Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dentist on Waverley for a check-up, cleaning, and a couple of fillings, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Michael was absolutely fantastic—professional, gentle, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process, and the treatment itself was completely painless. My teeth feel amazing after the cleaning, and the fillings were done with great attention to detail. The clinic is clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist. I’ll definitely be returning for future appointments!

Dentist on Waverley is a very good dental practice, and Dr Michael is experienced, personable and friendly. My oral health is the best it has ever been under his care. Absolutely recommended.

I needed a wisdom tooth extraction and initially was very nervous but Michael and Rachel made me feel very much at ease and I am grateful that the experience was painless. Fantastic experience: Dr Michael Sawaya has been our family dentist for over 20 years. I had dental trauma as a child so I was always very anxious about visiting a dentist. Michael has always been so patient and lovely with me,and is a very thorough and excellent dentist. I have moved house twice and now live over 40km away from the clinic, but I would never consider going anywhere else. I have total faith and trust in Michael. My children are adults now, and they too still return to see Michael.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding and thorough dental service for the whole family. Dr. Sawaya was fantastic with my children, his clean is the best we ever had. My son is usually very anxious when he goes to dentist but he felt very comfortable with the dentist. Fantastic experience: Dr Michael was really understanding of my fear of dentists and kept me calm. He also did a really good check up, including a deep clean of plaque. And the bonus is that this dentist is part of smile.com.au insurance. He has also allowed me to bring my headphones so that I can cancel out the equipment noise. Fantastic experience: Hi I have been seeing Micheal who is a dentist at Dentist on Waverly for over 10 years. Prior to seeing Micheal I had consistent gum and teeth problem. I actual thought I may lose most of my teeth. Micheal fixed my teeth and for most visit now I all receive is a clean and a filling now again again. The Dental nurses are brilliant, particularly Rachael she is adorable ;-) Brett

From day one Michael Sawaya did everything he could to make me comfortable and with appropriate numbing in a particularly sensitive area. Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Dr. Michael Sawaya. Dr. Michael is a brilliant, caring dentist who you can trust. I have encountered many dentists but Michael is by far the best. Dr Michael is a perfectionist and also has an amazing way to get children to trust him. One of my boys needed quite a bit of dental work done, Michael's advise and care was amazing. We have now moved interstate and we still make sure we come back to see Dr. Michael.

Negative experience: Went there 3 times with a chipped tooth. The first visit he said it was a mild chipped tooth and he filled on the same visit. The next day I started to experience massive pain on the right side of the gums and jaw so I went back to him, and he did the check up and xray and gave me some sensitive toothpaste. The third visit he did the filling again without explanation and clean me teeth, and all 3 visits I have been charged approx $500. After all these treatments I still feel sore and mild achy pain when I use that tooth to chew; and lately my gum started to swollen so I went to another dentist in nunawading and she said that my tooth has splited, the pain and swollen gum are caused by infection, and the tooth must be remove. When she pulled tge tooth out and shown to me the tooth was splited in half vertically. I'm unsatisfied that the dentist in totally smiles didn't pick up the root of my problem.

Fantastic experience: Needed emergency dental work and was seen straight away. Wonderful dentist and staff, very caring and sets you at ease whilst in the chair. Very affordable aswell. Can not thank them enough!!
