Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist during my recent visit. From the moment I approached the desk, I was completely ignored, as if I was not even there. When I politely asked for her name, she refused to provide it and responded with a very disrespectful facial expression that made me feel extremely unwelcome.

Fantastic experience: Today we visited the Doctors on Clyde clinic, and everything was absolutely awesome — starting from the reception staff’s behavior and service to our consultation with Dr. Ghulam Sarwar. Negative experience: I made an appointment yesterday with Dr SOUAD ,based on recommendation & it was my drs day off . receptionists were nice, but the whole clinic looked like an organised Chaos !! After a long wait, I was called in by a nurse to do the basic checks& my blood pressure was going up as we speak& I was getting disorientated, my blood pressure has gone up to 149 ! Nurse told me to sit outside room number 2 I will be seen shortly! I’ve waited for a while again, extreme pain& I couldn’t sit any more. Two drs came waltzing in with cups of tea in their hands& Dr SOUAD Hussaini said to me: it won’t be long& they both went into her room chatting! I went to reception & asked her to cancel the appointment, I couldn’t wait any longer! She spoke to the Dr& she told me to go back in front of her room, she will call me next! I went back& no sign of her! I was getting sick of being kicked around like a ball ! So I went back & told the receptionist that I am getting very sick, I’ll have to go! Called a taxi& went home! No phone call from her, apologising or anything! No care bone in her body! After all, she wasn’t with another patient, she was chatting with another Dr in her room . No doubt , there was another patient waiting for this other doctor! You treat your patients like objects , you’ll have no patients left ! I don’t recommend this clinic to anybody! I hope these two drs enjoyed their tea or coffee! I’ll be going to see my caring dr, today!

Negative experience: Hello everyone Before you go to there physio John Poul. Please be careful I went there and on my first appointment he just talk and send me home saying we will start your treatment from next week. He is touching inappropriately. And then I went for my next appointment and he said he has fly India same day so, he can't do whole treatment so, he just did shoulder and not foot(where i have wrost pain) In short he is taking your money. Physio are very expensive that's why they start treatment on first appointment. As per my past experience or my friends experience they start treatment straight away. But this one is taking your time and not doing full treatment. He spend 2 weeks not doing my foot treatment and now I have very bad pain.

Fantastic experience: This is the only doctor I use I followed Dr Nair from Cranbourne. It’s now been over 10 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love this doctors clinic and how thorough they are. So easy to talk too! All my children see her as well. I WOULD RECOMMEND DOCTORS ON CLYDE TO EVERYONE I KNOW.

Negative experience: receptionists are very rude!I’m disappointed with the level of customer service at this medical center. The receptionists were consistently rude and unhelpful, showing little patience or empathy. As the first point of contact, their behavior sets a negative tone for the entire visit. I expected a more welcoming and respectful environment, especially in a healthcare setting. Improvements in staff training and communication are urgently needed.

Negative experience: Dr on Clyde used to be good when they opened. Now they just DGAF anymore. Service has gone down and lazy. I booked an appointment at 1.40pm. they tried to ask me to come earlier because the Doctor had an hour gap after booking me in for 1.40, I couldn't make it any earlier than that so I came at 1.40 which was our original appointment. When I got here they closed and didn't even bother with an notification. They don't respect their patients and customers time. They can just open and close when they feel like it, very unprofessional. One star!

Negative experience: Don’t go here they’re honestly terrible. 3 bad experiences. 1- went to get a health check on myself and newborn at 6 weeks postpartum. His vax were all fine but when it got to the checking of my stitches I was told ‘oh I don’t usually do that’ and no mental health check even after I asked for one. Also no checks done on my baby in terms of his skin, feet, weight, height etc, nothing (this is all meant to be standard- told the maternal health nurse and she was alarmed). 2- booked baby in for 4 month vax and the woman who answered the phone said ‘oh people still do them? Weird’ yeah I’ll book you in looks like he’s due (he was not due). 3- by chance I moved the above appt due to baby being a bit sick, was told oh yeah I’ll move it to next week he’ll almost be overdue by then but he’s still in the safe period (I trusted that the receptionist who does this for a living would know the dates and check them before booking- silly me). Got to the appointment today and after waiting 35 mins in the waiting room, got told they can’t do the vax today as he’s been booked in to early and to come back next week. Trust me when I say- GO ELSEWEAR.

Negative experience: Horrible clinic, do NOT come here. Reception staff don’t care at all and are actively unhelpful. Dr Manjiri Nair is ALWAYS late, even when you have the first appointment of the day - she walks into the clinic after your appointment was scheduled to begin without even an acknowledgement, let alone an apology. I stopped coming here a few years ago after giving them this feedback (which they ASKED FOR in a post-appointment survey) and they never responded or changed a thing. My sister still attends this clinic (or did until today) - the doctor was over an HOUR late for the FIRST appointment of the day, knowing full well my sister was in extreme pain and distress without her migraine medication script and on her way to a funeral. Once again, they did not even deign to acknowledge or apologise for how unprofessional and ridiculous this is, and once again, reception staff were useless. If you value your time, health or sanity, avoid this clinic like plague.

Negative experience: Sadly I can't recommend this clinic. The front desk staff are incredibly rude, short and come across as they'd rather be anywhere but here. I've had countless appointments where I've waited up to 3 hours after the appointment time for my doctor to contact me; never apologises for being late and talks to me like I'm wasting his time. I have a unique medical condition and I've been told "I don't know anything about it" and "I don't know how to help". I would've thought a medical professional would at least look up the condition to develop a basic understanding and possible treatment suggestions. I have gone through cancer treatment too, my GP (at this clinic) has now referred me to 3 different private practices to get the surgery, which I've explained many times, I don't have that kind of money. Still waiting for a solution to this and it's been 8 months. Was sent a medication prescription; unfortunately it was sent to the wrong mobile, was told I had to come in and collect a printed version, I don't drive and told the front desk staff I was unable to collect, still waiting for my script, it's been 3 days now. Haven't been contacted regarding a solution. Was told a double appointment was confirmed for today, via telehealth, never got a confirmation email/text, tried calling the clinic to confirm, was told to "be patient". Can't speak for the quality of all the GP's at this clinic, however, from my experience, stay clear of this clinic. They don't seem to care, have any passion whatsoever or anything of the sorts. Just want to have you in and out and collect a pay check.

Fantastic experience: We are very happy how professionally the medical and clerical staff at Doctors on Clyde assist and treat us with our medical issues. They go about their business with respect, very courteous, and quite accommodating. We value all the staff here, especially our doctor, Dr Sarwar - we consider him a very trusted friend. No complaints whatsoever. PS Whenever we approach an office like this for assistance, we start being respectful towards all staff. In return we are also treated with respect. They are not slaves - they deserve to be treated with dignity.

Negative experience: A very disappointing experience. We have been patients of this clinic for years. I have an appointment today at 12.20 pm but as my mum fell ill and I have get medical treatment for her I called now to re-schedule the appointment. I was shocked to hear that I have to pay a cancellation fee of $50 which was never informed to me at the time of making the appointment or when the receptionist called yesterday. This is a situation I have no control over. I would have not written this if I was pre-warned of this extra fee of $50. I then know I have to pay it. This clinic has changed so much since we first started going there.. Please be careful when you make an appointment. Make sure you clarify on extra fees as their policies may change often. When I informed the receptionist that I was not informed of this cancellation fee, she very casually said the person who booked the appointment should have informed me. No apology for their mistake. I don't want anyone else to be in my position. But all due respect goes to Dr Alam and the physiotherapist John in this clinic who provide an exceptional service.

Positive experience: Doctor was great, i was looked at proscribed what i needed an i was out . Excellent loved it . Only reason im giving 3 stars is because i had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time . Not 100% the doctor's fault ( chatty clients and stuff) but when you are in pain an just wanna be seen on the time you booked for it's a little frustrating. Again the doctor and the venue are great.

Negative experience: Very poor. The Receptionist is so rude and aggressive. We went there at around 7.00 for an emergency matter for my son. The lady was at the reception on the phone for almost 5 minutes. And when I asked her for a doctor she said we are closed now and the doctor just left (while she was on the phone)

Negative experience: Booked for today. Website says bulked billed for concession holders on weekends. Get a missed call before 10am, booking is rescheduled to 11:20am. Arrive at appointment and get told no bulk billing for concession holders. Receptionists excuse is I tried to call. If you’re calling before hours and don’t leave no voicemail and then readjust my appointment via email. You’ve wasted valuable time and money that I already cannot afford. Definitely room to improve, set the expectations for your bulk billing clearly and ensure communication is given prior to another person arriving to their appointment.

Dr Souad Hussain is absolutely wonderful, she has expertise in so many areas of health is very thorough & genuinely cares for all her patients. Negative experience: I'd advise to go elsewhere because after the last 2 days I definitely will be. I had an appointment booked for a telehealth phone call with Dr Souad Hussain. I work and can't answer phone calls during hours so I'd organised to have my phone on me so I could take the call, only to not receive the call for my appointment. I rescheduled for the next day. 1.50pm was my appointment time. At 2.50pm I called and was told my doctor was running behind, which I get so I waited. At 3.50pm I called again, to be told I was next in line. At 5pm I called again to be told that "she takes her time with her clients". But sorry what? It takes 1 hour to finish with 1 client when I was next in line? It's now 7.15pm and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIEVED MY PHONE CALL!!!! And still being told they aren't sure when my appointment will be honoured. What a ridiculously unorganised practice that obviously avoid telehealth phone appointments. I was super limited to what I could do at work while waiting for this phone call I never received. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

Positive experience: Overall, this is a good practice. However, I have had some experiences that have led me to drop my rating. Particularly around getting referrals and actually getting the correct scans performed. There are a couple doctors there that will waste your time if you let them. Some are quite belligerent and rude, but there’s a couple good ones that work there. Just careful with whom you see. Trust your instincts and don’t be afraid to see a different doctor if you’re not happy with the advice given, your health is too important to leave to chance.

Negative experience: My son was having an allergic reaction tonight! got to the clinic at 6:50 as very close to my home, instead of waiting for an ambulance he needed medical attention asap! I told the receptionist he was having an allergic reaction her response was “we don’t take walk ins after 5:30pm” I said he’s having an allergic reaction she said “I understand that but we don’t take walk ins After 5:30pm “ Absolutely appalling, my 8 month old son has been admitted to casey hospital for anaphylactic reaction, this is serious neglect! There was no support from this clinic in time of an emergency which could have resulted in the death of a child! Avoid at all costs! Do better, train your staff, be better

Negative experience: “I visited this clinic and had an unfortunate experience with one of their doctors. The doctor was dismissive and seemed unqualified. She was unable to locate test results that had been sent weeks prior and did not take the time to address the patient’s pain, spending only about three minutes in the consultation. When I expressed my concerns, she responded by saying, ‘I don’t care, go talk to the manager.’ I have since followed up with a formal complaint.”

Negative experience: I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Manjiri Nair at Doctor's on Clyde for 12:40pm on Friday, 4th October. Unfortunately, I wasn’t seen until 1:20pm, despite being unable to leave due to the $40 no-show fee policy. When I was finally seen, Dr. Nair made me feel uncomfortable, and the appointment felt rushed. She handed me a form to fill out, even though I had already completed the same form online via the link sent by the clinic, detailing my reasons for the visit. I was then told to complete the form and book another appointment, leaving me to wait yet another week for help. I am incredibly disappointed as I did not receive the care I needed today and feel frustrated by the repeated paperwork and the long waiting times.

Negative experience: I had a telehealth appointment at this GP clinic, and while I have to commend the doctor for being great and caring, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. I waited at home for 4 hours for the phone consult, which kept me from doing anything else as I had to remain available for the call. Throughout that long wait, I checked in with the receptionist three times, only to be told that the doctor was running behind. For the $75 fee, this is just not good enough. I understand that delays can happen, but significant improvements are needed in their staffing and appointment systems to ensure patients aren't left hanging like this. While the doctor's care was appreciated, the overall experience was disappointing, and I can't recommend this clinic at this time.

Negative experience: Most unprofessional and unethical clinic and staff I ever visited. Reception Staff Condescending and rude. Never take responsibility for their own peoples actions. No one knows what they talk or the information they give to patients. -100 stars if I can Clinic Policies Send my daughter to the clinic as a walk in around 10am in a weekday and they mentioned that there is an out of pocket fee. Then they call me and want to pay $75. They advertise as a Bulk bill clinic but they charge. Last week I send my son after school around 3.50 to the clinic and they charge for that as well. This place to full of unprofessional people and rude staff. Better avoid, all they want is revenue not treating patients.

Negative experience: Barely paid any attention to my serious issues and complaints I was having and treated me like an idiot. I have been going to this practice for years now and Doctor Ali has been fantastic, Dr Gollam just seemed like he was just waiting to leave and didn’t help me in any way whatsoever.

Negative experience: My son had an appointment booked with Dr Josh Huang. Reports were emailed to the clinic. When we went into the doctors room, he stated he had not seen any reports. Apparently nobody bothered to upload them so the doctor had no idea about the history of the patient. If that was not bad enough, the doctor then proceeded to say since my son needed ongoing care, he could not be his doctor as he wasn't in the clinic regularly enough! Yet this clinic's website advertises that this doctor is at the clinic twice a week! No referrals. Waste of time. Very unprofessional and sadly lacking in empathy and understanding.

Negative experience: This clinic is absolute trash. If I could give it a negative rating, I wouldn't hesitate. Been here 2 times and had bad experience both times. The receptionists are beyond rude, and the doctors are so unprofessional. I'm outraged and will never come back here. I don’t recommend anyone coming to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend John Paul raj highly enough! From the moment I walked into their clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain the treatment plan in a way that was clear and reassuring. What truly sets John apart is his genuine care and dedication. Negative experience: I recently had a disappointing experience at Doctors on Clyde clinic during a weekend visit. I was not informed about the $90 out-of-pocket charges for weekend and after-hours appointments. Since my visit wasn't urgent, I decided to reschedule for a weekday during business hours, hoping to avoid the fee with bulk billing. However, the clinic staff was initially hesitant to reschedule, claiming that the doctors were fully booked. This turned out to be untrue, as I was able to find an appointment through the HotDoc app. On the day of my rescheduled appointment, I waited for almost 40 minutes only to see Dr. Shameel attend to patients who had arrived after me. When I inquired with the receptionist, she mentioned that patients were seen by number, but she had no control over who the doctor would call next. Frustrated by the lack of organization and care, I eventually left without seeing the doctor. Overall, my experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. It seems more focused on generating revenue than providing quality care to patients. Appointments and booking times are not respected, and the lack of transparency regarding charges is unacceptable. I would only recommend this clinic if you're willing to deal with poor service and feel undervalued as a patient.

Fantastic experience: Doctors on Clyde is not our family clinic but they made us feel very welcome and the Dr I ended up seeing was lovely. (Our daughter and Grandson go here.) I couldn't get an appointment at our regular clinic. When I called Doctors on Clyde they said I could come and do a walk-in appointment, which I did. I was lucky to get in quickly, within 10 minutes. The Dr I saw was great. The girls at the desk are lovely too. It's so convenient having the chemist there too.

Negative experience: If google allow me to give a negative rating then this ridiculous place should get it. I must say Dr Kiswar Tarek is the most unprofessional GP in the town. Never listens and always in a rush for absolutely no reason. Stay away from this place

Negative experience: After living in the country for 7/8 years, I must say this is possibly the worst experience we had at any medical center. The moment we entered the GP's (Dr Kiswar Tarek) office, it was a complete mess. The GP seriously needs mental health treatment as the main responsibility of a doctor is to take care of their patients and at least listen why they are in the medical center, but Dr. Tarek ensured that we get extremely anxious. My wife was having abdomen pain (7/10) and we thought it's better to visit the nearby GP office. So, Instead of listening to our problem, she told my wife that she will be faint soon due to the pain and told me not to drive if she gets faint. Upon asking why she will be fainted, the GP became extremely rude and told us (without any blood tests/scan reports) that my wife could have EP. Then after scaring the hell out of us she checked my wife's blood pressure (which is bound to go up if your anxious). She pointed the machine multiple times and said look I told you she will get faint and the blood pressure will go even higher soon, which makes us even more anxious because you believe what the doctor says. After that she asked us to go to the emergency and if ED doesn't check us soon then lay down on the floor and pretend your faint (simply unbelievable). She told me to break the queue and go inside, and even then if they delay the process we should sue the hospital. You can imagine our feelings that how much scared this looks if a GP provides you that information. So, we went to the hospital, where they performed blood tests and ultrasound, and there were no issues at all, instead it was a good news for us. A complete mess and the GP must be watching a number of Indian movies or series. The administration must take strict action against such a unprofessional behavior by the GP. We will never go back to this place again.

Negative experience: If I could give this clinic a zero star, I would. They lie about bulk billing and they’re such a rip off. They make you pay out of pocket without prior notice. The receptionist was not helpful and refused to give us her name after being so rude and unprofessional. Not recommended!!

Negative experience: This profession has become money business, booked a phone consultation, which got cancelled, not to worry! But there are 15-20 walk in appointments available with extra $25 out of your pocket cost! Well done, you people are doing great in terms of caring your people

Negative experience: My wife went to see one of the lady Doctor, for her foot wart issue long time more than two years now. The lady Dr was not at all caring not even looking or observing the issue with Wart. no concern at all. gave a script for some gel, which is not available any pharmacy, found from the chemist that medicine no longer available, its outdated. I don't recommend any one to go and see that 'Doctors On Clyde'

Negative experience: Wife attended Dr Jasmeen Kaur, with 7 y.o son that had been unwell and not eaten for 6 days. Dr Kaur has very poor interpersonal skills and was dismissive of concerns raised. She answered her door during the consultation to deal with a non urgent issue around pathology paperwork for another patient. Don't waste your time going to this Dr if you actually expect any care or compassion from a Dr.

Negative experience: Uninterested and seemingly inexperienced general practitioners - looking on Google for answers multiple times in front of me, which I could just do myself. There are some nice workers here but Ive had very few good experiences with the doctors so I will be looking for a different clinic.

Negative experience: Absolute disgrace of a drs surgery go in for an appointment get told to gargle hot water take $55 then get a second opinion to be told to take anti inflammatory and antibiotics and if it doesn't get any better in 3 days to come in for further diag Absolute garbage and money pinching do yourself a favour and dont see Dr Nair

Negative experience: What an absolute bloody joke of a doctor, Dr Ali Soleimani “he has special interest in pediatrics” but yet barely looked at my 8 week old daughter that needed her check up. Missed the obvious sign of thrush in her mouth. Said she had eczema on her eyebrows which is clearly just dried skin and has been confirmed. Didn’t look at my wife C section till prompt to three times it needed to be looked at. Only to say “yup it’s cause your over weight and it holds moisture so it’s infected”. Didn’t check her uterus that still painful. gave my breast feeding wife the wrong pill that stops her milk supply that the lovely pharmacist lady noticed had to spend 10 minutes chasing him down to tell him again my wife is breast feeding and can’t have these medication. For his response to the pharmacist was “okay then you pick something else for her then she can have”. Such an unprofessional, rude, arrogant doctor.

They yell across the room to staff, yell to the staff member sitting next to them at their desk and do not try to quietly say confidential and personal information. How unprofessional! Positive experience: Professional. Waiting area and rooms are clean. Walk in patients are not bulk billed. Should be bulk billed based on the arrival time of a patient regardless of booked appointment or walk in.

Negative experience: I just called in regarding a an appointment but the receptionist is not very helpful at all. In a such hurry to disconnect the phone. We are all customers and we expect decent service. I know you guys are busy but please wait until your customers disconnect the line.

Negative experience: Wish I could give zero stars. I had tonsil stones and went to the doctor to get them removed, he told me that there isn’t any stones, I then went to the bathroom to take a picture to show him and he then proceeded to say that I should just leave it. I went home and ended up removing a whole lot by myself due to the lack of patient care I received from Dr Chinthaka. A waste of $80. The receptionist on staff today was very arrogant and had a do not care attitude. Extremely disappointed.
