Negative experience: I am not sure about their paid services. But, don’t go for complementary ones. They will just waste your time. I was there for 40 mins and still she said 3 mins. Seriously, no apologies or anything.

Fantastic experience: I need to see a dentist urgently and fortunately, I was able to book an appointment the following day. Booking was quick, I only provided my name and contact. The rest of the details I gave on the day of the appointment. The clinic was clean and has a calm ambiance. The receptionists were friendly and helpful (i had a question regarding my insurance). The dentist and dental technician were professional. They made me fell like I was not being sold a product or service. The dentist encouraged me to seek second opinion if I wanted to. Overall, it was a great experience.

My dentist, Dr. Andrew Tong, has been a huge help on improving my dental hygiene overall. He fixed everything he needed to fix and with positive results. I’m now very satisfied with my dental hygiene and my teeth are in very good condition. I also recommend Bini at the reception, who has explained to me why their emails and texts are different than that of the actual patients situations. It was caused by a glitch from upgrading their office system. Bini is therefore an asset to this clinic with her happy enthusiasm and outlook. He cleaned my teeth, took time to give me advice on flossing, and gently suggested extraction of a wisdom tooth without the usual dentist sales pressure. And when I went to settle the account, Bini at the front counter was a joy to deal with, not only expertly processing my health care entitlement, but giving me advice about the extraction from her own experience, making me feel more confident about the procedure.
