The kids love him and I love that going to the dentist is an enjoyable experience for them - not a petrifying thing like when I was young!

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend enough. Saw Dr Ho today and he was genuinely great. I’m 35 and still a scared big boy with dentists, but he actually put me at ease. He explained everything really clearly and even went into stuff outside the usual dentist talk, which was great to get an understanding of. The clinic’s clean and modern, and they even managed to squeeze me in last minute when I randomly got a day off. I’ve already told a few people to go there. If you normally dread the dentist but still want someone who actually knows what they’re doing and can explain it in a way that doesn’t feel painful, he’s your guy.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr Fiona enough. I have been avoiding a dental hygiene appointment for a couple of years, mostly out of nerves, and ended up feeling so silly for waiting — she was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I sat down, she was calm, reassuring, and incredibly gentle. She explained everything as she went, checked in often, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed or judged. The result? My teeth feel amazing, and I actually walked out smiling, wondering why I ever put it off. If you’re anxious about dental visits or overdue like I was, Dr Fiona is the person you want. She has completely changed the experience for me. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST DENTAL PRACTICE! My wife had really bad wisdom tooth pain and needed to have it taken out urgently. After calling around other local dentists and being shoved off I decided to give Health First dental a call. From the moment I spoke to Amanda she was extremely helpful and explained that they were fully booked out but also understood that it was an emergency so she went ahead and booked her in with Dr Ronald Ho. On arrival we were greeted by Amanda who made sure my wife was comfortable as she was extremely nervous. Dr Ho arrived a short time later who’s bedside manner was exceptional. After doing scans it showed that it was going to be a very difficult extraction and needed to be done via Surgery. Dr Ivan Chee came in on his day off to assist and both Dr’s with the help of Carol (Dental Nurse) got the Job done whilst making sure my wife was comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend this dentist if you are looking for friendly and a professional service who take pride in the safety of their patients and also don’t over charge. I found him to be the most honest and straightforward dentist who I have encountered in my 57 years and am very grateful to him for being able to save some wonky teeth. He has a warm and caring nature and I am confident in him because he obviously is very good at what he does. His charges are reasonable. Considering the service he provides and the trouble- free and successful treatment he has given me and my family, I think dental treatment at his surgery is good value for money.
