Fantastic experience: Amazing treatment for me as a highly anxious patient. Staff were all understanding ,patient and explained everything. Dr Sam Jones fixed a tooth for me I didn’t think could be saved and worked to my tolerance at all times. Dani was fantastic and made me feel safe, understood, and in no way silly for being so anxious. Cannot recommend highly enough.

To anyone who may have a fear of going to the dentist or perhaps hasn’t been to a dentist for a long time due to a horrible previous experience, please make a booking here. You won’t regret it. I have avoided going to the dentist for 16 years but having recently moved to West Beach my daughter and partner both had excellent experiences here so they finally talked me into going. When I made my appointment I told them I was scared and had a fear of going to the dentist. Right from that first phone conversation with the receptionist they tried to make me feel at ease. Four appointments later, a teeth clean and some fillings, my fear has dwindled to a small blip on my radar. The whole team there took their time to be empathetic and compassionate. They explained everything they were doing in terms that I could understand. They were reassuring while also being truthful and continually checked with me to make sure I was ok. A very big special thank you to Dr. Yule and Dani, both have managed to seemingly turn me into a return client with a massively diminished fear of going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I found you in a "crisis" situation - and really glad that I have - I Love West Beach Dental and their amazing team. I am always edgy at the dentists as I am a "nervous Nelly" kind of patient. WBD is supportive & caring. Listening to my concerns, they have eased my anxiety by linking me to noise cancelling headphones & playing soothing sounds through my treatments (it really did take the edge off things). I was a new patient a few months ago when I had a very sore tooth needing a root canal. I very quickly formed a great connection with Dr Sam Jones. I really appreciate how he explains everything to me as he works away, and we've built a wonderful level of trust that you need with your dentist. Big thanks to West Beach Dental for holding my hand to get me through my tooth trauma.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always felt comfortable and well cared for by Sam and the team. They have my utmost confidence and trust which is highly significant considering I had major dental work 50 years ago as a result of a car accident. I speak from great experience when I say that Sam and the team are outstanding in their care, preventative work and repair. The front office team are always caring and polite and always willing to help when I get confused with rebates etc. I cannot recommend these people highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous dental practice. Everyone is super friendly and works hard to ensure that your visit is a positive experience. Dr Andrew South is a fantastic dentist who listens to you, works with you, does the most amazing restorative work, but won't push you into doing work for cosmetic purposes only. The work he has done to maximise functionality on my husband's naturally chalky teeth has been brilliant. Yasmeen is the most gentle, but efficient, hygienist I have ever come across. I am someone who has been fortunate to have required little dental intervention myself, but I've always hated getting my teeth cleaned by the hygienist (we all have our bugbears about dentist appointments!) Yasmeen was thorough, but incredibly gentle and the best hygiene experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for a young but highly skilled dental team.

Fantastic experience: I have been using the west beach clinic for many years and have always been well looked after.Today they surpassed themselves as I had a problem with an abscess .I am starting Chemotherapy very soon and could not go ahead with treatment.One of the dentists there Doctor A lee agreed to fix my problem the same day.He got around my ongoing medical problems and now I am ready to continue my chemo treatment. Wonderful Dentist
