Negative experience: Never again and I wish I hadn't the first time. Friendly staff but TERRIBLE service and after care if ANYTHING goes wrong. I've done every single thing per instructions with pedantic precision. Everything. I know things can go wrong, but this has now been a year long ordeal of jury rigged dentures on screws, utter mind breaking agony and looking like Penniwise after zoom bleaching. I'm miserable all the time, I'm in pain ALL the time, and a year later still don't have my permanent teeth (despite the "no dentures" label). I wasn't even gaslit this much in the cult I was raised in. I truly wish I'd put up with the abscess teeth. This is the same torture with added mind games and no end in sight. It's not worth $76000 and my sanity.

Fantastic experience: As Brian said, " it's a process" which takes a while and can be challenging at times but the results are so so worth. Brian and all his staff are wonderful and caring, anything that is an issue to you will be addressed promptly and with the utmost care and attention. I can't say that the journey was easy or completely pain free but it was manageable and the results are fabulous, I can bite, chew and keep my mouth healthy now....I was able to eat a steak for the first time in so many years that I can't remember, and boy was it good!!!

It was a fantastic process from beginning to end, would absolutely do this again. They have changed my life in so many ways and all for the better. Fantastic experience: A great team. They took a person who was absolutely terrified of dentists and had terrible teeth and gave him a complete new smile. Drs Brian and Varun and the entire team were fantastic. They involved me in the entire process and I was a person - not just a patient. The actual procedure was involved a minimum of pain - I did not even require the stronger pain medication that was prescribed. I actually flew half way around the world to finish my treatment with them rather than be referred to a dentist in the UK because I so comfortable with them. Would I go back - Yes !! I a heartbeat! Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences of my life! I had looked into getting fixed teeth, but thought it was beyond me, until I found Super Care. That was the beginning of a fairly decent journey for me. The team looked after me well, from the initial consultation, the surgery, post op & following appointments. I HAVE NEVER REGRETTED THE EXPERIENCE! I only had the upper teeth done. Healing was a bit rough, but the teeth feel great & natural. Dr Brian & the team made sure that they fitted & looked right. If you can make it work, then don't hesitate.

Fantastic experience: Having fixed teeth is one of the best things I have ever done, just wished I had done it alot sooner. I am able to smile laugh and talk with people with out holding my hand Infront of my mouth. Fantastic experience: After extensive research and attending several other facilities I found Next Smile more interested in what outcome I wanted and how they could give me that. I had All on 4 Upper, found the procedure and care by Dr JOHNSTON and his assistants very good. They were very attentive and certainly made me feel secure/safe before and after procedure. The day after I have had very little swelling or pain no bleeding and was feeling very well a lot better than what I thought I would. The after care and follow up from Next Smile has been amazing I appreciate the time they have taken to make contact with me to find out how I am travelling. I've just got through my first week with no pain just some discomfort, I kept up with medication that was recommended and was surprised I didn't experience pain. Fantastic experience: This photo is one week post op. I can't do a before photo because I didn't do photos. I had done a plethora of research on offers out there but after doing the online seminar with Next Smile Ballarat I knew that they were the leaders in this field and that this was for me but it was going to be a matter of finances. After attending the free indepth consultation and being given my options I went home and read through all the information and options and within 24 hours decided to go all in and do top and bottom all on 4. Brian and his wonderful team put me at ease straight away and I had no nerves, just anticipation of finally having a smiling photo with my grand children. On the day, I spoke with Brian and then met David the anaethist who was very reassuring and off to sleep I went. 3 hours after surgery Brian attached my teeth. I could not have dreamt of a better outcome when looking at my smile for the first time. I was very numb for the first 36 hours with swelling and bruising peaking day 3. I never required the pain killers even though I had them on hand. Now I will try them out and decide if there needs to be any tweaks for the final set. It was an investment in myself that I do not regret. Self care is not indulgent. Words cannot express to Brian and this team how grateful I am to them for the care and respect I received. You were all amazing at making me feel comfortable. I have a new auroa of confidence. Definitely consult with Brian and his team if you are considering this procedure. You will be in the best hands.

Fantastic experience: They say that most things have two sides- one good and one bad. It is certainly true for my teeth. They got so inadequate in what they were supposed to do, for example, chewing, that I felt almost desperate at times as I didn’t want those removable dentures. Luckily, there is All-on-4 Next Smile surgery in 212 Drummond St, Ballarat and Dr.Brian Johnston with his team who make it possible for a person to have a brand new set of beautiful and fully functional teeth. Beauty does demand sacrifices, so one must be prepared for some discomfort or mild pain after the surgery. I personally did not have any pain but there was quite a bit of swelling and bruising, all of which was mostly gone after two weeks. It is also a little boring to eat soups and porridges while the bone heals but when I look at myself in the mirror and see my gorgeous new teeth I think that it is a very small price to pay. If asked, I’d tell anyone: if new teeth are needed, go to Dr. Johnston’s. Positive experience: After a fair period of research and gathering various professional opinions, I decided to go down the All on 4 path (upper & lower arch) with Brian Johnston at Next Smile, Ballarat. All members of Brian's team were extremely professional and supportive in the lead up to the procedure, giving me confidence in what was about to take place. A similar experience followed with post surgery. I seemed to be travelling pretty well for a couple of days, not requiring the pain killing medication very often. Unfortunately, on the fourth day post surgery a condition very similar to pneumonia set in. This persisted on the fifth & sixth days but began to dissipate by the seventh. Now on the ninth day my main issue is simply that l am very tired, have some headaches, but don't require pain killers for my gums. The temporary set of teeth feel extremely bulky and in places a little painful. Overall l am coping well.

The care l received during and after my procedure was above and beyond expectations...Dr Brian and your team, your miricle workers...even though my face is still a bit swollen ( day 2 after procedure ) l can't stop smiling !
