Fantastic experience: Have been seeing my usual dentist here for a while and love the experience, but the other day I couldn't get in to see her so I booked in with one of the hygienists, Krista, and she was so so lovely I couldn't recommend her more! She was constantly communicating with me and explaining what she was doing and also was doing such regular check-ups to make sure that I was alright and I felt very safe and comfortable with her. Kudos to the whole team here as I have always loved my experience here and it seems to constantly be getting better each time.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience here for me and my 5 year old. Dr Ben and Jorja were very friendly and efficient as well as being very gentle during my check and clean. But they were even better with my 5 year old at his first time at the "proper" dentist as opposed to the van clinics he's previously gone to. They explained everything they were doing and were great with reassuring him and keeping everything calm. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I came in with 15 minutes notice on the phone without a pre-organised appointment due to nowhere else taking me with agonizing pain in one of my teeth. Doctor Terrence saw me immediately and the next day saw me in-between patients for a removal. The whole process between him and the rest of the team was easy going, friendly and very welcoming. Fantastic experience: I am one of the many people who suffer from extreme anxiety at the thought of visiting a dentist. All this has been laid to rest because of the amazing team here. From the receptionists who managed my stress levels over the phone and in person, to the dental nurses and of course the dentists themselves. Because of my last minute, much needed, dental work they were able to fit me in quickly over 3 days. In this time I met all 3 dentists and they are all kind, caring and brilliant. They have all helped me overcome my fear. It is a calm and relaxing environment that I highly recommend. I chose this clinic based on their reviews and I'm so glad I did. Thank you to the whole team for your support and understanding upon every visit. It would not matter which dentist you saw at this clinic you would be in good hands.

Reception was very friendly and understanding. The dental nurse was A1 and then came the dentist. Fantastic, she talked to me before , during and even after the extraction. Positive experience: I've had two seperate consultations here so far, and no major work completed as of yet, but I can safely say this is the most comfortable and appreciative I've ever been during or after a dentistry appointment. The staff are outstandingly welcoming and respectful and I can't imagine taking the work (and significant cost) anywhere else at this point. Thorough, kind and highly informative it was almost a pleasure to see the dentist for once.

Fantastic experience: I've had a dental phobia from a very young age. It may have taken until my 30s, but I've finally found a dentist I feel comfortable with, who understands the complexities of a phobia and meets me where I'm at in terms of what I can and can't tolerate yet e.g. minimal interventions, accommodating weird requests like plastic tools or sitting upright etc. This has ment in only 4 or so sessions I've gone from not tolerating a simple look in my mouth to being able to get a checkup, clean and polish without sedation (or crying! ). First time in my life. I cannot thank Terrance (dentist) and Emma (dental nurse) for making this possible. I'm so thankful for both of you being so understanding, patient and accommodating. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t have had a more enjoyable experience. After years of being insecure about my teeth. I finally opted to get Invisalign. Dr Terrance was truely amazing. Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist, I am petrified, like sweaty palms and crying, petrified! Until I was in the capable hands Dr Terence Cheong and dental nurse Emma. Terence explained the procedure and continually asked if I was okay. He and Emma both had excellent communication with me throughout my experience. So much so, I've booked in for another visit. All in all, it was an excellent experience, I received a follow up call a day later, just to see how I was going, from one of the lovely girls on reception. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dental house was excellent, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and even assisted in helping to soothe my toddler when she got upset. I would recommend this clinic to anyone, especially those with children needing to see the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful service. My son needed a tooth extraction and was very nervous and extremely anxious due to a previously bad experience at another dental clinic. Dr Terence was awesome with him, very patient, gentle and calm, and explained what was happening the whole time. My son was very happy and said "that wasn't even bad", a huge success and stress free.

Fantastic experience: I had a check up and clean at BM Dental House and OMG. Not only was it totally pain free, its was the most gentle but also thorough clean id even had, fast forward to yesterday I had the problem tooth, a wisdom tooth extracted 5.30pm yesterday. I am terrified of needles but they were so gentle I hardly felt them, and within minutes the tooth was out, easy peasy. Now I've just woken up 11 hours after the procedure, only had Panadol when I got home and I'm still pain free. I totally expected to wake up with my mouth throbbing. Anyway cant say enough how I LOVE BM Dental House! after years of being terrified, I am no longer scared of the dentist. yay!!! Rebecca Murphy

Words cannot describe how much confidence Dr Terence and his beautiful assistant Emma have given me. After not visiting the dentist for almost 20 years, Dr Terence mad me feel so comfortable as I had anxiety about getting my teeth fixed. He is very knowledgeable and honest. His work is very thorough and professional. The results are absolutely amazing. The clinic itself is clean and modern. The staff are warm and inviting. Visiting the dentist can be expensive but there are many options that can suit your budget. Fantastic experience: I had a hygienist appointment with Alma which was thorough, caring and the results were terrific. They used the most current technology for the enamel clean, which is like a pressure washer on the teeth, rather than scratching at them. I walked out with beautiful white teeth and a clean feeling mouth. Definitely recommend this dental practice!

My appointment was with Terence who was very friendly and was helpful by explaining everything that was going on with my teeth and what the next steps are. Fantastic experience: Terence & Emma handled my situation with such professionalism. Terence put my nerves at ease when an unexpected extraction of my wisdom tooth was needed. This was my first ever extraction & I was comfortable & in no pain at all.

Positive experience: After all the chaos of pandemic I was so scared going to dentist and the last time I was to a dentist office was late 2019. I had a broken crown (caused by eating a Panamanian crunch tortilla) and I put it off as long as I could and it was time to get a new crown. They gave me an appointment within 2 days and Dr. Miff was absolutely awesome, removed the broken crown and put the new one on the same day. She scanned my teeth in a blink and fixed everything and good as new.
