Fantastic experience: I visited Golden Plains Dental over the New Year holiday break when most clinics were closed, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. Like many people, I’m usually very nervous and anxious about going to the dentist, and I was in a lot of pain before my extraction. The team made the whole experience as comfortable as possible, and the procedure itself was as pain-free as it could be. The dentist explained everything clearly, took the time to reassure me, and the pricing was very reasonable. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the care and professionalism from the entire team was outstanding. Even though I live in Geelong, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this clinic to family and friends. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Fantastic experience: I had a really bad toothache and found Golden Plains Dental by accident. Extremely thankful for the team managing to squeeze me in on the day, and in-fact going above and beyond in explaining the condition and my options. The dentist was very kind and the extraction was painfree! I will definitely be coming back and refereeing my friends and family. Negative experience: With my first post I thought Staff are very kind and the dental surgeon was very caring, thorough and talked me through each step checking on me and my comfort along the way. But after the numbness wore off I was in such pain and have been now for a few months I have revisited hoping to have the problem resolved but have now lost trust in dentist and don't want to go back.... Still in pain ........

While with biology things can be unpredictable, when something like this happens, it's never a good feeling. I really wish you had given us a chance to mend this.

Fantastic experience: Needed filling as previous one fell out, didn’t need anaesthetic, but was asked, or xrays so none taken which was refreshing as every other practice seems to do so every visit. Treated with respect and felt comfortable and would totally recommend.

Fantastic experience: No one looks forward to a root canal and/ or dental work. But I’ve got to say this was a stress free process, painless and whilst I wont’t say I enjoyed it … I didn’t hate it either. Great team, lovely to deal with. They talked through what was involved and I felt at ease. Their communication is excellent and I felt I had all the information I needed to understand what was involved. Highly recommend if you are needing a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Such a pleasant experience at the dentist today. Was my first visit here as I had never felt fully comfortable at my other dentist so wanted to see if it waa the same/different elsewhere. The guy at reception was friendly and welcoming and both my dentist and dental nurse were so kind and reassuring. I loved that they explained everything that was happening as I get quite nervous. Shattered to hear that Ros is leaving just when I found her, but reading reviews it does seem like this type of service is common practise at this dentist. Thanks everyone!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant! Tiana explained everything in detail and the price was lower than the quote. You get a fantastic understanding of is wrong and what needs to be done, not forced into anything, and the prices are good. Not the 10 thousand dollars a previous dentist suggested without even an assessment, about 10 years ago.

Fantastic experience: Visiting the dentist is something that I don't enjoy (I mean who does?) However, my experience today with the team at Golden Plains Dental Service was professional and informative. Dr Tiana Melo Howard was amazing, she took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel very comfortable.
