He explained what was doing very clearly so I had no concerned about what was happening. Highly recommended. Feb 2025 My experience at Epping Family Dental was a very positive and painless one. I had a check up clean as well as some good advice from the Dentist on how to best maintain and clean my teeth for the future. This will extend the life of my teeth and as I get older this was a concern for me. Overall my experience was great and I would not hesitate in recommending Epping Family Dental.

Positive experience: I have been a long-time patient at Epping Family Dental and have previously given a five-star review. However, I felt the need to give another review and have lowered the rating this time. Overall, I am still happy with the way the practice, the dentists and the staff have treated me but my recent experience with Dr Andrew Bui left me disappointed. It was just a regular cleaning job but he seemed to be in a rush, and was anything but gentle. Never have I had a cleaning job that has hurt my gums so much during the process, and even later in the day, a couple of my rear teeth were sore. He finished the whole cleaning in half the time most other dentists take. Needless to say, when they gave me my next six-monthly appointment with him, I promptly got it changed as I have no intention of ever having my teeth cleaned by him again. This is not a blight on the overall practice of the clinic – I will continue to be a patient there, with the expectation that most other dentists there will treat my teeth with more care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Venus He was so lovely when I said I was anxious about doing my retainer moulds because I have a sensitive gag reflex. She offered to scan my teeth instead of do the traditional mould. Always have a great and comfortable time here for someone who is anxious about dental visits! Thanks everyone ❤️

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit for a broken tough. The dentist suggested took a few x rays and did cleaning treatment first. Then they took a full mouth x rays and looked at all problems and are at the moment working on remedial action for all my problems. The dentist was very clear in her communication and gave me a follow up appointment.

(Thanks Eve for today appointment). A few dentists took care of my teeth, depending on the urgency and the dentitsts’ agenda. But my preferred one is Dr Amanda To. Young, dynamic, resourcefull and always wants the best for her patients without the high cost, during the appointments but also very good follow-up. Not the commercial type of dental clinics, but a caring and close to the patients’s needs and budget. Living their own slogan, family care! I highly recommend this clinic.
