Fantastic experience: I have been Dr Osmo's patient for services such as root canal, whitening and general dentistry since I relocated to Townsville last year. He is absolutely the best dentist I have ever seen and this is compared to Melbourne, Sydney and Gold Coast. He explains everything, all my procedures have been relatively painless and he obviously takes great pride in his work. He has carried out work that some other dentists have said was not possible. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I was in a medical emergency flying from Perth to Brisbane to Townsville and called in from Brisbane with painkillers from nerve pain caused by flying. I was booked in with no problem the next day morning. Dental Surgeon Erick made time for me consulting, making X-rays and doing some tests. The goal was being pain free. With his expertise and kind help he treated me. I got my tooth filled immediately. I was painfree again. They guided me, consulted me and took time to discuss the options I had while being abroad and traveling through Australia. For only 457 dollars aud they fixed my tooth/ problem. Being painfree is priceless to me. They emailed me all the notes, photo's and invoice. And a very professional dental office. I couldn't be helped better. They even called in the next to do a check-up. If I was living in or near Townsville I would definetly sign up at Paxton. They are simply the best.

I have been visiting this clinic for years and there are many recognisable faces, the staff are proud to be working here. I have been visiting Dr Jits and Bella and could not recommend them more. Dr Jits is extremely knowledgable and passionate about the work he does. He has been so patient and understanding of my concerns and has delivered incredible results. Dr Jits and Bella always follow up with a phone call to check in and clarify any concerns. Dentist on Paxton pride themselves in delivering a quality patient experience.

Fantastic experience: We were on an interstate holiday when our daughter’s tooth was knocked out on a Sunday. We contacted the dentist’s emergency number and Jits responded immediately and saw our daughter the following day being a public holiday. Jits made our daughter feel comfortable and followed up with a call the following day. Jits is a genuine and caring man.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Tim, to fix a chip on one of my front teeth. He was absolutely amazing, very lovely and did a perfect job. 100% recommend.

Sam has an Aura of proffessional but enlightening calm about himself, his presence and ease of making your experience of being his patient is overwhelming nothing is a problem. Sam simply is a wonderful Dentist his personality is a match. The Paxton Dental Team are friendly proffessional and every Greet and Meet at point of Entry makes for a welcoming appointment. The flexibility and Payment Plans they have inplace for settling accounts is an Optional Service and an appreciation of their infrastructure . A Smile Goes a long way. Sam's is a welcoming feature every day.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dentist on Paxton for a consultation with Michelle Tetley, the hygienist. She was very kind and friendly and made me feel at ease. She talked to me throughout the appointment, explaining exactly what she was doing and why. Whilst a trip to the dentist may not always be pleasant I certainly have no fears going back here for future appointments.
