Fantastic experience: Went to the dentist for the first time in years (not my fault). Was met by the most welcoming receptionist at Dental One Reservoir. Jonah was the one who did my dental check up today and him and his assistant were so gentle, patient, and supportive throughout the process. Will definitely be my regular dentist office I'm thinking. Already booked an orthodontics appointment because the service was great and I'm happy to go to Dental One (Craigieburn) for my orthodontic work too. :)

Negative experience: Went in with the intention of only getting a deep clean, was then treated for an array of items that added up to $1500 in dental fees which included 3 fillings from a trainer staff. The supervising dentist then notified me that it wasn’t completed correctly and had to rectify some Issues. I now have a pain that has lasted 3 weeks with no indication of subsiding.
