Negative experience: This is the worst health clinic honestly. I have seen multiple reception staff come and go, all act the same: rude and act as if you are an inconvenience to them. Don't let you speak before they tell you to use the app. My phone was dead once and I was told to go home and charge it to use the app. Obviously I refused, it took 2 minutes to put me in the que manually. One doctor has refused a pap smear because he was a male, so I was put back in the que for another 3 hours to wait for the only female doctor. Dr Trevor Smith is hands down the rudest and most misogynist doctor you'd ever meet. Wouldn't refer me for any specialist I needed because I may die of a different condition (monitored and deemed safe by my specialist by the way) so "why bother" with other known health problems that actually are a huge risk to my life. It took my male partner threatening to contact the medial board for him to give me my referalls. Everytime he spoke to me he was looking at my partner, anytime I spoke he looked down. The referral I needed the most he didn't include all information needed and signed differently. This place is a joke.
Negative experience: Recpetion service over the phone is terrible. Keep saying will answer the phone between 9am-5pm. Called at 4pm. after 40 mins , keep waiting. Time wasting.
Negative experience: I’ve been visiting this medical centre regularly, and I must say the doctors, nurses, and pharmacists are always excellent – very professional and caring. However, I’ve consistently had negative experiences with the main staff member at the pathology collection and one of the receptionists (the lady with short hair). Their communication with patients is poor, and they are not friendly or approachable. It’s disappointing to see such behaviour in a healthcare setting, especially when the rest of the team is doing such a great job. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures all staff treat patients with respect and kindness.
Positive experience: Amazing drs and amazing clinic but the loss of stars come down purely to getting someone from reception to answer the phone during hours… I’ve wait up to 2 hours on multiple occasions and over an hour on many many others. This is a joke and needs to be resolved.
Negative experience: During a recent visit with my son, who is on the autism spectrum, we experienced very poor communication from the staff. We waited over an hour to see the doctor we had specifically booked. Instead, we were directed to a different doctor without any explanation, and then asked to wait again to see the original doctor—further delaying our appointment. Meanwhile, several patients who arrived after us were seen before us. This points to a serious lack of coordination and professionalism in both communication and patient care. I strongly urge management to invest in hiring and training staff who can communicate clearly and deliver timely, respectful service—especially for patients with additional needs. Furthermore, the conduct of some staff members was discourteous, unprofessional, and presumptuous, which made an already stressful situation even more upsetting.
Negative experience: Department of Health should really look into the management of this medical centre. Poor staff communication, went to take my son with disabilities waiting to see a doctor for more than a hour, called to see another doctor that we didn’t book for and was told to wait again to see the doctor we wanted to be seen in the first place. If you staff can’t communicate clearly with patients and making them wait twice as long when everyone after them has already been seen. Attention management time to get more staff that respond better and communicate better with Patients.
Negative experience: No surprised at all that that receptionist has so many bad reviews on here. She must be very important to the owners for them to keep her around. They are paying her to do sit there and be rude. I watched as 5-6 other patients had the same experience as me, can’t even finish saying hello before she rudely brushes you aside and says “check in on the app” My daughter only had a foot injury, but there was a baby with a head injury who was told the wait was hours, had no time or decency to speak to the parents? Appalling.

Negative experience: Every time I go here, I am told by the receptionist "we have more than 30 patients waiting and soon it will be only 1 Doctor. I really don't think she wants any patients. I was there again today and was told the same thing. I said I will retun when it starts at 7. Then I was told " there will be 50 others waiting as they all come in the morning ". Don't know what to believe and yet to see a Doctor at this place. By the way, it was the same receptionist as someone had captured on the photo.
Fantastic experience: All went well, but if they can address wait times by hiring more doctors, will be absolutely fantastic.
Negative experience: I have the app and joined the queue for a Telehealth appointment at 11am (when their Telehealth service opens). By 2:45pm, I had not had my appointment. I called and was told that there are “100 people” in the queue in front of me, but that the doctor would be calling me “very soon”. Their answering service says that the app has a pop up notification to say when the doctors have reached capacity. I received no such notification. I finally had my appointment at 3:30pm. I requested a doctors certificate and confirmed my email address, but this has not been received nearly an hour later. I’ve now been on hold for 15 minutes and counting, just so I can get this doctors certificate. Being 4:25pm, it is unlikely the call will get answered before their phones line closes at 5pm. Whether it’s been Telehealth or face to face, the wait times are so extensive that it isn’t worth any other convenience they could offer. Stricter guidelines need to be applied regarding doctor capacity. It should not take 5.5 hours (and counting) to have an appointment and get a certificate.

Positive experience: The doctor giving my mum and I the flu shot was very lovely. The girl working at reception today however was pretty short and rude? Maybe it was the stress of having so many patients and only one doctor at the start of the morning but she was just very off putting demeanour wise.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at this clinic for the past three years, and during that time, I’ve always received exceptional service from the receptionist, who has consistently gone above and beyond to assist me. However, I am disappointed with the behavior of the new receptionist. She comes across as rude, impolite, and unhelpful, showing little willingness to engage with patients. It’s unclear why she accepted a role that requires interaction with patients if she isn’t prepared to offer the level of service expected. I hope that management will take notice of her behavior and consider addressing it, as it greatly impacts the patient experience

Negative experience: Worst medical clinic in the South East. They will not answer the phone at all. I have sat there in the waiting area and rang them. They just ignore it. I can’t even get other Drs to ring them. 3 times they have just cancelled my Telehealth appointments. They have 1 good Dr and as soon as he leaves I will never set foot in that poor excuse for a medical centre.

Also if you select your own doctor then every walk in appointment is scheduled around and given priority. Such a dismal system. At least give an eta of appointment wait. Most times wait 2.5 hours. Just not worth it.

Negative experience: Your booking system (the app) needs to be fixed. Waiting for many hours for a GP consultation is a clear indication of your lack of knowledge in organizing doctor patient ratio. Negative experience: i have gone here before in 2023 which the doctors iv seen are wonderful but i called this morning asking for a document then they put me on a telehealth call appointment because apparently the doctor can only give me it 3 hours later i called back a different receptionist than the first ask details saw the document i needed then said no worries i will get it and email it to you, they forgot to end the call i heard her ask the other receptionist if she remembered me calling she said no and then they hanged up. i got the document not even 5 mins later.
Negative experience: Do not use their so called Telehealth service. I waited over 5 hours for a call. When they finally did call I accidentally rejected the call in my haste to pick up the phone. I immediately tried to call back and was left on hold for almost 30 minutes before I finally gave up. I have tried to call them on several other occasions and not once have they answered my call. Why have a contact number if you're not going to answer the bloody phone.

He works tirelessly to help all of his patients under his care, and always has the very best intentions for each and every person. Dr Ward helped me throughout my life in many ways, always helping me make decisions by offering knowledgeable and guided advice and by keeping me well informed. Some of those decisions have led to diagnosis that have prevented further illness and have saved my life. No appointment needed & Being open to 10pm and having a pharmacy on site has saved me multiple times from sitting in the emergency department all night. Sometimes wait times can be heafty and frustrating but sometimes you can be in and out quickly. I've always had a positive experience with our medical home so thank you! Feeling grateful tonight that my child was able to be seen at late notice quickly before closing and I was able to get her the help she needed.

Positive experience: I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Logan Poopalaillai. I felt that the consultation was rushed, and there wasn’t much attention given to understanding my condition in depth. I mentioned pain in a specific area, and was prescribed codeine without being asked the usual important questions that help guide a diagnosis. Unfortunately, my symptoms worsened over the next two days. I then saw a different doctor who told me codeine wasn’t appropriate for my situation and prescribed an anti-inflammatory instead. After starting that treatment, I noticed a clear improvement in my symptoms. I’m sharing this not to discredit the clinic entirely - there are definitely competent and attentive doctors here but rather to highlight the importance of consistent quality in patient care.
Negative experience: I take my baby over there, because of a fever, before I went there I called and asked about the waiting time but the lady said if a baby with a fever you do not need to wait long, we give priority and you can see the doctor as soon as possible as you come, but when I came to the clinic the lady who sit at the reception she said you need to wait to see the doctor but I said my baby is really sick, even though she didn't allowed me, and she sounds very rude and mean, and I ended up waiting with my sick baby for 2.5 hours

Negative experience: Worst medical centre in VIC! There is only 1 receptionist who never answers the phone and when you go there you have to join an endless queue on their app. I checked before going and there were 6 doctors rostered on. The queue doesn’t tell you how long the wait is and neither will the receptionist “you will be seen in order of when you joined the queue” Waited 2 hours today before asking the receptionist for an update to which she told me that it could be over an hour! THATS THREE HOURS WAITING!! I have spent less time waiting in a hospital emergency department. DO NOT GO TO THIS MEDICAL CENTRE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. 3 hours for a 10 minute consult is absolutely bullshit!

Positive experience: While the service is good the App has been recently updated which makes it inconvenient to check rosters for people with old phones. The software update is not compatible to my iPhone and I am unable to access the App nor it allows me to upgrade the App. There should be option for people not so tech savvy to access the services. Positive experience: Doctors are really helpful and we are happy always with the service. Sometimes the wait times are crazy though. Specially when we visit with our new born baby, hard to wait an hour. There should be priority for babies under age of 2 years.
Fantastic experience: Dr Sonny Rueda my regular GP is fantastic. Any concerns/ issues been attended to . Happy with his care. Been to see some Dr when my regular GP is not available. No problem with them . Waiting time is ok .usually comes early 7am to avoid long queue

Never ever again will I or my family be going there.. it was an emergency with my baby and the service we got was ludicrous.. Do not waste ur time with these people.
Negative experience: Doctors and facilities are good. Waiting times are unacceptable. 2-3 hr waiting times are frequent. The booking system is crap and don’t allow to book from home. Must come to location to make a booking. Waiting time is very uncertain even after booking. No proactive measures to resolve too. Look for an alternative.
Positive experience: Have been to this clinic twice. First time was great, and saw Dr Jude Mendis, who was very empathetic, understanding and lovely. This second time round I saw Dr Logan Poopalapillai as I have been having lung issues the last three weeks, been prescribed two lots of antibiotics from my regular doctor. Explained had issues breathing, lungs are sore, mentioned I have issues with chronic anxiety (which I am acutely aware of and is stabilized). He told me he believes I am 'imagining it's but gave me a chest X-ray 'just in case'. If I had energy in me and wasn't in pain because of my lungs, I would have clapped back. My partner has been up with me on nights when I have been coughing and in pain ect. To be dismissed like this is crazy to me! I don't believe it would've been said to a man, and not only that if I didn't mention I have anxiety. I am sooo aware of myself and my body. Dr poop needs to listen more and have empathy, instead of assuming and diminishing a patients experience. I will end with a positive note, the system is great and the online system is easy to access. Dr Jude was also great last time I saw him and the facility itself is very useful, being everything in the same place. For Dr poop, do better!

Fantastic experience: I haven seen all Dr at Our Medical Centre but I had the pleasure to be treated by Dr Prat, Dr Moyo, Dr Barry, Dr Ali, Dr Sujatha, Dr Li, Dr Jude, Dr Theja, Dr Pradee, Dr Yew and Dr Hirosha and all of them have been very profesional and kind. Dr Bilal treated my little ones and their recovery was quick with his treatment. The waiting time has improved a lot. However, there is one receptionist, she is a rude lady, I understand she is old and maybe tired, that is not excuse, so then she shouldn’t be working there, no as receptionist. She treat people very badly.
Negative experience: Never once has reception answered my phone calls, twice they’ve answered only to hang up on me after being on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. The Telehealth system is also a mess, I had an appointment and the Dr called me only to hang up on me and still charged Medicare for an appointment that didn’t happen. The app is horrible and constantly glitching, I can’t even book appointments through the app. There needs to be a change with reception, a phone call should not be impossible to take when that is a key element to being a receptionist.
Negative experience: Can’t give any lower rating . being told there was an hr wait to see dr mayo . By receptionist (. Sunday 16th March 7:35 pm ) I waited just over an hr (8:50 ) only to be asked by dr mayo why I was waiting as my name wasn’t on his list of patients . You wonder why patients get agro and peeved. Won’t be back Rather suffer than deal with todays drs I’ll be checking my Medicare to see if I get charged for a service I didn’t get

Negative experience: I asked the receptionist what room number is my GP, she gave a vague direction, i ended up in a wrong area.. After a few minutes of waiting, i went back and intentionally asked a different staff who gave me the proper answer.. just in time for my GP to call me up.. I've read another negative review of this same staff..
Negative experience: I visited with my brother today. It is very obvious Receptionist was not happy about her job. No empathy and kindness towards patients. If any member of management see this, please educate your staff regarding empathic care towards sick people.
Negative experience: Totally appalling. Massive waste of time. Huge wait times and when you finally get to see the doctor he makes inappropriate remarks and offers zero help and is more than happy to get paid for doing nothing. I don’t understand how they can treat people like this and get away with it. Do yourself a favour and give them a miss.

Fantastic experience: This medical centre was great to attend, they accept walk ins and bulk bill. The service is satisfactory and the wait times were very quick. I did not have to wait very long. Although the thorough of my issue was just given some antibiotics I was given a choice for them to follow up and see how the antibiotics went and every thing IIS so far so good.
Positive experience: The booking system needs to be reviewed, if you want to see a specific doctor and are 4th in the que you get pushed back due to another person waiting for first available doctor. If you want to see the first available doctor they may not be able to help you as some of the doctors are not logged in to access all the medical files for patients seen, which means you may have to get in queue again to see your doctor
Fantastic experience: I was totally exhausted and confused about my child’s illness. I downloaded the medical app, just walked in to the medical clinic. Selected Dr Jude Mendis. Few minutes after I got a call from Dr. Very friendly and most importantly, he addressed properly to my child’s concerns. Excellent work. Especially, this walking customers system is the best possible way for us. Amazing .

Negative experience: This doctors is so convenient for time as it’s after your 9-5 work ours with a chemist on ground floor. But the receptionist….I mean the receptionist is absolutely disgusting. A line waiting at the desk almost out the door and she’s having a snack, eating and talking with her colleague with everyone hearing the whole conversation. Just for her to come out and tell me the app is incorrect and inconvenient, this is the 3rd time now the app is incorrect and what you are portraying to your customers and patients is incorrect. This lady had vicious attitude and should not be working in a customer service role as we watched her get through the line almost dropping a lady’s phone out of carelessness, yell at a patient, rudely tell everyone to go on the app like she isn’t getting paid to be a receptionist and assist those who don’t know how to use technology as majority were elderly. Pure disgust and this lady should be let go. You would be doing the community a favour…
Fantastic experience: Beautiful space, welcoming reception, quiet environment, ease of use with the app to be able to see wait times, open on a public holiday and offer bulk billing
Fantastic experience: Love this pratice because of the availability of doctors to see if you need a appointment. This practice has many services attached to it like pysio, blood service clinic, dentist, exrays & pain management . I find the staff very helpful if you need help with setting up their own app on your phone they are happy to ser it up for you.
Negative experience: Amazing doctors (positive experiences with Dr Phillip & Dr Reid) and nurses are extremely friendly and gentle. Although was made to wait 3 hours for a wound packing and dressing change that was being done daily as it was not "considered urgent enough". Despite booking the first available doctor available I was pushed back in the queue multiple times and was thankful for the nurse that stayed back later than her rostered time (8pm). The clinic manager needs to pull their head in and learn how to utilise and manage their extremely capable staff more efficiently.
Negative experience: Went in because I went for a job fitness exam. Isn’t a strenuous open but I had high blood pressure so they asked me to get a clearance to take it from my doctor. I went to our medical and waited 3 and half hours to be seen. The doctor was rushed and rather rude. He wouldn’t sign off a realise but also would explain how to lower my blood pressure so I can get a clearance. Told me to exercise . But isn’t the health check a form of exercise so if I can’t get a clearance to do non strenuous exercise then how will I do any other types to lose weight. Including in a gym that does need a doctors clearance for. . He told me to go see my regular gp , but they are my regular gp since moving. Hence why I desperately need a new job . He said hire a blood pressure machine from then but I couldn’t hire one because they would be closed to early tomorrow to make it 24 hour reading . But if I didn’t have to wait for 3 hours then I would have been fine to hire it. I asked several times how to go about lowing my blood pressure and to explain why I can’t do one exercise and not another. He didn’t even speak to me about blood pressure medication and what my options . . So of course I had to decline my new job because I am unable to do the 30 min fitness test without a clearance. When in July I was having test done and my blood pressure was high and I told them that I would be trying for employment and that requires medical test. So back in July they should have indicated that it might be an issue for work medicals and that they would be denying any form request asking if I can attend the medical fitness exam . SO I COULD HAVE HAD A CHANCE TO SORT THE BLOOD PRESSURE OUT AND DO THE TEST AND BE ON MEDICATION BACK IN JULY. but no they just let me go on my merry way allowing me to do exercise and fitness all that time up till there name had to be put down on a document to allow me to exercise.
Negative experience: literally every time i call this place (within their hours required) i NEVER get an answer and am on hold for well over 15 minutes. i joined the queue on the app at like 12pm for a phone consult and its now 5:32pm with no call whatsoever. i did call earlier and got through to someone who said i'd be contacted some time in the afternoon. i never received a call... the only time i've ever had luck with this place is in person.
Fantastic experience: All the doctors I have seen at the clinic have been very helpful. Wait times can be a little long sometimes, so bring something to read.
Negative experience: Please get better personal at the reception. She is rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. I have seen her being rude with so many different people who are confused and worried. They do not deserve to be treated like that .
Negative experience: Some good doctors but the overall service is not great because the reception (or what is left of it) won't answer phone. They say use app yet not all appointments are available to book via app. It is difficult for some specialists to send copies to GPs when the reception won't answer phones and no fax or email on individual GP business cards! Really not very convenient or helpful service
Fantastic experience: Very grateful for this medical centre. Open until 10pm, also open public holidays and weekends. Lots of reviews here complaining about long waits, but you’d get that at ED anyway. Dr Phillip was wonderful in caring and understanding our need for a doctor. Bulk billing. I mean what more could you want. Negative reviews about not having nurses all the time but doctors can only do so much without assistance. Also people complaining about wait times but then some expecting to be seen asap and by pass others in the queue. I mean just can’t please everyone. But this clinic was open, pharmacy on site, not bad wait time for walk ins, easy app to book in. Reception lady was polite and did what we needed. Really great and very grateful for this facility.

Fantastic experience: The whole clinic is amazing every doctor i have seen has been amazing so kind and helpful im a registered nurse and I always recommend the clinic to family, friends and patients who come to my hospital! Amazing work and a great service to the community!
Negative experience: The wait times are ridiculous 4-7 hours, they tell you its 1hr but good luck. doctors take forever.. Its like they have a competition on who can work the slowest. The doctors are generally good (other than Dr Ali Salavati Khoshghalb his horrible) reception is rude and useless unless they're taking your money. nurses are rude and don't really know what they doing. The only reason I've put up with this bs so far is because of doctor Paul Moyo his amazing but the wait times for him is 4hrs+. Not to mention the wait for the blood test .. Honestly this place is hell avoid it if you can.
Fantastic experience: The doctors are really great, very helpful and very kind. This clinic offers bulked Bill Moreover easy to register on our medical app to see or visit doctor, our medical app is very convenient to see doctors time table and select doctors of your choice. That’s really great !
