Fantastic experience: Money well spent. (Matter of fact I didnt have to pay anything, all covered by health fund unlike other places i had to pay out of pocket). Amazing experience from the staffs. They looked after you because they cared which made you feel like you've come to the right place. Definitely my regular dentis from now on and not just for me but my family as well.

Fantastic experience: First impressions, awesome. Madonna, may not be a dentist (not sure), but she is truly Gold! She established very high expectations as soon as I stepped foot in the place. Based on my first visit, the culture seems to run through the organisation. At least they are trying. Clearly, people here have put a lot of thought into reexamining what millions of other healthcare and services organisations accept as “normal”, and asked, “Where are the areas where we can differentiate? How can we differentiate? What are the areas were we can improve our approach, our practices, for both customers and staff? I real eye opener. Left me with lots to think about relating to organisational culture. Again, don’t lose Madonna. Give her a hug, and maybe a raise. PS - my experience with the dental nurses, dental hygienist, dentist, trainees, was constant with my first impression.

Fantastic experience: My whole life I've had the mind set of no support here today, help is not on its way and miracles sure don't happen. But today my crowns were placed and my god I might have to rethink the whole miracle bit. Everyone at brisbane smiles that has been involved with my new smile is godly in my eyes (no I'm not a man of God) but I'm definitely a man of Brisbane smiles. Fantastic experience: So I'm currently being treated by Dr Andrei Mihailescu and Daria. My God this is the guy and lady you want in your mouth! He repairing a messed up procedure form a totally unrelated dentist who gave me the worst experience in my life. Brisbane smiles in my opinion is the best in the field no matter your dental needs. It starts with Madonna and her amazing smile and coffee. Then perhaps whitening or a clean with Melanie Blooms and then some magic from your dentist here and a finish up with Larissa. I'm normally quite harsh in my reviews but thank you all from for your kindness and ten star service. I can't believe I'm saying this about a dentist but I'm looking forward to seeing you guys soon.

Fantastic experience: Brisbane Smiles is absolutely the best dental care I’ve ever received anywhere. Not only are they technically impeccable in their craft; they also are very caring and patient centered. Dr. Paul Mc Kay did very extensive work on my teeth as a result of a tumor in my jaw that was pushing my teeth out. He is a master at dental implants and has a lab onsite with talented staff that ensure the best outcome for the patient. He also regularly keeps up with any new advances in dentistry. Plus all of the staff are lovely and extremely knowledgeable and competent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’d give them a 100 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I have been to. I had a fear of dentists but the staff here made me feel comfortable to the point I no longer get anxiety when I go. Dr Karuna has been amazing she has helped me with my TMJ and also now assisting me with teeth straightening using Invisalign. If you’re looking for new dentist I highly recommend you give them a go.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Brisbane Smiles are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Particularly Madonna at reception makes me feel so welcome. My teeth and gums are being well looked after thanks to the team at Brisbane Smiles. I have had emergency appointments over the years to fix my permanent retainer wire from when I had braces as a teenager. They were able to fix/replace my wire quickly and easily and I haven’t had issues with it since. I love coming in for my cleaning and check up appointments. My dental hygienist Elsabe Martincich is such an expert and her cleanings are always pain free. My dentist Dr Karuna Khatri is so knowledgeable and quick with my appointments giving her diagnosis and suggestions for continued support quickly and in words I understand.

Fantastic experience: The most welcoming dental clinic I've ever been to. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so friendly and kind and make you feel like it's a less daunting experience. I had veneers done 2 years ago here and that experience was one of the best I've had. Minimal pain and was very looked after during the entire process. The only dental clinic in Brisbane that I would recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: After previously having a bad experience with a Dentist that left me scared to go back, Brisbane Smiles has completely turned that around. I went from not going to a dentist for two years to visiting the team at Brisbane Dental twice in two days! The whole process from start to finish was a great experience, and I can't see myself going anywhere else!! Thanks to Dr Tara, Mel, and the assistants for making it a great experience!
