Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about my experience I have had with TPD, all the staff I dealt with were exceptional, they made me feel very comfortable and it has been the most relaxed I have ever felt in a dental surgery, excellent patient care, thank you Dr Steph and staff. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Update- I have had some extensive oral surgery done to give me back a long awaited for smile, I have had 3 appointments to bring my oral health and my smile back and my experience at TSD has been exceptional, the team here are above and beyond Professional they truly all have very high expertise in every area of their practice, during the procedure and after I must say I have experienced a very quick recovery ( I have had two dental implants done in my treatment) and post surgery I honestly had very little pain and my healing process has gone very well, big thank you to Dr Kounfouras for my implants you are excellent at what you do and big thank you to my nurse in this procedure too they both went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and comfortable throughout the procedure, all went very well also a big thank you to Dr Stephanie Tan who has done an amazing job on my smile it looks amazing, I have had veneers before and I must say you have done above and beyond amazing meticulous professional work on giving me back a beautiful smile thank you so much and a big thank you to nurse Bianca for keeping me comfortable throughout my procedures, I can honestly say it’s been a very pleasant experience from start to finish, if your needing oral work done from minimal to extensive surgery these guys truly know their stuff, it’s a really great Professional team who truly are Specialists, last but not least a big thank you to Shareene who supports, organises and guides you through the whole process you don’t have to worry about anything, thank you so much guys for everything you have done for me and for giving me a beautiful smile just in time for Christmas See you in the New Year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

She made me feel so at ease and had so much empathy, she was the main reason I chose Toowoomba Specialist Dental. She referred me to Dr Stephanie Tan, who is equally amazing! Fantastic experience: TSD Toowoomba branch. Dr Simon Franks is one of the most patient and caring Dentist. He and his colleagues have tried very hard to save my teeth (what few I had left). Alas at 64 years it was necessary to extract all my teeth and prepare me for dentures. His admin staff, other professionals such as periodontists, orthodontist etc are delightful, so too the Admin ladies. They could not help you more. Attending this practice or Dr Franks, other practice 'Bite' in Brisbane. I recommend them whole heartedly. I am a difficult patient to begin with, however should they move I will follow because of their impeccable considerate service . All of them.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Prof Florian Mack from Smiles Dentistry as I have not been the most diligent of individuals when It came to caring for my teeth that at 72 years old, I have lost all of the upper teeth & reduced to 4 teeth of the lower gums, so bad that I can only eat very soft or run food through a blender & basically left to drinking my food as I cannot chew anything. From the moment I arrived through to completion of initial consultation the Toowoomba Specialist Dental team were very Professional, Friendly and very thorough in preparing an action plan with the end result rectifying all the issues I have with lack of teeth. (Look forward to the day when I chew my food again) Thank you TSD

Fantastic experience: I have suffered migraines for over a decade and am so thankful my regular dentist referred me to Dr Mack as he has changed my life. He was able to identify a problem that had never been found previously in all my attempts to get diagnosed, walked me through the whole process explaining thoroughly along the way, and listened to me. I now have next to no pain which is incredible and will be forever thankful.

The service was prompt and professional, facilities are clean, without being too clinical, it pains me to say, but I’ll probably be back!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment at TSD this morning with a new Dentist named Anthony for what I thought would be a very long painful procedure. To my surprise this appointment took less than 30min and was totally pain and discomfort free. I can't thank this Dentist enough. Also lovely girls on the front desk.
