Fantastic experience: Our experience with Medland Orthodontics Benowa has been consistently positive. My son had a fixed bonded retainer fitted approximately 2.3 years ago, and although it recently broke in one section, we were pleased to be offered a reduced treatment cost to address the issue. This gesture reflects the clinic’s dedication to long-term patient care and support. The staff are professional, courteous, and always willing to assist. We are grateful for their continued care and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Best thing i ever did. It's never too late. I visited Medlands Benowa today to have retainers replaced after 10 years. Coming here is always a positive, professional, total experience.

Fantastic experience: We have had 2 children, one with braces and one with invisiline, that have both been cared for by medland. We have always found the service to be outstanding. Whenever we've had any issues the staff have been quick to get us in and resolve the problem with efficiency and professionalism. Fantastic experience: I first came to Medlands in 2019 to get adult braces to correct my crooked teeth. Getting wisdom teeth out and having the braces booked in took years due to getting pregnant and having a baby, but I finally got them on in 2021, and I’m so happy I did this! I’m not overly appearance-led, but your smile is important. I noticed that I regularly closed my mouth in photos and winced when I watched videos of myself talking to the camera - something I did a lot with my business back then. Since removing the braces, I’ve never felt more confident smiling, talking, and sharing myself. My confidence is through the roof. I loved the ease, professionalism and special touches of Medlands, especially the gorgeous bunch of flowers I got when my braces came off. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Medland since 2021 and finished my treatment in 2023 Today I went for another retainer check, and Medland always takes good care of me!! I didn’t need to go with my parents at all, and anytime I need a new retainer or have any questions, the communication is very straightforward and I feel guided through every process The workers there are also very bright and kind, always offering drinks and checking up on me The process was super quick too, my appointment was at 12:10pm and I left at around 12:20pm after they scanned my teeth Thanks Medland, I smile more often now since my treatment!

Fantastic experience: We visited the new Upper Coomera practice this week. Such a lovely new modern space, but still with the same friendliness as Benowa. A little repair job was needed 6 years after braces came off and the girls made it a wonderful no hassle consult. Negative experience: Do not recommend. You’ll pay just shy of 10k for Invisalign treatment and will see the Orthodontist once in a 24 month period.
