Fantastic experience: Last year I found a wonderful Dentist Surgery ; I never thought I would be able to say that I wish for all my friends and people who have difficulty going to dentists that they could find Steve and Dr Susan right here in Forest Lake too They are a wonderful team and they do what they do well Dr Susan recognised my anxieties and worked with me to find suitable outcomes. With the dental work that was needed I was given a smile that I did not need to be embarrassed about Blackened teeth and blackened fillings were removed and my teeth reconstructed Front teeth were built and with all this came more confidence Nothing is too small or too large for these lovely people Thank you Steve and Dr Susan for being so caring, patient, knowledgeable and professional. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Chen for a consultation for moderate to advanced gum disease as I didn’t want typical periodontal treatment for it (which is a mechanical debridement, including cutting my gums under general anaesthetic). Dr Chen said she could provide laser treatment for my gum disease, which seemed like a less invasive option utilising modern dental technology. I am 11 days post procedure (and following Dr Chen’s recommended care regime) - my gums are looking pink and healthy. I am very satisfied with the results to date and look forward to the 3 month review. So grateful I could choose this option and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This review has been a long time coming.... I've had ongoing major dental work by Dr Susan for the past two years and would never consider going anywhere else. As a small business owner I understand the fragility and difficulty in growing a new business especially in today's economic climate. Laser technology is relatively new in both dentistry and health care. I am thankful and applaud Dr Susan and her husband Steve for taking the initiative and setting up their practice here in Forest Lake and wish them success in their future endeavours. Laser technology is pain free, much less invasive with no need for antibiotics and with little to no pain management in post treatment, the biggest plus is that healing is much quicker. I would recommend Dr Susan's dental practice for anyone looking for a dentist who is incredibly gifted, experienced and truly cares. I always look forward to my visits and chats with my ongoing oral care management. Thank you Susan and Steve for your professionalism, care and support and for making me and my family feel so very special.

Fantastic experience: I had my baby’s tongue and lip ties released at nine weeks of age. Dr Susan explained the procedure thoroughly so I knew what to expect during the procedure and post-procedure. I have seen a dramatic difference in feeding for my baby and am so appreciative to Dr Susan for her care and expertise.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chen was great, she really explained the procedure in a non medical way and has excellent Doctor bedside manners. I had 1x wisdom tooth extracted and some fillings replaced. 3 days later and I feel great, no more tooth aches. The laser that she uses is apparently a much cleaner and better cut than a traditional scalpel.

Fantastic experience: I had avoided the dentist for the last ten years due to extreme fear and anxiety. After doing some research I decided to make an appointment at the laser dentist. Dr Susan and Tammy made me feel at ease from the moment I met them. These two ladies had so much time for me and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Knowing I was an anxious patient right from the start they even asked if sending the appointment reminder to my phone would be ok or if it needed to go to someone else. As expected I needed a fair bit of treatment which was done in batches. I was prescribed some medication to help calm my nerves which I didn’t need for my last two appointments as I felt so comfortable and confident when visiting. I cannot recommend Dr Susan and Tammy enough to anyone who is feeling anxious over visiting the dentist. Thank you both so much!

Fantastic experience: I have so much anxiety and trauma from going to dentists, I've had long term issues that i haven't been able to deal with due to the trauma and anxiety. After finally going to this dentist i feel like they did not judge me at all and they were so gentle and calm. They were continiously asking me if i was okay and to stop whenever i wanted. I learnt a lot about my teeth that i didnt even know about! I think this is the best place for anyone that is scared of dentists or have a lot of anxiety with the dentist. I will definetly make this my regular dentist :)

Fantastic experience: I found Dr Susan's clinic through google search and I hope my review will help at least few people to expierience same level of exellent treatment which I have received. Long story short my teeth don't seem to last and I had few extracted in past few years (most of them were root treated previosly, mostly overseas). I live in Pallara so I was looking for go to dental clinic nearby as my previous experience with other clinic was not so great and I ended up with another tooth extracted. My first appointment with Dr Susan had place over 3 months ago and during extensive interview i expressed my concers about loosing my teeth etc. On the same day i had my teeth and gums cleaned and I had two fiilings redone due to small crack and minor ache. Two months later I had another two fillings done according the schedule set on a first visit. Everything went smooth and I am very pleased with the treatment, no aches no griding teeth.. perfect! Now time for the best part... Dr Susan saved my tooth which I was convinced I my need to extract... it is my last tooth on the left back side as I have some already extracted. I came back to the clinic with some ache in area of that lonely tooth. convinced that I may need to get rid of it. Yet during the appoitment Dr Susan investigated my issue thoroughly and proved me that it was not my tooth hurting. She explained what are my options and ways to exlude the tooth as a cause of the issue. Again I received amazing treatment so different from my previous expieriences with other dental clinics. It strikes me that Dr Susan and her assistant genuinely care about providing the best posible treatement for her patients. They are advising and looking for solutions... NOT just selling a treatment like in some other clinics i have visited. I don't write reviews, because when I do... they turn to essays :D I strongry recommend The Laser Dental Clinic. Ps: watching Suits during treatment and a chance to buy a voucher for remedial massage for my wifey as Valentine's Day gift was an extra bonus on top of professional treatment.

I used to be deathly afraid of the dentist, but Dr Susan and her dental assistant helped me feel at ease and in safe hands right from the start. They are gentle, caring, and patient. The whole experience has been one of my favourites from next to no pain for my root canal (numbing cream that tastes like bubble gum yum) to watching any TV show or movie on netflix. Fantastic experience: Amazing clinic. As soon as you walk in it is a different feeling. Not a typical cold clinical setting but a warm relaxing home feeling. Dr Susan is very thorough and goes beyond what you get from a typical dentist. I drove a 2 hour round trip specifically to get laser for my fillings instead of the drill ! I prefer knowing that the laser is able to get so much more bacteria than the typical drill. While drilling may have been needed I thankfully not this time and was able to just get it all done with the laser and no anesthesic !!! Once the laser removed the bacteria Dr Susan then used a laser to help speed up recover and healing, was vertually a painless amazing experience. I then took the opportunity while I was there to chat to Steve about the benefits of infrared laser and jumped into the Thor chamber to boost my immune system and further speed recovery after the dental work. Never had such a great experience at the dentist !!
