Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with the service and help provided by John Halkitis and his team. I had a partial denture made which later needed fixing - due to no fault of John's! He was completely professional and very helpful, even though it was a difficult time for his business which was experiencing computer and printing problems. I have no hesitation in recommending John and his business to others and especially women in their "more mature years". He is a very caring man!

Fantastic experience: I apologies for such a late review. ‘This company is amazing. They went over and beyond what any other company would do to ensure you know what you getting and helping throughout the process. I had moulds sent to me and the guys communicated and helped every step of the way. I may have messed one mould up however they immediately sent out some more putty for me to do! I don’t live in Sydney I live in central QLD. The customisation process was quick and simple. I sent my own design through and it fit perfectly. The first time I wore my Mouthguard was in a football carnival grand final. The fit was absolutely perfect I could still talk and breath with the Mouthguard in. I love the ID’s they put on the bottom of the mouthguard so it doesn’t get lost. We also won the carnival undefeated. I can’t speak more highly of this product and service. They also checked in after i received the Mouthguard to see if there was any issues. I can honestly can hold my hand to My heart and say, best Mouthguard money can buy.’

Negative experience: Don't know why they have a shop front... Not allowed to walk in the door if you don't have an appointment. If they accord the privilege of giving you one, make sure you get a time, not just a date (surprisingly not guaranteed) - and maybe call ahead so they don't try to stop you walking in. Finally, after being turned away twice, my partner was seen and told teeth needed removal before they would do anything. How then would an impression be made of the teeth?! ... Maybe they're okay if you look/sound like you belong in Eastern Suburbs. Otherwise, spare yourself the rudeness and wasted time.

Fantastic experience: we have been buying these mouth guards from rhino clovelly every year (or two) for my grandson for footy, started from the beginning when he was in the nappy brigade and his first teeth were being collected by the tooth fairy. more expensive then the sport shop ones but worth every cent, they are great guards and the customer service is A1. we were able to get two seasons from one guard after a few adjustments at no extra cost. certainly gives us peace of mind, highly recommend you go there if your children play contact sports.
