on her favourite show to watch in Netflix during the check-up and clean. The service was brilliant. I will be recommending to everyone I know now. When the appointment was over my daughter whispered “Mum, do we have to go home? Fantastic experience: So glad I found this practice, relaxing and calm atmosphere doesn't feel like you are in a dentist. State of the art technology, I'm watching a documentary about the amazon whilst having a filling. Dr Britt and her colleges are just so gentle and amazing and make you feel so calm, highly recommend
