Fantastic experience: Considering I am not a fan of dentists, I had a pleasant experience with my 2 recent visits to Ipswich City Dental. The whole team is very professional, friendly and welcoming. Dr Elise Diamond is passionate about her work and made the whole process comfortable and stress free.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aaron Jones and the whole team are absolutely amazing. From the lovely greeting from the front of house reception ladies to the treatment rooms and all staff, the service is nothing but top shelf. The feeling of ease they give you makes each visit a dream.

Fantastic experience: I was so fortunate to receive a filling and some helpful advice from Elise today. It can be so daunting heading to the dentist but today was not that day. Elise made my appointment very comfortable and her communication style was appreciated. I wish I had of found her and Ipswich city dental sooner.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended dentist Ms Zadeh I held of going to the dentist for a long time because of anxiety around dentists, my dentist i had today when going was extremely patient and a generally great person, she was super understanding and talked through everything for me. She will be my dentist from now on. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr Mackenzie was amazing. I have a huge fear of dentists and he was so gentle and explained everything to help me feel at ease. He is extremely professional and I cannot highly recommend him enough. If you have a fear of dentists, then this is the place to go and just ask for Dr Mackenzie His assistant was lovely aswell and the staff are awesome

Fantastic experience: Before coming here, I used to just go to whichever dentist was available, but Dr. Diamond is truly fantastic. So lovely and professional. An absolute asset to the team! Also, a special mention to the young lady at reception she’s incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this dentist. All the staff were lovely but more importantly to me is that I felt they were honest and upfront about the prices and my options. I didn’t feel that my average (or below) knowledge of dentistry was being taken advantage of for financial gain. This will be my new go-to dentist and I will be recommending people here. Thanks :)

He is so patient and gentle, walking you through the whole experience. I couldn’t recommend him enough! Also to add the reception staff are the sweetest gals ever

Fantastic experience: If only I could give it 10 stars, I definitely would! My very first appointment exceeded my expectations. Interesting clinic interior, very nice, spacious, clean and very relaxing atmosphere, it feels FRESH! The receptionist is lovely and welcoming. They didn't keep me waiting for too long, I was amazed! Dr. Elise is very knowledgeable,she communicates with me very well and explained everything about my situation and what I needed to know, she's very gentle, caring and empathetic. Thank you so much Dr. Elise and the team for a high quality treatment that you've provided, the pain wasn't unbearable with the strong painkiller that she had prescribed. I will highly recommend Ipswich City Dental!

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars - Highly Recommend! I've had an amazing experience at Ipswich City Dental. Dr. Diamond (I believe her first name is Elise/Alise – sorry if I’ve spelled it wrong!) has done multiple fillings and a root canal for me, and she was absolutely incredible. The whole process was painless, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I often get jaw pain during dental work, and she was so understanding—she gave me plenty of breaks, which helped so much. She's fast, skilled, and super easy to talk to. I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist! My daughter also sees Aaron at the same practice. She’s had a tough time with dentists in the past, but Aaron has completely turned that around. He’s so kind, patient, and great with kids. He’s earned her trust, and now she actually enjoys her visits and has no more fear of the dentist! The reception staff have also been incredible. When a government voucher for my treatment was initially declined, they went above and beyond to help. They even vouched for me and supported me through the process after I was left with an infection from a government clinic. Thanks to their persistence, I was able to get my voucher approved and have the root canal done properly! Honestly, the whole team is fantastic. I’m so grateful for the care we've received. Fantastic experience: Caring front of office staff, friendly environment and the dentists really go above and beyond. They have all the modern equipment and that is what makes me travel to an area nearly 40 minutes plus to go to a area I had not really ever visited in more than 30 years, as I am based in Brisbane. They epitomize the fact that not all dentists are equal. This dental clinic is fantastic and being from a medical based family around the world I highly recommend if you live in the local area or even in Brisbane it is worth the travel. There is no arrogance, and everything is explained to you in order for you to be fully informed of what is needed and what they are about to carry out. I can only give my opinion from the visits I have had there and every appointment has been pleasant and enjoyable. Those words do not normally go with a visit to the dentist. Access and parking is perfect. They have it all. Thank you to Ipswich city Dental for the procedures that you have carried out for me. It is appreciated. One other thing in my experience with this organization is that if you are there on time for your appointment you are seen immediately, whereas a lot of other professional services even in high end areas you are always having to wait. Here I have never even had a chance to really sit down before the dentist is ready for my appointment. Thank you once again.

Dr Elise was so understanding and listened to my concerns. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable and that my procedures were entirely pain free. Affordable dental care with compassionate and highly skilled staff makes ICD the best.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and a professional teeth cleaning with Elise, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything went smoothly and was completely pain-free. Elise communicated exceptionally well, keeping me informed and at ease throughout the process. Negative experience: Was recommended by a work colleague when I was looking for some treatment. I completed their on line inquiry being very specific on what I was seeking. After 7 days I had no reply so I rang and got the customary phone message we are busy tending to clients please leave your details. So I did and here we are 7 days later and no response . So clearly they are too busy. Their professional team are clearly great but customer service is apalling . So the search will continue. So my experience is a 1 star as clearly 0 is not available.

Fantastic experience: Our family have been seeing Thalia and Dr. Jones for years. They are so patience with kids. Our daughter had a bad experience with Dentist but not here. Dr. Jone is very calm and gentle. Thalia is also our kids favourite She is very nice and funny. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: This practice is deserving of its 5 star rating. It's clean and located in a practical location, with easy parking close by & within walking distance to buses and trains. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Asking for an appointment is easy because other dentists are ready to jump in and help if your dentist is unavailable for any reason. Doctor Patricia Mulligan is AMAZING - she listens to your concerns and tells you everything that she's doing or going to do. Seriously, if you want a dentist, come to this place. You won't regret it. :)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jones here is the best doctor i have ever met. i am very grateful to Dr. Jones and his assistant Sarah for my critical treatment of wisdom tooth with ease and pain free. They are the best team Phone support during morning shift is not great It could be a disappointment you have to go in personally otherwise treatment is excellent here.

Fantastic experience: Best dental treatment I have ever received and I have been to Dentist in Germany UK Canada India and NSW . The practise is very modern clean and hygienic and there is no pressure to have " unnessasary " dental work done and the fees are ok too.
