Fantastic experience: cannot recommend them enough

Fantastic experience: The receptionist is super friendly and helpful, she works really hard to do all she can to accomodate requests.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend , the government dentist is way better . She won’t explain what she’s doing , then charges for it then did a terrible rough filling I can’t even floss between the teeth rip off !

Fantastic experience: Best Dental Practice I have been to in WA. Excellent.

Positive experience: First visit and very happy with the replacement of a filling. Very gentle and explained what was needed.

Negative experience: Dont bother unless you dont mind losing money. I was charged $250 for a check up and 2 xrays only. Quoted $900 for a clean Found an amazing dentist who performed a check up with two xrays and a clean for $250. Absolute rip-off. I want my $250 back!!

Fantastic experience: I have been terrified of the dentist for YEARS! However, this year, I made the decision that had to change because of a toothache and haven't looked back. Dr Preeti has been AMAZING and I cannot speak highly enough of Carmen and Crystal! All so kind and helpful. I now have a new smile and will keep returning to maintain it <3

Negative experience: Hygienist and Dentist not even in building for at time my appointment was set for 8am. To be told to come back at 12.30pm to see Dentist. Hygienist was running late,the Dentist not even due to start 9am so I don't know how they expect to do a clean and exam from 8am to 8.40am when Dentist not even scheduled to be there. Was booked in for a clean and exam.

Fantastic experience: After many years of putting it off, my very nervous daughter finally saw the dentist today. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for her. I believe that because of the friendly and caring staff at Warnbro Sound Dental, we will now be able to see the dentist on a regular basis and my daughter will keep smiling with confidence.

Fantastic experience: After sadly neglecting my teeth I went to Warnbro Sound Dental.I was immediately impressed by the friendly staff from the receptionist /nurse and Dr.Lidia Palenberg who dare I say gave me a pain free passage ,transforming my teeth that had succumbed to some pretty horrible gum recession .I was dreading my visits as my teeth are super sensitive.The reassurance 's I received were backed up by professional treatment without " the fear factor" I have found the Dentist I have been looking for.!Highly recommended is my vote.

Fantastic experience: Well what can i say, the staff are super friendly and professional. Was able to get an appointment same day. Needed a tooth put onto my partial denture and was done within 24 hours!!! What great service!! From the moment you walk in you are made to feel comfortable. Xrays on the premises so no running off to have them done. Super helpfull with working out you gap payments with private health too. Overall great company. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Massively over services in order to charge you more for things you dont need. Went in for a mouth guard and ended up with $300 in extra charges on top of the mouth guard fee. EVERY patient is pressured into xrays for no reason. Asked "had the patient had xrays recently" followed by "then we should take some to have on file". Very unethical practice. Avoid like the plague.
