Fantastic experience: Dr. Ivar is by far the best dentist I think I’ve ever seen he is funny and keeps you calm, thinks of every possible solution to everything even outside of the obvious reasons for things. If I was to recommend one dentist it would be Dr. Ivar from Our Medical Dentist in Penrith!! Thank you for providing an amazing experience and keeping me calm even when pulling out my wisdoms ahahah!!

Negative experience: I booked an appointment for implant consultation , information was provided that it is free but upon our attendance we have been told that there is a consultation fees Communication is very poor and the service is not professional

Fantastic experience: Where do I start! Absolutely petrified of the dentist and not proud to say but it’s been atleast 11years…finally built the courage after suffering chronic pain and sleepless nights… From the start the whole experience has been beyond fantastic the receptionist I believe their names where Ella and Dana ? So welcoming quick and professional in booking me in! Then when the big day came wow, complete 180 of what I thought it would be nothing scary at all and if your lucky like myself to get dr Ivar your in for a great laugh and experience made the whole process comfortable welcoming and calm and soothing I can not fault this practice at all and can’t speak highly enough after 4 visits now I can say thank you to the team for getting me over my fear and out of pain thank you guys so much

Fantastic experience: Professional, fast and good and reliable doctors and nurses. And Cathy in the front desk was really helpful and informative.

Negative experience: Completely unprofessional 1) I was quoted a price for wisdom tooth extraction when booking in and it was $300 more after the surgery. 2) When booking in for the surgery they told me it had to be with the same dentist otherwise I would have to pay another consultation. I got the Xray in the same building, why am I paying for another consultation at the SAME dental clinic? Inconvenient and gave me less time to recover to go back to work. 3) After I was given terrible advice and a botched surgery which led to two dry sockets and an infection that caused me to be rushed to emergency on Sunday. I called them on the Friday before to explain the issues I was having (fever, extreme throbbing pain, unable to eat) to which the receptionist told me they wouldn’t see me until Tuesday. I explained this seems a bit more of an emergency than waiting until then and she said we are booked out… their best response was seeing me on Monday which would be a different dentist and cost me… maybe cancel one of your unnecessary bookings and fit in a patient who needs your care URGENTLY. No duty of care whatsoever and led me to some serious health complications from it. Avoid at all cost. I would sue you if I could.

Fantastic experience: Dr Faraz Hedayat-Seresht was excellent today. Had come down from Blue Mountains for emergency dental, he was so kind and gentle as I have a lot of anxiety with dentist. He fixed the problem with ease and we were in and out fairly quickly. Hands down one of the best dentist I ever been to. Will definitely be back to see him for follow up treatments

Fantastic experience: Dr Eujen Pillay was excellent today with my service. I am extremely anxious when it comes to anything dental. Dr Eujen was professional and put my anxiety to ease with reassurance and being calm along the whole procedure. He was informative and took time to ensure I was comfortable throughout. I will be coming back for more dental work. Highly recommend Dr Eujen.

Fantastic experience: Dentist Dr Tongia was so patient and gentle, I have super fear of needles in the mouth, he made me feel at ease and gentle and made sure I was comfortable at all times, I found my dentist for life, highly recommended Thank you Dr Tongia, more than I can say.

Reassurance offered, procedures explained, step by step discussion for my detail oriented kiddo were much appreciated and very calming for his slight nervousness. Choices offered, ‘jobs’ created, to create a sense of collaboration and autonomy for him all made it a very fun process. I’d recommend this service and the delightful staff.

Negative experience: Low quality work and absolutely rip off. It is strange that they are not taking money for the seat that you are taking when waiting for your turn. Be ready to be scared with different kinds of problems that "urgently must be fixed" and prepare to pay for it.
