From the early days when our kids were just learning to sit in the dentist’s chair, Dr. Dean made every visit feel safe and even enjoyable. He’s handled everything from routine cleanings to more complex procedures with precision and care. One moment that truly stands out was when our younger son had a sudden accident and broke his front teeth. We called Dr. Dean that same night, and without hesitation, he arranged the very first appointment the next morning. He not only restored our son’s teeth beautifully but also calmed our nerves and removed all the stress from the situation. That kind of dedication and responsiveness is rare—and deeply appreciated. His team is just as wonderful: warm, professional, and always welcoming. Over the years, our children have grown up with healthy smiles thanks to Dr. Dean, and even now as adults, they still choose to come back to him. That says everything. My tooth chipped suddenly and they were kind enough to fit me in at the last minute. From the moment I walked in, both Mersija and Dr. Dejan were warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Dejan did an outstanding job on my tooth. Not only was the procedure completely painless, but the result was honestly better than I expected. it looks and feels completely natural. Even though I was a last-minute appointment, I never felt rushed or like an afterthought. The care and attention to detail were top-notch from start to finish. Fantastic experience: Both my children went to Dr Ilic yesterday. They were greeted by Marcea, who was really lovely, and made them feel welcome. I hadn’t taken the children to the dentist for a while as we had been so busy. So glad we have returned. Dr Illic explained things to them, and they both said how nice it was to go there. Fantastic experience: In the 30 years visiting centric dental , the service has ALWAYS been AMAZING. With Mersijas welcoming smile and Dejans sense of humour, i forget I’m at the dentist. Fantastic experience: Over the years I have been to a lot of dentist's, DR DEJAN ILIC and his wife MARCEA are by far the best I have met. Marcea and Dr Dejan took time to explain the procedure and what to expect before and after getting my top teeth extracted. Marcea also gave me a choice to go with the Governmnt Dentits and when I make my mind up to get back to them ( HOW MANY DENTIST DO THAT? NO PUSHIG ) I had to go with them because the was no pushing or swaying to make a quick desicion on the spot. ( Not many dentist do that )I have found them to be very caring, polite, honest and pasionet about their work. This couple are really good in their profession, the best I have come across in all my years. They show their passion of the wonderful work they both do and are proud of. I persenly HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM.

Fantastic experience: I had a an inflamation and swelling on both sides of the face. I called Centric Dental and spoke with the beautiful owner who saw me as a priority during this Christmas period. Doctor Dean not only explained my situation in detail as no other dentist had in the past, took the time necessary and now i am pain free and will be able to enjoy the New Year. His surgery is 50km from my home but i will be going regularly as will the rest of my family. Finally, a very competent and caring professional who sincerely cares about his patients.
