Fantastic experience: Tina and her team are amazing!! They make you feel so comfortable and are always as gentle as they can be! Very reasonably priced aswell! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I had braces put in, in 2020, by Tina and she did a fantastic job. I had been going to Tina Dental for a few years, until last year, unfortunately I had to move closer to the city. But having to go to other dentists who aren't as accommodating, affordable or understanding, I'm thinking of just making the commute back to Springfield because its hard to find a dental service as exceptional as Tina Dental.

Fantastic experience: A huge shout out to Tina Dental Clinic. I would give 10 stars if that was even an option. This clinic is amazing. Tina, Hong and the entire team are so kind, caring and patient with all their patients. They genuinely care about each person that walk through their doors. Their service is beyond exceptional. My husband and I have attended for 16 years, and we would not go anywhere else. Not many can say they love going to the dentist, but we do. Each time we leave, we leave with beautiful smiles much the same as the beautiful smiles we were greeted with.

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend, you won't find a better dentist than here. My dental appointment went wonderfully, all the staff are lovely and the Dentist Tina is always very kind and she is very gentle when operating. I've never been to a dentist who takes so much care and has a genuine love and concern for her patients. The appointments are very easy to make and navigate and all the staff at the front desk are always very helpful and polite. I have never been to a better dentist anywhere. Tina dentistry is by far the number #1 dentist in Qld and I would say even Australia and I don't say that lightly. You will never get better service anywhere.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment, when I go to the place on time, I was told the dentist is not available. I had a leave as well. Dissapointed. Later they called and asked for rescheduling. But I found another dental clinic who provided me the service on the evening.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Tina since i was young and she is amazing at what she does. Both herself and the rest of the team are all wonderful and take such care and pride in their work to ensure at no point are you in pain or uncomfortable. I would recommend her highly to anyone; especially if you’re nervous of dentists, she will make you feel safe and make your teeth look great at the same time. Fantastic experience: Dr Tina is amazing and I highly recommend seeing her. After a few bad dentist experiences, I have a bit of an irrational fear and haven’t seen a dentist in over a decade. I told them and they were so understanding and patient with me throughout the entire process. Dr. Tina truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and ease my anxiety. During the consultation, Dr. Tina took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a clear and compassionate manner. She addressed each of my questions and provided me with detailed information about the procedures that needed to be done. Her expertise and knowledge were evident, which gave me confidence in her abilities. My 7 year old daughter had to see her today to get a few teeth pulled that didn’t want to fall out in their own. What impressed me the most about Dr. Tina and her team was their genuine care for their patients. They recognized my fear s as well as my daughters fear and took extra steps to make us feel at ease. If you’re like me and have been putting off dental visits due to fear or past negative experiences, I cannot recommend Dr. Tina enough. Her professionalism, compassion, and exceptional dental skills make her the perfect dentist for anyone seeking a positive and anxiety-free experience. My mum had a bad teeth that was hurting and we took her to Dr Tina's Clinic and the service has been exceptional and affordable. I have checked with my mum and now the Pain is gone. Fantastic experience: Wonderful dentist. Got my tooth extracted here and the procedure was as painless as possible and super quick. Tina talked me through the procedure and answered any questions I had. It's obvious that Tina and her staff care for the patient, which makes for a calming environment. Was a really great and positive experience! I can't recommend Tina's Dental Clinic enough.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Tina after a friend recommended her clinic. I had 3 appointments in a month (because I've avoided dentists for so long), and each time I had friendly staff work on my teeth. They gently explained what they were about to do and made sure my comfort and pain free experience was of utmost importance. I haven't seen a dentist is years because I've had bad experiences, but visiting Tina Dental Clinic has definitely put that fear aside.

Negative experience: Over the past couple of years, my partner and I have made multiple visits to Tina Dental. Have had an unfortunate experience where I now consider the level of dental care unsatisfactory. Saw Tina Dental on 11/8/2020 and less than 2 weeks later discovered a rotten tooth. On the 26/8/2020 tried to make an appointment and Vanessa said they couldn’t see me for another 2 weeks (9/9/2020). To help resolve the tooth issue, an x-ray referral and a longer appointment (9/9/2020) was arranged and I had the x-ray done the following day. At the 9/9/2020 appointment (which was prearranged as an extra long appointment) I was told I had to make another appointment to have my tooth extracted but they couldn’t see me until 24/9/2020. ARE THEY FOR REAL - 4 weeks and 1 day with a smelly rotten tooth with an abscess (that’s 26/8/2020 to 24/9/2020). I have had my teeth cleaned twice at Tina Dental and never cried poor - the issues with my teeth should have been picked up much earlier. I’ve never asked for a discount but Tina Dental tries to add value by offering discounts to reduce accounts. Whilst this is enticing- it shouldn’t be confused with good dental care. On the 11/9/2020, I contacted a reputable dentist who extracted the tooth (and treated the abscess) the following day. My new dentist is comprehensive and open on Saturdays which is really convenient for our household.

Fantastic experience: Really lovely people. I've been reluctant to go the dentist since I had a really rude man when I was young, but Tina Dental is worth it. I didn't feel stupid or disgusting for the state of my teeth, and Tina always made sure that I was okay and that nothing was hurting during a procedure. Thank you ladies so much

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Tina Dental Clinic! Excellent service both dental and administration. Dr. Tina's hands are light and gentle. Whole family is comfortable and at ease having our teeth done at her clinic. Clinic is always kept clean and sanitation is really good. Dr Tina is thorough and practical with her dental treatments. Fantastic experience: We have seen Tina for about 10 years. The team are all lovely and Tina is great with kids. She's the only dentist my kids know and they have never been afraid of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Had a checkup here last week. It included a clean and x-rays which was followed up by another session where Tina fixed two small fillings. The service and professionalism of Tina and her staff was second to none. Great communication throughout never having to wait longer than two mins for my appointments and never felt a thing during the teeth clean or cavity repairs. I can highly recommend them especially for those that don’t enjoy going to the dentist

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental service. Had been going to my old dentist for 47 years and when he retired last year was terrified of finding a new one. But as the other reviews say..... Fear not Tina and staff are extremely caring and so far at least pain free. Have been twice now for a clean and 2 fillings. Booked again. Thank you Tina for making the experience of going to the dentist a hell of a lot easier with peace of mind it won't be as bad as the fear most of us have of dentists.
