Fantastic experience: Earlier this morning I visited Paramount Dental Sydney for a cleaning with Dr Pia, and it was the best dental experience I’ve had in Sydney in the last 5 years. My teeth are quite sensitive and had strong black tea stains, but Dr Pia completely customised her approach. She used the latest air flow technology, was extra gentle and patient, and made the whole process completely painless. She took her time to make sure every stain was gone - my teeth have never felt this clean! I’m definitely going back in 6 months. Thank you so much, Pia! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have extremely sensitive teeth and numerous other health issues however going to the dentist at Paramount has never been a difficulty because they have been nothing but the most caring team of people I have met. They are understanding of my other issues and how I sometimes may need to work around them. In relation to dental work they are probably the most detailed oriented and personable team of people I have come across. Could not recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I had just arrived in Sydney from US with a gum infection from a recent extraction. I had no clue where to go! The Langham Hotel found Paramount Dental for me, and they were truly the best! I was able to get a same-day appointment. A special shout out to Dr. Isbel Sandoval who was absolutely wonderful - great work and a genuine concern. I had to go for a follow up a week later, and they were right on top of it. The care I received was excellent, and the front desk staff was super as well. Thanks for making this American feel supported!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here. Went in for an emergency appointment due to tooth pain that was excruciating and kept me up all night. They did an emergency root canal. Which i ended up having issues with afterwards the same day still experiencing intense pain they got me in first thing the very next morning and got me fixed up and pain free and didn’t charge me anything for the second visit on the root canal. Beyond pleased with the work they did and how they treated my situation. Would highly recommend this practice. If i was staying in Australia would definitely make this my go to dentist. The lovely staff didn’t make me wait, on my first visit they started the treatment and made sure my visit was as comfortable as it could be. I’ve have visited Paramount Dental many times since then with other minor dental issues and always have been made very well looked after.

Fantastic experience: I came in a few weeks ago while on vacation with a tooth ache that had to be taken care of that day, as I was about to fly out the morning after. The team was professional, friendly, prompt and let me know I could come back any time before my flight if the condition worsened. Phenomenal experience and really saved my trip!

Negative experience: Paid $100 for a consultation I didn’t really get and wasted couple of hours at this place. The time I got with the dentist was 2 minutes and all I got told that they weren’t qualified enough to treat me. I think this happened as I told them I had come in for a second opinion and since they probably would be more expensive than my first, they decided to not take me in as a patient. Should’ve read the reviews before booking in a time. Pia was great though. Very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I had laser root canal treatment here. Based on everything I’d heard about root canals I was quite nervous, but the dentist was extremely empathetic and gentle with me. There was zero pain or trauma, recovery was very quick, and seemingly the procedure was effective!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Paramount Dental for a routine cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The clinic is beautiful and well-organized, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. The dental hygienist was thorough yet gentle, ensuring my comfort throughout the procedure. They took the time to explain each step and provided helpful tips for maintaining good oral hygiene.

Negative experience: Mom needed to do a root canal and Paramount says they were able to. We booked for an appointment with Paramount Dental but when we saw the dentist they drilled the holes to the tooth but unable to do the whole procedure. We had to get a referral. The referral specialist later says why did the dentist drilled the holes in the first place, other than to charge "emergency procedure fee" of $250 per tooth. We felt ripped off, validated by the specialist.

Fantastic experience: Quick, professional and efficient. Best of all largely painless. Think i might go and chip a tooth on purpose just for the pleasure of attending the clinic again.

Fantastic experience: I arrived in Sydney from overseas and needed to see a dentist immediately. I was referred to Paramount Dental by a local and thank god I did! I had a consultation with Dr. Oberoi himself and he is amazing, very kind, informative and explains the required procedure in detail and in layman’s terms. I was treated so well! Furthermore, the customer service was very professional. The practice’s cleanliness and hygiene is also top notch. Can’t recommend enough :)

Fantastic experience: I couldnt finish a dental procedure with my general dentist. I had a lot of pain even after multiple injections. They recommended an endodontist, which I couldnt find available for the next few months. I saw the reviews here and decided to give it a try with Paramount and Dr Oberoi. Best decision I could make. Had multiple sessions done, didnt feel any pain and it was as good as it could be. Dr. Oberoi is a very skilled and precise practitioner. He does what others do in less time and in a better way, so the chance of feeling any discomfort is minimal. This made a huge difference for me. At the clinic, people made sure that I'd feel as much comfortable as possible and I had time with myself in the room before the procedure to breath and relax, which reduced my fear. The procedure only started after everybody making sure that the anaesthetic was working. Those are details that you will not find in cheap dental clinics since the practitioners will do everything they can to cut time and optimise costs and revenue for them. I also enjoyed that everybody at the clinic was willing to help with anything that I needed and to make myself comfortable.

We love Dr.Rutu, even though my mum is not speak English very well. She is trying her best to assist my mum. I can see she is trying very hard .The Nurse is very nice and helpful too . Fantastic experience: Very professional dental service. Got a teeth cleaning done here and they gave me advice for getting braces. Didn't push their services and suggested I get braces done at a nearby dentist rather then there since I don't live nearby. They got me to do an x-ray and showed me the structure of my teeth. Only downsides, pricey but you get what you paid for, they are a private dentist so no government coverage for children and I wasn't informed that xrays were part of my fees as I thought it was a necessary process. They did inform me that they only do it every 2 years. Otherwise would recommend it for your half yearly cleaning.

Negative experience: Went in with a toothache, Dentist did an X-ray and identified an infection and that I would need a root canal. To relieve the pain and calm the infection they said I’d need a drill-in antibiotic for $450 on the spot. I asked if a prescription oral antibiotic would work instead and they said it wouldn’t. The toothache escalated to a sleepless night, and I ended up just getting an oral antibiotic from a GP first thing the next day- cost me less than $20 and as expected it worked just fine. Second opinion from both another dentist and an endodontist confirmed that was the right course of action to relieve it until my root canal. Overall felt like they just tried to sting $450 out of me while I was in pain on the spot. Wouldn't recommend.

Fantastic experience: Made a last minute appointment due to something my UK dentist missed, and was seen very fast, and could not recommend this place enough especially for backpackers very clear throughout on cost also Pia was amazing, very kind and thoughtful throughout the cleaning. Fantastic experience: I had Pia and Hajicha on my first visit and they were amazing! I couldn’t tell enough how lovely they were. They did a thorough cleaning and were very patient with my gross teeth that haven’t had any cleaning for ages. Would be more than happy to come back and see the girls again. It’s a good feeling to have people who can assure (not scare) as going for a dental check up is already a struggle.

Fantastic experience: The best dental practice in sydney. Amrit made me a mouth guard for BJJ 6 years ago and its still in great condition. The practice is filled with technologically advanced state of the art equipment that ensures you get the best treatment all in house, its a one stop shop for all you need oral care. Dr Isbel and her hygienist recently gave me a routine check up and two fillings. She is such a happy, friendly, highly skilled, and experienced dental surgeon I almost fell asleep during the fillings. I felt that the whole experience was simple and I was being treated well and cared for. All in all I have been coming here for the last six years and would not go anywhere else as paramounts team of highly skilled and friendly staff from the receptionist to the hygienists always make my dental experiences feel safe.

Fantastic experience: I visited due to an emergency with a serious toothache last year. I had a pulp extraction, root canal and eventually crown done. The procedures were well handled by Dr. Oberoi who was well in control of everything throughout all the procedures and I haven't had any issues since. The practice is welcoming and pleasant with friendly staff from the reception to the dental staff. Have also had dental cleans done by Pia who is thorough, professional and friendly. Overall a very professional and friendly practice.

Over the years I've had two emergency appointments where they were able to immediately stop crippling pain, and five root canals which were quick and completely painless. Fantastic experience: Dr. Isbel is very professional, very forthcoming with information and solid advice for my dental care, was extremely quick and she also saw me ahead of time, which freed my morning by an hour. Fantastic experience: Oh my gih.. The best dental practice I visited all my life. Very clean, Smells Good and Super Fancy that you won’t feel that you are on a Health Facility. Staff are good looking, smileful and very accommodating. Dr. Oberoi is very smileful and entertaining as well that you won’t feel nervous sitting on the dental chair. He explained in detail my dental Xray that i can see on the monitor above which makes me understand more what’s happening on my teeth. He also squeeze me in on his schedule to extract a tooth which is not part of my appointment as it is needed already. He done it perfectly that i didn’t feel any pain even from injecting the anaesthesia itself and despite the root of my mollar has curvatures also. It was quick and precise. Fantastic experience: Dr Amrinder Oberoi was a pleasure to deal with. He has a wonderful bedside manner with children making my daughter feel so comfortable as she’s petrified of going to the dentist. He did a wonderful job of fixing her chipped tooth. It looks so natural. Would highly recommend him !

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency dental work over the Xmas holiday period. My normal dentists and many others were closed but on Christmas Eve Paramount Dental were available and open. Paramount Dental and Dr Oberoi were able to do emergency surgery, remove an infected nerve, put a temp cap on it to last the holiday period until I could see my regular dentist, work out the best way to invoice it so I could get max amount back from HCF and didn’t charge an extra emergency fee. They also outlined future treatment options which he could also have done immediately (root canal). It really helped make my Xmas period better and remove the nerve pain.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful! Dr Isabel and her team are so professional. They did a wonderful job with our 12 year old daughter bonding her front tooth. We are so fortunate to have been able to see Dr Isabel on a public holiday. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Amrinder and the team. I have been doing dental checks and treatment for nearly 5 years and have recently got my veneers, crown and bridging done for my teeth. The treatment went seamless and I’m totally pleased with the service and the care. It was a great experience all around and would recommend to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: Had the best dental experience today, Josh made the whole experience as comfortable and smooth as possible and definitely relieved all anxiety going in. Found my new dentist in Sydney , definitely shall come back soon ❤️

Negative experience: Tried to book for a filling. Got told I need a consult for the work first. Waited almost an hour to see anyone. Got charged $100 for an ‘oral examination’ i.e. letting Dr Oberoi know I chipped part of my tooth and he inspected it for 0.5 secs to confirm what I knew. He then proceeded to take an xray without quoting any cost for it beforehand (extra $50 billed) and then charged $350 for a filling after I didn’t agree to a 2k+ root canal and crown. Went in with no pain and a chipped tooth - left with pain and $500 poorer. Had pain throughout the eve through to today. No discussion following the procedure either. You have the nurse sat there deadpan watching you leave and the Dr strutting out the room without much of a word. Awful experience. Would never go back. Other dentists charge far less for this service too. I wish I just left when I was sat waiting for so long. Wish I could give this clinic 0 stars too. Sorry but do better. I am never compelled to leave reviews.
